Location and property are beautiful. It is located on a secluded community. The beach is private and beautiful. The complex is brand new with high quality amenities. It is an ideal location for families with kids or people looking for privacy. The team that manages this property is a very professional, proactive and very supportive. Their service is excellent. We had an issue with linens and kitchen supplies and they went above and beyond. If it wasn’t for them I would be so happy with our stay. The kitchen needs lots and better utensils. It would be great to have a TV in the kitchen as the shared space with a Tv is upstairs and the stairway is not the best. It is a two story apartment with a spiral stairway and the outdoor barbecue area is in the second floor and kitchen is downstairs. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Definitely a highly recommended place to spend time in Kino Bay. During the stay there was a situation with the electricity, however the manager of Torote gave us the necessary help, he was always very attentive and was attentive to any detail. The place is fabulous, safe, super comfortable and spacious, it has all the amenities.

Excellent place, the architecture and decoration of the accommodation are elegant and go very well with the environment. I really appreciated the sunsets from both balconies. The kitchen is great for group cooking. I'd be happy to come back here.

Great place in a remote area of Kino bay. The area is in the development stage so there are very few buildings and not much traffic. Very private and clean beach with shallow waters perfect for kids! The condo itself is beautiful and equipped with a full kitchen and very comfortable furniture. very clean as well. would've been nice to have some beach furniture and umbrellas available for use but we were able to find some easily in town. The walk to the beach was a bit tough for older family members so something to keep in mind. Overall great stay and would stay here again!

It was an incredible and private stay facing the ocean. Our group had an amazing time and we hope to be back soon. The service we received at all times was good. I recommend reading the list of amenities very carefully because we lacked towels and blankets. Other than that, everything was perfect.
