Super spacious house, Alicia was always in touch to see what everything was in order and if we needed anything she answered instantly to support. It's like 15min from the valley but the area is perfect to be with family and friends

Amazing home with all modern amenities. Great space and super clean. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms, and super spacious. The hot tub was big enough for the whole family and everyone got to enjoy it.

The house has excellent maintenance, the areas in general have good taste, and they have everything in each room to feel comfortable. You particularly enjoy the jacuzzi area as it is very nice and has the ideal temperature (automatic) to enjoy it no matter if it rains or is cool. The location of the house is close to the central streets but it is not very residential the area, it is rather rustic.

Great place, clean, nice and very well used

The house is very nice, just as explained in the description and in the photos. Alicia was very attentive to what we needed. The jacuzzi needs maintenance every third day, it was our second day of our stay and that day we could not use it until after 4 in the afternoon. The house is super clean and everything is in good condition. Very close to the house there are shops and food places, and you can order the supermarket to Fresko O Rappi.

Excellent option to go in groups or family, large and clean rooms and bathrooms, the house is 1 year old, the large and functional jacuzzi, ideal for children, Alicia and Octavio very much on the earrings...eye, the house tends to be cold although there are heaters in all the rooms. 10 minutes from rest of Avandaro, excellent option, many thanks to the hosts!

Good house and great location

Great place to stay, beautiful, cousy and comfortable house. It has 4 master bedrooms each one with a private bathroom which makes it very convenient for large groups like ours. Octavio and his wife are amazing host very attentive and responsive to our needs. The house is just 10 minutes away from downtown and there are small grocery stores at a walking distance. We look forward to come back and stay at Octavio’s place again.

It's an excellent place, the photos don't do it justice. It is very spacious, with comfortable and tasteful facilities. They provide you with all the basic supplies for your stay. The hosts were always attentive to any eventuality or request, they are very accessible and hospitable. We ran out of battery in the hallway control and they soon sent someone to replace the control. Highly recommended!

The house is lovely and in close proximity to Valle de Bravo and Avandero shopping areas- but not walkable. The house is spacious, clean and has all the amenities to be very comfortable. It’s a bit off the beaten path. The garden areas with hot tub and waterfall are very tranquil. We enjoyed the hammock as well. We would recommend staying in this house especially if you have a large group. We were a party of 7 (three couples and a single adult). The four bedrooms each with its own en suite was perfect!
