Everything about our stay met or exceeded expectations! Luisa was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Carmen and Gloria were extremely accommodating and excellent cooks. The home felt very private while still being walkable to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

An exceptional property in an amazing location in a one-of-a-kind town. The description acrually undersells the value of the house staff: the meals were incredible, and the place kept in tip-top shape every moment of our stay. Setting is peaceful and secure-feeling. Activities and good restaurants are both abundant and conveniently reached within a 10-minute walk. The only cautionary word is that VDB is not an easy town to navigate by car...but nor do you really need one to get around. My family of five, including tweenagers, were extraordinarily comfortable for our four-day visit, and I unreservedly recommend this house and this town for a stimulating OR relaxed vacation, whichever you desire.

Everything was great! Great hosts

Luisa's house is incredible. The photos DO NOT do it justice! The view from the main living area and patio is stunning: we spent all of our meals there enjoying the scenery. The bedrooms are spacious and well-equipped (also with amazing views of the lake). Luisa was very communicative: she helped us arrange transportation and recommended local activities. Finally, Carmen and Gloria made the whole experience so special. Their cooking was incredible (such a cool benefit, which is included in the Airbnb booking). Highly recommend Luisa's place!

Luisa’s place is a beautiful house in a lovely, walkable city with fantastic views. Lots of things to do that are very accessible and close.

Luisa should give a master class in how to be an AirBNB host. This experience was one of my top AirBNB experiences (and I have had a lot of them). From beginning to end this was a delight. Luisa was always right there answering my endless questions on what to do, where to go, where to eat and what to see. I took all of her recommendations - and they were all fantastic. And what to say about Carmen and Gloria - who are the soul of the house. You will feel taken care of from top to bottom... and the food! Wow - do not miss out on dining at home. We cannot wait to come back. Stop reading reviews and book this house!

This is our second time staying at Louisa’s gorgeous home. It was a fantastic spot to spend a long weekend while the fair was in town. We had a perfect view of the fireworks at the cathedral at night, and we were only minutes away from some incredible restaurants in the neighborhood. Carmen made wonderful breakfasts and dinners for our family throughout our stay, and we immediately felt at home. We will definitely be back!

My family absolutely loved this house! It was the perfect place for my family to stay in Valle to Bravo - wonderful view over the lake and easy and lovely walk to the plaza and shops. Luisa was very responsive in communication, and Carmen and Gloria prepared the best meals we've had in Mexico. When we come back to Valle de Bravo, we will stay here again!

We stayed in this beautiful house twice in the past year, most recently as a home for my family during my wedding in Valle de Bravo. It is an incredible house. There is a spectacular view of the lake from a large terrace, as well as a communal pool and private jacuzzi. But what really makes this property special is the location. There are a ton of large casas around Valle to choose from, but most are a long way up a hillside, only accessible by car down roads that are challenging to drive and navigate. This house however is in the center of the historical town of Valle de Bravo. All the restaurants, shops, and the waterfront in this beautiful town are a short walk away. This house was perfect for my family who were reluctant to drive on this trip (particularly through Mexico City which you would need to do to rent a car here). Luisa is a fantastic host, easy to contact and helped a lot with all my queries. The staff in the house are attentive and helpful.

My family and I had an incredible stay at Luis’s place! The home was spotless and beautifully decorated, with gorgeous views from every window. The house was only a few minutes walk from the Zócalo and the lakefront, well still being very tucked away in quiet lush surroundings. Luisa was incredibly attentive with wonderful recommendations for local horseback riding that we have been looking for, and Carmen kept the house spotless every day and immediately made us feel at home, cooking custom gourmet meals. I can’t recommend Luisa’s place enough!

Wonderful, I loved everything

Our family of 8 (2 parents, 2 grandparents, 4 kids ages 12-20) had a wonderful stay at Luisa's place! It was perfectly located a 10-15 walk to either downtown or the water's edge. The views of the lake were wonderful! The house was incredibly comfortable and full of artwork, which we enjoyed. Everyone had lots of space and Luisa's staff made our stay extra special. Gloria is a wonderful cook and we miss her already! Carmen was incredibly helpful with anything we needed! We picked up some groceries on our way in but after that, we let Carmen and Gloria take over with shopping and cooking and it was a great experience. It gave us more time to explore the area and enjoy time with each other. We would happily come back! For awareness: like many beautiful mountainous places in the world, there are a lot of ups and downs in the area. Valle de Bravo is no exception: stairs and cobblestones make it beautiful but if you have mobility concerns, just be aware.

The house is spectacular, conveniently located and Luisa's service is excellent! Each space with details that made you feel at home, highly recommended :)

I would like to give this place more than 5 stars, since the host's prior attention is very good, added to the reception by the lady who welcomes you and gives you instructions about the place, as well as tips about Valle de Bravo. Honestly, it's the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. It's a great and cozy house. I'd like to return to Valle de Bravo and find this accommodation available again. Luisa is amazingly nice, great host. The house, Gloria & Carmen smiling and helping with the food made an incredible trip, the house is big and cosy, the heated pool was right what a get away from the city needed. Amazing place, definitely will return again and again

I've stayed in many Airbnb's around the world (in 8 different countries) and this is the most amazing Airbnb experience my family and I have ever had. The house is incredible, with beautiful views of the lake and surroundings, close walking distance to beautiful Valle del Bravo downtown area (less than 5 min), and short driving distance to sites around town. The house is spectacular, with beautiful views from the outdoor dining area, from indoor dining area and living room, from two bedrooms, and other open areas . There are many luxurious amenities in the house, like a very nice coffee machine, great comfortable beds with very nice bedding and towels. The house is also in a private and secure area with very nice amenities. Overall, the house is one of the most beautiful, luxurious, and peacefull places that I've ever stayed at and loved Valle del Bravo. Perhaps one of the best things are the two wonderful ladies that cook and clean (amazing meals!) and they make you feel at home.
