The Space
The building has four separate entry doors leading to:
- The kitchen.
- One room.
- A second room.
- A room with a living area and additional beds.
All three units have hot showers.
The fully equipped kitchen includes pots and pans. An oceanfront terrace provides outdoor furniture and a large dining table with seating for 12 people. There is also an outdoor kitchen.
Additional Information
- Air conditioning is available upon request for $40 per night.
- The air-conditioning payment must be sent to a Lafise Bank account. Please text us a screenshot or payment receipt.
- A $25 fee applies per pet, per stay.
- Please bring your own cook or maid if you require those services.

Home was gorgeous. It seemed peaceful. Sadly Nicaragua got hit with a very bad tropical storm the day after we checked in and had to leave next morning. Nothing anyone could predict. Host worked with us and allowed us to check out and refunded us the days we did not use the property. We hope to book in the near future.

Un lugar muy bonito donde compartir en familia, las pilas que se hacen por la ma帽ana en la playa permiten disfrutar del agua de mar en un entorno seguro. El restaurante que recomienda 茅l anfitri贸n es excelente en atenci贸n y sabor.
