An amazing place to rest, relax, have fun, amazing service 24/7. The hosts are unparalleled, attentive and polite, always ready to help with whatever we needed, a totally recommended experience. Thank you for making this vacation so enjoyable.

We loved the house and communication with Fred was excellent from our first interaction. In fact we're already talking with him about coming back next year. Fred takes such pride in his home, his staff and pleasing his guests - such a pleasure to work with him. The house is huge, well designed and comfortable - just like it looks in the photos. Floor plan is thoughtful and the kitchen is superbly laid out and equipped, with enough counterspace (and two stove tops) for several people to cook simultaneously. But the best part of the house is the outdoor area - lovely pool with two very high diving platforms for those up to the challenge. At the last minute we rented bikes and a golfcart which were both fun and helped getting around very easy - it's about a 30 minute walk to the beach (which we knew in advance).

Excellent house and a very good host

The owners are amazing! We celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary during the week and retreated with our children and parents to this fantastic home. The owners worked with us on everything. They provided us all the details up front and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasurable. Their staff is top notch and assisted us at every turn. The owners and staff are like family and they certainly made us feel like part of their family during our stay. The villa is in a prime location and better than advertised. My kids loved the play room and the music options in every corner of the house. Our family was wowed by the magnificence of the staff and home. We enjoyed all the amenities of the home, and my children were so entertained they were off their devices the entire time. The VIP suite provided an escape for me and my wife to just watch the sunset and have quiet conversations that are hard with young kids. I can’t recommend this property enough. We will, for sure, be back!

The perfect house to enjoy as a family. My family and I had an amazing weekend, full of amenities and good service from the staff. Excellent treatment from the host, who is always in communication with you to make your stay pleasant and answer any questions you may have. We would definitely love to stay at La Mansión again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The house, grounds and pool were exactly as pictured, and we had more than enough space for a large group to lounge and relax. Mo and Fred were incredibly responsive and always willing and ready to help out. Furthermore, the private chef they recommended was both fantastic and very reasonable. If I find myself back in Puerto Vallarta, this place will definitely be at the top of my list!

We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! Very comfortable for a group of 12 - every couple had their own bedroom. Place was super clean and the staff was fantastic. Fred and Mo were so helpful - Mo kindly met us at the house when we got there to let us in, show us around, and introduce us to the staff. Fred helped us book everything for our trip in advance - a chef for the house, a mariachi band to celebrate my fiancé's bday, transportation to various activities, and more. Overall a great stay and wonderful hosts!

Great home! Secure location. Great place to host a large party

Simply amazing, the service and reception of the staff was excellent, Fred was always attentive. I recommend this MANSION for the number of people it accommodates in its first-class facilities. We usually stay in developments, but this time we opted for a house and honestly it is a totally personalized experience, without lines for restaurants. The chef prepares what you ask for and best of all, he buys everything. 5 diamonds for food and facilities. Super personalized and comfortable amenities. If you have a large family like mine, I recommend staying in a place like the MANSION. Few places in Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta where you can be quiet and safe. Thank you, I hope to return next summer and relax and spend quality time with my family.

The stay was perfect. House was clean and very comfortable , staff were incredibly responsive and helpful, pool was amazing and the rooms very spacious and comfortable. Our host Fred was incredibly responsive and helpful! We were in constant communication with him as we were planning my husbands 40th birthday celebration with a large group of friends and we felt at ease knowing that he was there to help us in any way! The staff in the house were incredibly helpful, reliable and helpful as well- They kept the house really clean which was helpful with such a large group! Would highly recommend the place for a large group- its perfect in every way!

We had the most amazing stay at your incredible mansion. We have been to many luxury airbnbs around the world and this was the absolute best. The deep diving pool was hours of endless fun and great video and photo ops. The home is immaculate and very well made. The beds were super comfy and the staff was excellent. Fred is a humble, responsive and kind owner along with his wife Mo who went out of her way to make everything perfect, including finding papaya and climbing trees to get mangos for our super delicious Thai papaya salad. All the amenities were present and it was in a super safe development with gated entrance. Thank you! Look forward to visiting again soon!

The whole place was in perfect condition. It was always really clean and the facilities are very nice. The owners were always attentive to us.

We had a great time at The Mansion. House and pool is as shown or even more beautiful! It is located in a great, safe and private neighborhood with many ammenities: golf, tennis, pickleball, beach club, etc. Fred and his staff helped us with transportation, grocery shopping and just about with everything we needed. The staff at the house were very helpful and nice to us, especially Andrea who always was a step ahead in the food and drinks department. We would definitely consider returning to The Mansion. 10/10

Fred took care of us all weekend and got us all the extras we needed. He had a chef, bartenders, masseuses and a driver. The cleaning staff was on point and made sure everything was clean at all times. He made sure our entire stay was taken care of and matched our itinerary. 10/10 this is the place to stay!

Great service and attention

This house is absolutely AMAZING!! There were 13 of us in total and the indoor/outdoor amenities provided countless opportunities for us to hang out together either as a family or separately without feeling like we were on top of each other. The cleaning staff, kitchen help, private chef and of course Fred treated us all like royalty taking care of our every request over the 9 days we visited. Of course, the highlight of the trip was watching everyone jump from the second floor balcony into the pool. Pure adrenaline rush!! If you are looking for a well-appointed and furnished home in a private community with a very attentive and accommodating owner and staff, look no further! We can’t wait to come back and be pampered again.

Wow - I've done lots of group Airbnb trips but never one so feature-rich as our stay here. Fred, the owner, was a full-on concierge - helping us book everything from ground transport to in-home massages to a private on-site chef to a boat. He supplied us with food and beverages, and made himself available on-call when we needed more beer and water. The home comes with a staff that provides cleaning multiple times per day. We stayed here for a long weekend as a group of 7 professionals (most with our spouses) and it was perfect.

Amazing stay, we have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for many years and have rented multiple luxury houses and this is one is by far the best. Frederic is awesome and is one step ahead of your needs and the staff is outstanding. Go ahead and book one of the best houses you have stayed at!
