Our stay was pleasant, Sebastian was in contact with us from the start. When we arrived, the CFE was fixing a transformer and he got involved and monitored it until the power came back. The description matches everything, Blanca was always attentive and helped with everything. The cleaning is done every day and her seasoning is delicious. The view of the house is beautiful, and the bedrooms and common areas are very comfortable✨💜. I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at La Vista. I traveled with my mom and husband. The staff was amazing, so helpful, friendly and took the most wonderful care of us during our stay. We will definitely return! I do recommend that you have a vehicle if you would like to venture out and about.

The house is very nice, large and as shown in the photos. It is very spacious. The pool is beautiful, the best thing was that despite it being December, the pool water was at a very good temperature, children and adults enjoyed it very much. All the service staff were always very friendly and willing to help us. There is a store nearby that is very well stocked in case you forget something. We'll be back for sure.

Sebastian's place has been one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed on, by far. The house is beautiful with breathtaking views, is very well maintained and squeaky clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful (and made our stay incredibly comfortable and restful), and Sebastian went out of his way to help us make the most of our stay and was very easy to communicate with. We are a group of 12 Canadians that recently rented this beautiful villa in Tequesquitengo to attend a special wedding there. The property in one word, is stunning and even more beautiful than the photos depict. Waking up every morning to that view and sunrise is something you will never forget. The pool and grounds are impeccably kept by Luis, Fabian and Eduardo. The rooms in the villa are top notch and the AC works great! The household team of Blanca, Mia and Michelle are also amazing and helpful; they treated us like royalty – the meals were delicious and we also appreciated the service that goes with it all. Even though we had quite a big language barrier, … thanks to Google translate and “charades” we were able to communicate very well and enjoy a few laughs along the way 😊 I was very impressed with the level of service and communication provided by our host Sebastian and we all appreciated the great boat rental recommendation! We hope to return again next year!

The location is wonderful! The highlights are the outdoor space (beautifull garden and swimming pool), cleaning ladies and cook are kind and professional and the owner always available and helpful. The place is perfect for both moments of celebration, both to relax.

Our stay exceeded our wildest expectations in every way! It's even more beautiful in person... The property is lush and expansive. The view of the lake is breathtaking. I dream of going back here already! A welcome surprise was how warm and accommodating the staff were. We enjoyed their cooking throughout our stay... they prepared authentic dishes, including enchiladas, quesadillas, tacos, mole, chile rellenos. We felt so taken care of. We were also given taxi rides whenever we requested them, which made getting around so easy. One of the highlights of the trip: Sebastián shared the contact of a boat rental company with us and we went on a boat ride on the lake! His staff prepared ceviche, chips, guacamole, margaritas, and piña coladas for us to take on the boat! The kindness of Sebastián and his team will move you. So much care has been put into this experience and it really shows. Our stay was beyond magical and for anyone on the fence, just book it... this is a gem you won't want to miss.

This was the best airbnb experience I have ever had. As soon as we arrived at the house, one of the maid/cooks gave us a tour of the house and all of the rooms. The maids/cooks were also very friendly and the food they made was delicious. The pool was also fantastic along with the jacuzzi and we also had access down to the lake which was a couple steps down. Communication was also good and the host was quick to respond. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I will definitely come back again with my family 🙂

What an amazing experience this was from start to finish! From the moment we booked the house Sebastian the host was available and willing to answer all our questions. When we got to the house we were blown away by the beauty and the the VIEW. oh my god the VIEW! The house was in great condition and the people that worked at the property were amazing! The house is in a small town but only about 30 mins away from Cuernavaca which is a big town with a huge supermarket and any other needs you might have. All in all, it was an amazing time and the perfect experience. Thanks Sebastian!

The house is a dream, Sebastián is super friendly, always responds quickly and if you want to do some activity in the lake it has the contacts to make your stay perfect. The service staff is a wonder, they are super friendly, divine cook and make you feel at home. There were some bathrooms that did not have hot water but otherwise, we were delighted, so 100% recommend!!
