This place was phenomenal!!! It was in a great community lots to do for the family the pools where very nice the kids really enjoyed them the beach was nice and the sunsets where amazing while in the pool!! The house was great and big enough we had a group of 19 ppl and it was perfect very spacious had everything you needed in the house! Would recommend it again!!☺️☺️

We booked Casa Serrano for a family weekend and the experience was great. I would definitely go back. The place is very cozy and has all the amenities within reach. You don't need to leave. The house was spotless and had everything you needed. The staff at the place was always very friendly and helpful. We were all delighted!

Melissa was very responsive, provided recommendations and even numbers for a pizza delivery driver. we broke something in the house and the price to fix it was very honest.

Thank you for hosting my family of 18, we enjoyed the pool, music and many games/activities. We also liked the food and drinks served to us by the pool. The beach nearby made for great relaxation.

With professional community management, our stay was extra comfortable and safe, the communal pool in the community was large and beautiful, and the beach next to it was kept very clean, much like Taiwan's Gorgeous Wetland is a room we would like to stay in next time we go to Mexico

Melissa is always attentive and taking care of every detail so that you feel at home. Excellent host .Very nice place for my family of 17, my family really enjoyed it. Everything was clean and accesible , we loved spending a weekend at the house, we were super happy and of course we will definitely be back. Thanks🙏

10/10 would recommend! I was kind of scared of the house and area not looking like the picture but they truly do. We LOVEDDD everything about the house . Would definitely go back again :)

This is a very nice place! We rented the “whole house”, so we had the upstairs and downstairs unit. It is very clean and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable and the host, Melissa is very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is beautiful! The beach is walking distance and is nice and sandy, but we were still able to collect shells! We loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the terrace. It was great to have climate control in each room with the A/C and heat units. There are BBQ grills in both levels. We needed more cooking supplies, plates, glasses, etc for our big party of 16. We were here for Thanksgiving - so we did a lot of cooking, it was great to have 2 full kitchens, they just weren’t as “stocked” as we needed. The community still has a lot of construction going on, but it wasn’t right nearby or bothersome. The amenities at the resort were not as luxurious as they looked in the pictures. Might be the time of year we went, but tide is only in for about 2 hours a day.

Everything was great! We had 15 guest and the whole house is very accommodating! Much better than all the outdated houses at Las Conchas. Will definitely stay again!
