Honestly, we loved staying here. Everything was super clean. The place is very nice and exactly as shown in the photos. We felt very comfortable since we arrived. The host was always very friendly, so the whole process was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to the beach and beautiful home!

The house is in excellent condition, very well maintained and clean. Throughout our stay, we didn't need anything; it is perfectly equipped. Manuel's service was excellent at all times, and Mary, who is always available, was very kind. We loved the location—it's across the street from the beach, and everything you need is super close and easily accessible. We'll definitely be back!

Great Spacious home for a family !

A very nice and very comfortable house

The house is perfect, I struggled a lot with the hot water, and it is expensive through Airbnb, it goes up to 5000.00. It is better to do it directly, but also through that platform I learned about the existence of the Batman house, but other than that, he is an excellent host, he takes care of all the details for the visitors and the house is perfect

The home is gorgeous! The location is perfect! I know we were there for the beach but half the time we didn’t even want to leave the house. There’s ping pong and foosball table which my daughters loved! There’s adults even had a go at it. Highly recommended, you’ll not regret renting this place!

Very nice house, very clean, everything in very good condition

We loved the place. Location was great very attentive staff and very helpful. His staff also made us breakfast at an additional cost but so worth it. Definitely an amazing experience will be booking again.

Excellent house, very large, clean, it has everything you need to spend a few incredible days, the sea view is very beautiful, the terrace is very comfortable, we will definitely return soon!!!!

Great location and beautiful house!! We will absolutely be back in the future. The host was great to work with and very hospitable. We had a beautiful display of swans made out of towels on our bed, which the kids loved. There was a bottle of champagne on ice when we arrived. We loved everything about the house.

This house totally exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful. It's easy to get to, and it's very close to the beach. The whole house is very clean and all the beds are very comfortable. There is also a cart with chairs and umbrellas that can be taken to the beach. And with the welcome we were left speechless, Mary was very kind and Manuel was always attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

Second time staying and the place is just as beautiful as the first time everything is super clean well taken care of and my family an I felt right at home!

Beautiful place to stay

Satisfied repeat customer here. We were 4 families with 5 kids in total, and had a comfortable stay. The place has greatly evolved since my last time here: sofas, beds, kitchen equipment, lawn chairs, and games for kids (foosball table) have been added. We were very happy about the plastic cups and plates, it meant we didn't have to worry about kids breaking them. Having a gas grill with 2 gas canisters was amazing, it's much faster and safer with kids running around. The house remains as pristine as it was 5 years ago, maintenance is top-notch, everything still feels and operates as new. The caretaker was friendly and helpful, we left a tip. I was lucky enough to meet the owner during a walk on the main street, we were both on holidays. We exchanged travel experiences and shared a few jokes, I couldn't imagine a better host/owner. I intend to come back again in a few years, I know it'll be great!

Absolutely wonderful stay! We are thankful this home was made available to host our large family. This is a luxurious resort-style home with just about every amenity. This is located within steps from the beach!! Manuel was excellent with communication and provided a very detailed walk through during checkin. Would love to stay again.

A hidden gem that’s close to the water and has enough room for a whole family to enjoy themselves. The host and his team were super responsive and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable and enjoyable. We already plan on coming back next year.

WELL ALL I CAN SAY IS ABSOLUTLY AWESOME !!! WE WHERE GREETED BY THE HOST , WHO SHOWED US THE HOUSE. AS SOON AS SHE OPENED THE DOOR WE COULD SMELL THE CLEAN AND FELT THE NICE COLD AC. STAFF WAS VERY PLEASENT AND HELPFULL ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS WE MIGHT HAVE HAD. WE ABSOLUTLY RECOMEND THIS HOUSE. ALSO HAD THE PRIVALAGE TO MEET THE OWNER, HE ALSO IS VERY PLEASENT, THANK YOU SO MUCH MANUEL.

Excellent place and stay, recommended for its magnificent facilities

This is a beach front mansion! There is tons of space to spread your guest out and still be in the same home. The roof top is beautiful for watching the sunsets! Very responsive host when we needed anything!!

If we could give 10 stars to this place, we would. Beautiful stunning house. The view from the rooftop patio is amazing. Rooftop patio has jacuzzi, grill, and huge entertaining space. 3 of the rooms are private. The other 2 rooms have multiple beds, so you can fit all your friends, family, and kids. The master bedroom and bathroom were large and spacious. The master bathroom shower has a fun led light up shower head. Kitchen space is spacious and well appointed. Ping pong table & Fuse Ball Table makes entertaining a blast. Fun colorful LED lights in the living space gives you the fun party vibe. Manuel truly is a super host. We visited when it was unusually cooler temperatures, so he brought us extra space heaters to warm up the space. He texted us through our visit to check on any needs. We texted him before we left Hermosillo, and he met us at the house to give us a personal tour. Luz, his on premises house manager, was super helpful too.

