This AirBNB was perfect for our stay. It was a great location and everything was nearby. There is an elevator to get up to apartment. We went to several restaurants located down stairs on the street which was very convenient. We were nearby many parks and stores as well. There are 3 spacious bedrooms. The bathrooms have great water pressure and hot water. My only regret was not being able to stay longer!

We had a great stay at Andrea’s place ! It was just as pictured and even better I would say. It was comfortable , clean and so much to do around the neighborhood! Would stay again!

Great stay in Condesa, perfect for a group with lots to do and see in the surrounding area.

We had a fabulous stay in Andrea's place - 2 families (4 adults, 4 children, aged 11 months to 5 years old). The space was perfect for our needs; everyone had a nook to play or read in, and the kitchen was well-equipped and stocked with all the necessities. The neighborhood was charming, lively yet safe, and we easily walked to tons of cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. Andrea left a ton of great recommendations, was always responsive, and really went above and beyond! I highly recommend this stay!

The apartment was great for my family of 7...all adults! The neighborhood was awesome with easy access to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, parks, etc. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, the bathrooms were nice, the balcony wonderful. And Andrea was always very responsive and accommodating when I needed to change our dates, not just once, but twice. And check in was very easy...even at 1 am. There was a great washing machine, full kitchen, a couple of coffee makers...very fun place.

A great find for a party of 6. The apartment was in a great location, lots of restaurants and street food nearby within walking distance. The area felt safe to walk around and lots of green space nearby. The bedrooms were well insulated from the street noise so we had no issues with noise. The tankless water heater provided plenty of hot water for our showers. Andrea always responded to my messages and provided a list of her favorite places to eat. We would definitely consider staying here again. We enjoyed Mexico City so much to do and see.

What we read before this says it all- great helpful, kind, and responsive host, an uncluttered, spacious living room/ dining room with fantastic full sliding doors to let in the breeze and sunlight all day; a separate TV nook; comfy beds, excellent location near both Condesa parks and near great streets for shops, cafes, and coffee; a little loud in evenings and on weekend nights. A bar and restaurant just outside front door can make it busy and noisy. A doorman greeted us each day. Overall we loved our stay very much and will happily return!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Andrea and Kyle's apartment in Condesa! It is super spacious with tons of light/windows and the perfect set-up for a family or group of friends. The location is amazing since it's only a couple blocks away from Parque España and Mexico and close to many restaurants/bars/bakeries/gyms. We loved the wraparound balcony and getting to watch the neighborhood. We had 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids) at this apartment, with the adults working remotely during the day and a nanny at the apartment watching the kids. PLENTY of space for all of us. Andrea and Kyle were very responsive and helpful, even helping us find a local private driver who we hired to do some day hiking. Thank you so much!

Andrea’s place was ideally located around lots of cafes, taco shops, bars, and restaurants. The apartment is quite spacious and easily fit 5 adults all in separate beds and one pullout couch. Good directions on how to get in, had no issues. I really liked Condessa’s vibe, it felt like a vibrant local neighborhood and not overly touristy and safe.

Andrea's Airbnb was perfect for our weekend trip to CDMX! It's in a great area with lots of delicious food options, coffee, bars, and various shops all within walking distance. This place was fantastic. The neighborhood is quite and beautiful. Everything is with in walking distance and I would definitely come back.

Andrea's apartment is spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with updated bathrooms and kitchen. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and patronizing some of the local bars, restaurants, and other businesses. Andrea gave us many excellent recommendations for eating, shopping, and sight-seeing. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, but not always, and some days there was music blaring from the street at all hours. Maybe that's just the way Mexico City is. We encountered small problems with one bathroom sink and a refrigerator leak, which Andrea promised to address after our visit. All in all, this apartment was very comfortable for four women to share for six nights, and Andrea was an extremely responsive host.

The perfect location and best place to hang out to feel a part of the bustle but be able to lounge in peace. Such a fun trip and thankful for a great place to have as a home base!

The flat is very nice and spacious, with a lovely living room and a great balcony to relax on. Everything was clean and well-equipped. The neighbourhood is also very nice. The only downside is that there are bars right downstairs, so it can get quite noisy on Friday and Saturday nights.

This place is amazing!! Not only is it in the most spectacular location, the size is large enough to fit my family of 7 comfortably. There is a washer in the kitchen which was helpful for a week long adventure in Mexico City, also there are plenty of seats and room for family games. Now let's talk about LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION... Just a few minutes from two amazing (I mean amazing) parks and a couple of blocks away from Walmart Express, we were all set for a wonderful adventure. Out family loved Parque Mexico the most and we even did an early morning Thanksgiving day workout together. We would love to return one day and highly recommend!! for reference my children are between the ages of 6-16.

