The house itself is nice and has a lot of potential, but the overall condition did not reflect the price. The décor felt dated, the patio furniture was mismatched, and items like the dining room chairs were stained; several items were either broken, worn, or noticeably low quality. And we also experienced a water issue on the lower level. More concerning were the inconsistent security protocols. As someone local to Cabo, I was disappointed to learn only after booking and receiving the house manual that guests are prohibited from inviting anyone to the property, even for something as simple as dinner. This restriction should be clearly disclosed in the listing and booking rules so potential guests can make an informed decision before paying. When we arrived, there were workers inside the house whom we had not been notified about beforehand. As women guests, having unknown people inside without advance notice felt uncomfortable and unsafe.

From booking the place, checking in, to checking out, the host communicated very well and make sure that everything went well. Perfect space for a large group of people. We had transportation booked and chef services through the Airbnb. Definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Cabo. Pool was heated, plenty of silverware and what not. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean!
