Even before arriving, the communication with Patrick and Valerie was very good. Valerie was always super attentive to us! The house is suuuper well equipped! And that makes you feel totally at home! We had a problem with the coffee maker, and they resolved it immediately 🤍 Puerto Aventuras is always one of our options for family vacations, and we would definitely return to Patrick's place in the future.

It exceeded our expectations!! Excellent service, comfortable space and extremely clean areas. We traveled as a family and we all felt right at home. The house is a great family destination.
