The residence is very nice, quiet and very comfortable for large groups. We felt right at home.

Our stay was excellent. The house is quite spacious and comfortable; in our case, there were 17 of us, and we were all very comfortable with no space issues. The location is very good, and it has ideal amenities for having fun as a family, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We would especially like to highlight the service provided by Ricardo, who welcomed us. My compliments, a very friendly, helpful, and pleasant person, always willing to help. As for the schedules, they were very accommodating. They had no problem checking us in earlier than indicated in the description, and upon departure, although we adhered to the established schedule, we never felt pressured or rushed to vacate the property. The whole family loved the stay; everyone left very happy. We definitely recommend it 100%.

The House is very large and allows you to have a large group of people. My family and I booked this Airbnb in Guadalajara, and it was perfect! Every couple has their own room which has its own bathroom + shower. We all had good night's rest and the necessary privacy at night. We walked around the neighborhood to find a store or small restaurant, and people were very kind and they recommended a very nice place to eat, which was only 7-minute distance and all the food was very good. (Cenaduría Doña Guille) I highly recommend this place. We all enjoyed every moment of our stay, the person who welcomed us was super courteous and kind. We will definitely go back.

My family and I booked this airbnb for a weekend in Guadalajara, and it was perfect! Every room has it's own bathroom + shower, which is great when traveling with a large group. The host was very responsive and accommodating, it was an overall amazing experience!

Good location. It's a safe place, shops 3 minutes away, a market 5 minutes away on foot. In general, the house is in good condition and for large groups. Privacy between rooms, kitchen equipped with the basics. Only observation. The TV in room 2 has no signal for the channels. And the host has to give the indication to let the rooms air out after cleaning, because otherwise there is a strong smell of chlorine in them, which makes it impossible to be inside them until they are completely aired out. In general, the price is affordable and in line with what you get. Good hot and cold water pressure, enough bathrooms for everyone, and a place to wash clothes if necessary. The proximity to all places is very good, and it's a safe area. Despite not having parking, we managed to find a place for 3 vehicles outside the property without hindering any entrances.

Beautiful, comfortable residence for staying in couples. Nice that every room has its own key along with the main entrance. As shown in the pictures. Just a little inconvenience with the booking schedule, because the staff we were arriving and the rooms weren't ready, but everything else was fine. A quiet area and relatively close to downtown.

Excellent for our group of 16 people. Although we didn't have enough chairs in the dining room, we were very comfortable. The employees were very attentive and helpful. It doesn't have its own parking, but there is a public parking lot very close to the place. We would be happy to stay again.
