First of all, the place is very nice, everything Oscar says is as it is, communication with Oscar is excellent and very attentive My family and I had a great time this weekend. If you have dogs, they also have a great time. Something that is also worth mentioning is that Mr. Tomas and his wife are super friendly and very attentive, you feel cared for at all times, and the pizzas he makes are very delicious, I highly recommend it. I really appreciate the experience that both Oscar and Mr. Tomas gave us, 10 out of 10

Excellent accommodation. Very spacious, with space for sleeping, meals and activities for all the people it can accommodate. The layout of the bedrooms allows for privacy, but it also has spaces for sharing as a group. The pool is absolutely clean and has an excellent temperature. The people in charge of the property are very friendly and helpful, excellent service!

Amazing place!!! The house is very comfortable and with very large spaces which allows you to spend time together in different areas of the entire house. The pool is always very clean and with hot/warm water so you can stay in until late. All the rooms have their own bathroom. The gardens are very spacious with rooms and tables in different areas to feel comfortable anywhere. Oscar's service and communication was always excellent. The caretakers Tomás and Mary were always attentive and helped us a lot. We will definitely be staying there again in the future!!!

Excellent place, the house very cozy, clean and spacious, the garden and pool in excellent condition, we were cold and still the pool was very warm and pleasant for the children. Delicious pizzas and also very nice common area. 100% recommended!

The house is wonderful, with a very large lot. The spaces for gatherings and/or family gatherings are great. Tomar and Mary, exceeded my expectation, always a smile, attentive to any need, zero invasive. Those delicious pizzas, the management of the barbecue, Immediate, clean, tidy. we had an incredible weekend at Oscar's house, the house is quite large, the garden is huge, Tomas and his wife looked after us wonderfully and prepared food for us, they made some delicious pizzas. The truth is that it is a great option to spend a few days with friends or family.

Definitely a Gem near Ezequiel montes and Villa progreso. The house is beautiful!! the host is attentive and kept good communication throughout the booking process. Tomas and Mary live near the property and were always so helpful and attentive they are both very nice and welcoming. Me and my family were attending a wedding near by and I'm glad I chose this house for our stay it is beautiful just as in the pictures quiet and peaceful. The area is safe and private. I will definitely come back for a another stay sometime.

The house is very comfortable and in a private community. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Tomás and Mari were super helpful and made sure everything was easy and enjoyable. Wood-fired pizzas and paella are a great option for the weekend. The pool is always warm in a very nice garden.

The stay was great, Mr. Tomas' service and Mary's service is excellent. I would only recommend the wifi speed but outside of that everything is as the description says, we were 12 people and the space was perfect, thank you very much Oscar for hosting us!!!

An excellent option to stay if you are going to go to the vineyards that are nearby, the house is very comfortable, the garden and the pool are excellent, and the best thing of all was the attention of Mary and Tomas, they made us paella and pizzas on the wood and they were spectacular! An amazing house, very spacious with 5 rooms, each with its own bathroom, and therefore very comfortable and private. The garden is huge and very nice, and the pool is a very good size with heated water included in the price. Tomás (the maintenance person who lives on the property) provides excellent service and helps with food preparation and cleaning for an additional cost agreed upon directly with him. The whole family had an amazing time. Of course we would come back.

I loved it! The place is perfect for families with dogs, grandparents, and children. The lawn, the pool, the house—everything was very well maintained. The house has a beautiful giant tree with lights that adds a special touch. The pool is at the perfect temperature at all times. My little dogs also had a great time running around the whole garden. We were able to find a place to buy medicine and food 10 minutes away. It's located within a gated community, so you feel safe. Mary and Tomás' service was quite good, and they made us some delicious pizzas. It's wonderful not to have to worry about cooking or cleaning the house, and on top of that, everything is private, as if you were in your own home. Oscar responded immediately, answered all my questions, and they even welcomed us with a nice touch. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back soon. 100% recommended.

Great host. The house is very large and comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Don Thomas' food is very tasty; the pizzas and chilaquiles are recommended.

Óscar’s place is very nice and Cozy. The pool is always heated and you get all the help you need from Mary and Tomás. Our stay was wonderful and we even got a bottle of wine as a welcome present. Felt like home. Moreover, vineyards and Cheese fabrics are very close by as well as Mexican magical towns to visit.

Everything was perfect with the house and contact with Oscar. The house is much better than the photos with the pool warm all the time and a large garden.

Great stay for families

The place is in an excellent location within a very safe residential complex. The garden is very spacious and the pool is excellent. The service from Óscar and Mr. Tomas, who took care of welcoming us and assisting us throughout the weekend, was excellent, and there was delicious seasoning with all the meals. I highly recommend it.

This place is absolutely amazing! Oscar is an amazing host, super attentive and helpful. The house has sooo many spaces (large living room, dining room, TV room, outside seating areas, heated pool) that as a large family we were able to utilize and appreciate very much. The house is close to the airport and many wineries. The cherry on top was Mary and Tomas, they cooked for us, ran errands and cleaned the bathroom/kitchen every day! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Very good property, well located to enjoy Tequisquiapan, the Wine Route, Peña de Bernal and Cadereyta. The service was very good from check-in to check-out. They were always attentive to what we might need. The garden and pool were super enjoyable, and the shade of the tree was unparalleled.
