The place was amazing! It really has a very good location and the rooms were very well laid out. The only observation I can make is that it is not a suitable place for people with disabilities due to the number of stairs there are. And parking the car can be difficult, but it can be done. Apart from that, everything is great!!!! I would love to come back soon.

Indeed, due to the natural topography of Manuel Antonio, the property has several slopes and stairs, so it may not be the best option for people with reduced mobility. The location was great, with a solid pool and lots of wildlife. For budget travelers, this is the perfect mix of affordability and location. It is important to note, however, that the A/C is only available in the bedrooms and the living area/kitchen can become quite hot. Beds/furniture are not super comfortable, but understandable for the price.

Julio’s place was such an amazing stay! We had a beautiful view of the town, and the location was very convenient, just a short walk to the bus station, shops, and other nearby places. One thing to keep in mind is that it is located on a pretty big hill, so the walk back can be a little challenging if you don’t have a car. The pool was really nice and a great place to relax. They also have Wi-Fi, and we loved having the option to order food and other items for delivery right to the door, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Julio’s place and would definitely recommend it!

This gorgeous grounds in-between Quepos town and Manuel Antonio which meant that we were in the perfect position to explore the town, book onto a mangrove boat tour, try different restaurants and sodas, and get the bus up to the national Park. There was a pool to use, great shower, walks around the grounds and lots of birds. The hosts helped us extend our stay as we changed our travel plans and we used the washing service for a small fee. I would stay again and recommend on. The grounds does have steep hills so bare in mind if you are accessing by foot, but me (34) and my dad (66) managed the hills fine.