Excellent service, attention, cleanliness. The house is very nice, equipped with all the amenities and very comfortable. Very good hospitality from the host and the people in charge of the house.

Manuel was very responsive to all our questions. The housekeeper was available for assistance but spoke little English - we spoke little Spanish, but we made it through with hand jesters and broken communication. The house was clean she had a Pina Colada waiting for us when we arrived. The beach was very close, the house had enough beds for everyone. Peace and Quiet. Wonderful disco lights, we figured out they were sound activated. Shake your booty!

The house was even better than the listing made it out to be! It's sooo beautiful and just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Manuel responded quickly to our messages and Cesar not only greeted us with Piña Coladas when we arrived, but he was also happy to help us when we asked. All in all, we had a great time and would highly recommend!!

This Beautiful house is by far one of the best ones in Kino very spacious really clean it has all you need for your stay just bring your food and drinks. Unfortunately I had some car problems that I didn’t fully enjoy my stay, but already panning on coming back. Thank you Manuel.

The house is beautiful, the photos don't do it justice. Everyone was very friendly; Manuel was always available to help. Silvia welcomed us along with her husband, and they made us piña coladas. Very nice people. If I could give them 10 stars, I would… but the maximum is 5. We will come back. It was me and 15 other friends; we all loved everything. Thank you, Manuel and Silvia.

It was a great place

Best place we've stayed at in Kino! The owners are very hospitable. The place is clean, fun and relaxing. Great place to bring your family. The only thing I wish I could change is just that check out was later, we never want to leave.

Manuel's home was beyond what we expected! Everything from communication to what the house contained exceeded all of our expectations. The photos of the house are beautiful but they truly don't do the house justice. I went with my 7 members of my family to celebrate our mother's 75th birthday and we were all blown away. The location and security of the house is impeccable. The beach is right across the street and the house has a wagon (that is easy to maneuver on the sand) with chairs and umbrellas. Thelma even greeted us with freshly made piña coladas. I can keep going and going about how great this house is but it's best to check it out yourself. We will definitely be coming back.

Manuel’s place was beautiful. Highly recommend. Beach umbrella and chairs were provided and the beach is only a few steps away. There are also convenience stores within walking distance for snacks and food. The place is spacious and very clean!

The house is definitely very nice. The photos don't do it justice... it's much nicer and bigger in person... everything is very clean, organized... you find everything you need for cooking. The terrace has a wonderful view from the Jacuzzi... Everything is EXCELLENT!!!

Definitely the prettiest, most modern and updated house 😍 Super clean, fully equipped. Manuel was very nice and Thelma welcomed us with a very nice touch! House is very spacious. It has entertainment for children and adults. My children, ages 17, 16, 14 and 12, especially enjoyed it. The beach is across Kino's main street (planning to take everything so as not to have to come back was smart). Manuel offers you a wagon cart equipped with enough beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. We're already planning to return!! 💯 recommend staying in this house

The communication from the reservation to the end wore excellent. The home was supper clean the greatest welcome ever. My both sons love the Accommodations they have. The security of the home excellent very private, no complains at all everything was perfect Manuel was a super host. We wouldn’t want to try anywhere else. Thank you Manuel.

This house is exactly like the pictures and much more beautiful in person. It’s super clean and had courtesy items like toilet paper, towels, soap etc. when we arrived therma greeted us with a margarita and gave us a tour of the house.

Manuel's place is very classy but you can still feel at home. The shower outside on the ground floor was perfect to rinse off the sand and salt from the beach. Everything is fenced in so you don't have to worry about your car. And your only a short block away from the beach.

I’ve been in Kino bay many times, but this is one of the best weekends i’ve ever had...... Isn’t just the house, but the whole expericence what makes this place by far the best one in town. (Thelma is a big-big Plus) Just got back home & already plannimg my next trip there!

Almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Manuel is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and more. The house is just perfect! Kitchen is absolutely gorgeous fully equipped and modern, contains everything we need. The beds are comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible. Manuel had excellent recommendations and was of great help. It is a great option, it is a very large house, well located, new and well equipped. Manuel was always on hand with information and attention. We were greeted with some strained pineapples and taken care of by Mrs. Mary. She took care of us wonderfully and cozy. We'll definitely be back. I give them a 1000 rating!

Beautiful space, modern and very clean. This would be an awesome place to host a gathering or shared trip. So easy to access the beach and a wonderful space to relax together. The beach is right outside and the roof area is fantastic. The on-site host\caretaker was so helpful and welcoming! I was contacted by the host in email and text to give details and know what to expect. A great introduction and welcome drink!