We loved this apartment. It was great for a 7-person girls trip. Exceptional host. So flexible, very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and big. It had all of the amenities we needed. The natural light was amazing and the location was super central with lots of cafes/restaurants near by. We went on Dia de Muertos weekend so the bars on the street corner did get pretty loud at night. If you are a sensitive sleeper, bring ear plugs just in case. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

We went on a walk 4 friends in F1. It was very good because for breakfast, dinner and take there are many options in La Condesa. The depa is nice, clean and the location is perfect. Return.

The apartment was a great location for our annual girls trip. The location is in a great spot in Condesa and super walkable. The apartment looks like the photos and was a great space for the four of us. Andrea was super responsive and quickly helped us resolve one minor issue. Would definitely stay there again!

Andrea’s apartment is well located, spacious and so comfortable. It was perfect for our multigenerational group, (including a toddler who loved the space to roam, the high chair and the streaming access to his favorite shows). It’s above some nightlife but the bedrooms were well insulated from noise. The building is old but the kitchen has been updated with all new appliances. We try to stay at rentals that are owned by individuals rather than property management companies and this fits the bill. Andrea was friendly and responsive and was available to help arrange for cleaning or babysitting. Would recommend this listing for any group!

Andrea's place was stunning with beautiful views of greenery despite being in the middle of the city. Plenty of linens and towels and the home is stocked with extras, almost everything you could need. Located in a great spot, I felt very safe walking to all the restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved my stay at Andrea’s place. We traveled as a family of 5 and it did not feel as if we were cluttered. We had enough space and everyone slept comfortably. The apartment is spacious with lots of light coming through the windows. The neighborhood is beautiful and walkable with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Starbucks is attached to the building which makes grabbing coffee much easier. I would recommend Andrea’s apartment to any family looking to relax but also be tourist in this amazing city.

We stayed at the place for over a week and we had an amazing time. The location is great and we were able to walk to most places that we wanted to check out. Andrea was also very responsive whenever we needed her help.

Amazing location, lovely space with tons of space. Beautiful natural light. Ideal place for your CDMX exploration. One note- the bar downstairs, Gin Gin (which is great, btw) can be loud late at night on the weekends.

We had a great time staying at Andrea’s AirBnb , she recommended us some great places around the area and also had very fast response times whenever we had questions. She was was also flexible with our check in and check out times which saved us from waiting hours in the airport due to our flights. If you are looking for a place to stay with refreshing air and great views we highly recommend as the nearby areas are surrounded by lots of beautiful parks !

Wonderful location and responsive host. Perfect for families, with two great parks (Mexico and España) nearby. Also walkable to metro and rapid bus stations, and only about a 15 mins walk to Chapultepec. It can get a little loud on weekends when the bars get out, even with the windows shut all the way, but you can't expect silence when you pick a location in the middle of it all and right on the Tamaulipas strip. As a bonus, the sunrises and sunsets are beautiful, whether from the balconies or through the large windows.

A lovely apartment, beautifully designed and laid out

Loved our month long stay in Andrea’s apartment! There was plenty of space for three of us to work remotely, wi fi was great except it went out for a week but we were able to use the neighbors until it was fixed, and it sounds like it was fixed for good. Andrea was very helpful during this wifi snafu, and for any other questions we had. King bed was comfy, the other one was a bit small and and less comfy but fine for one person. Everything was nice and clean, and the doors to the balcony were great when we wanted to cool down the apartment with fresh air! Location was great and in the middle of beautiful La Condesa, but the cross fit gym across the street blasts music all day, so it’s definitely a noisy street. The sound proofing in the bedrooms works pretty well so we weren’t kept up by the late night bars and karaoke on the block, but maybe not great for light and sensitive sleepers. Overall great spot and would recommend!!

Andrea's place was a real delight indeed. So spacious, lots of light, clean and with a lovely decoration. Loved the neighbourhood as well, lots of trees, little shops, restaurants and coffee places around, and at a pleasant walk away from the two main highlights of Condesa Neighborhood (parque Mexico and parque Espana). I would definitely recommend this place and I hope to come back soon!

Excellent treatment from Andrea, the stay is clean, in perfect condition, in perfect condition and the area is very nice and quiet.

Spectacular!! The apartment is super nice, very spacious and bright, the beds and bathrooms are very comfortable, it is super well equipped with everything you might need, they even provided us with a crib and baby tub that were super useful to us during our stay. The area is unbeatable, you are in the middle of La Condesa, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and parks. Communication with Andrea was excellent, she was super attentive to us and anything we might need. Looking forward to returning!!
