The house is nice, comfortable, and safe, with everything you need for your stay. The sea is beautiful in front of the house. We even made a campfire. Thank you very much.

We had a nice stay, Pavel was very responsive and the beach was right at our doorstep! The outdoor shower on the property was a nice perk when returning back from the beach. The locals we met on the beach and at the nearby restaurants were absolutely lovely. The only thing to consider if traveling with younger kids is that the two bedrooms are not connected in any way and there is a fair distance between the two. We didnât feel comfortable leaving the kids in a separate space but we were absolutely able to manage staying all together (as a family of five) in the one bedroom, it was large and comfortable. Thanks for the stay!

From the beginning, the communication with Pavel and his caretaker Freddy was on the spot, the place is beautiful, private and has everything you need, Pavel has a great sense of empathy for his tenants, recommended 100%.

Our stay was amazing. Pavel is an excellent host. From the beginning, he communicated kindly with us and was attentive to any questions. The house is very cozy and matches everything listed. The pool and the beach are also impeccable.

Home was gorgeous. It seemed peaceful. Sadly Nicaragua got hit with a very bad tropical storm the day after we checked in and had to leave next morning. Nothing anyone could predict. Host worked with us and allowed us to check out and refunded us the days we did not use the property. We hope to book in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and private, with a spectacular view. The owner, Pavel, was very responsive and had excellent communication throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place!. Thank you for everything

Our stay at Pavelâs beach house was excellent. The location right by the ocean made the whole experience very relaxing, and the views were amazing, especially during sunset. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Pavel was an amazing host,very friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. A special thanks as well to Fredy, the caretaker, who handled our check-in and check-out smoothly and was available 24/7 whenever we had questions or needed help. You can really tell they both care about making guests feel comfortable and welcome. We made some great memories there and would definitely love to come back someday.

Excellent host, always available, the house is clean and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. If I could make a suggestion for improvement, it would be to include the use of the A/C in the price. Otherwise, everything was great.

Norlan and his group left our house in Very dirty condition and Vomit all over our house. Not recommending this guests to anyone
