We chose José Cristóbal's house based on the great reviews and, of course, the photos and location of his property, and it was an excellent choice. Communication with J.C. was constant; he was very attentive, responded immediately, and resolved any issues. Your house has an amazing location and direct access to the plaza. My family really enjoys the Puerto Cancún area, and for us, waking up and walking a few steps along the shore of the marina, saying hello to the sailors preparing their luxury yachts, and then visiting a restaurant or café is the best option. The condominium's security personnel were very friendly to us, and it is very evident that they keep an eye on everything to ensure that everything is in order. Thank you for everything; we would love to stay at your place again.

An excellent place to go to relax and spend time with family. Very safe and with everything you need. The service is wonderful, and they are always attentive to your needs. We would definitely be happy to come back.

Really great place to stay! It was nice having a van we rented to park and get around the area. The gym is a great addition in the area and outside is very walkable with where the trail is located. Will definitely recommend booking!

The house is spacious and beautifully designed. It gets plenty of natural light when you want it, but you can also make it dark and cozy using the curtains. Everything was very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There are two Wi-Fi networks with great coverage and speed (especially good for Mexico). We didn’t use them, but there’s both a traditional and a gas BBQ available. The kitchen is fully equipped and even includes an espresso machine — which is quite rare in Mexico! Parking is very convenient, with space for three medium-sized cars or two large ones. The complex itself is lovely, featuring 24/7 security, restaurants, and a nice pool area.

We booked this place just hours after leaving another rental that turned out to be terrible. Even on such short notice, the apartment was clean and exactly as described. The building felt very secure, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. We loved being within walking distance of the Puerto Cancún shopping center. The pool was great too, nice and quiet and never crowded.

l can't wait to book this stay again. My friends & l booked this spot for my 40th birthday trip to Cancun. When l tell you , we have no regrets l'm not lying. Its located in Puerto Cancun, about a 20mins ride from the airport. Check-in was a breeze. The place was clean & spacious. There's a huge mall about a minute walk when you exit the premises. It has everything you would need in there, including a super market. A taxi ride to the market if looking for souvenirs is about a 15min ride for about $10. The place was a 10/10.

Jose’s home was amazing! The view is breathtaking I had a group of 6 and we still had extra sleeping spaces. The only con may be there is a ton of stairs inside the home and it’s 4 stories but if you’re not afraid of a little exercise you’ll be totally fine! The security when you first turn in will check everyday to make sure there is no outsiders entering the property so we felt safe at all times. So overall I will give 10/10 and we will return to the property:)

My stay at Jose’s place was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been more ideal it’s just a one minute walk from a beautiful marina side mall with a fantastic food market and a great selection of restaurants. Enjoying meals with views overlooking the water was a definite highlight. One of the most unique features was the direct marina access, you can rent a jet ski or even charter a private yacht right from the backyard. It really added an extra level of luxury and convenience to the experience. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Jose was incredibly responsive and flexible throughout our visit. His easygoing communication and willingness to accommodate made the experience completely stress-free. For the quality, comfort, and unbeatable location, the price was great. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly return in future.

Jose’s home was the perfect airbnb while in Cancun. The home is spacious with a large living area, kitchen, and large bedrooms. It is perfect for larger groups as everyone will have space. The location in Puerto Cancun has lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance and feels very safe. Jose was responsive and made check in and out super easy. I would highly recommend staying when looking for an Airbnb in Cancun.

I don’t like leaving anything less than 5 stars, especially when a host has potential to improve—so I’m sharing this feedback in the hope it helps. The place itself is spacious and in a great location, next to a nice mall and within a safe, gated community. The gym and pool are also great perks. That said, cleanliness needs serious attention. The fridge was dirty, the freezer was pretty disgusting, and the bed sheets didn’t seem freshly washed. One of the bathrooms didn’t have hot water, and when we arrived, the upper floor felt like a sauna since the A/C was off—coming straight from the airport into that wasn’t a great first impression. Also, small details were overlooked: no guidance on towels, sheets, or dishes, and we had to figure out where the laundry detergent was. Lastly, the pool table in the pictures is more for decoration—it’s flimsy and unusable, with broken sticks. The “no guests allowed” rule is also a bit restrictive. The townhouse is very nice and is very nicely located. It has 4 levels and there are many stairs to go up to the rooms, but it is well decorated and the rooms are nice and comfortable. We had a great time!

The place is in great condition and has everything you need. The location is perfect, as there are shops around and you find everything you need: restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket, etc. Everything is very practical, you just have to follow the instructions. The area is safe and very nice. The place is great for traveling as a group.

This Home Was Absolutely Amazing Private & Presidential. The Pictures Does It No Justice. 24 hr Security Feels Super Safe Not Just Anybody Can Get Back There. The View Was Outstanding Right By The Water With Shopping Malls & Restaurants Right Around The Corner . This Place Is Very Classy & Luxury Well Worth Every Penny . The Host Was Very Responsive & Nice . When I Say You Feel Right At Home It’s Nothing In This House Will Make You Feel Otherwise. Every Room Has A Beautiful View.
