It is a beautiful place to stay at and also private. There is plenty of space and everything is very walkable and close.

This is a beautiful villa and furnished in a way that feels personal. The villa, and especially the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, it was quite impressive. The living room area is very nice with lots of comfortable seating and a huge tv! There were 7 of us with 3 young adults in one room because there is a mattress you can pull into the room instead of having to use the living room. Useful if some of us sleep in late! My favorite part was the outside seating area surrounded by greenery which is unusual in Peñasco’s resorts. The resort itself is beautiful and steps away from the beach. Heidi and Jim are super responsive!! Would not hesitate to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Heidi’s beautiful villa. Great location within the resort and plenty of space for our group. We loved being able to park in the garage onsite and have easy access to the pools and beach.

Had an amazing stay! Heidi was very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our trip. The house was fully stocked, and when we decided to do a BBQ on Saturday, everything we needed was available. The beach was close by, which was super convenient, and we especially loved the pools having two pools for kids made it so fun for my children, they enjoyed it so much! We also loved that there were chairs available by Heidi to lounge under the palapas by the ocean, so we didn’t even have to bring out our own chairs. It made the experience so relaxing and enjoyable. The security and management staff were also very kind and welcoming. Overall, we really appreciated Heidi’s hospitality, loved our stay, and would definitely stay there again!

My family and I stayed in Heidi's home for a long weekend and it was perfect. I can't wait to come back and visit again soon! The home was in the perfect location, close to the pools and restaurant and just a short walk down to the beach. Heidi was very responsive to any of my questions and requests, I would recommend this stay to anyone.

Words can’t describe how amazing this villa was! Me and my family had the most amazing time ever! It was gorgeous and so peaceful! Amazing villa in a amazing resort! Everything was so clean and there was everything you needed! The host is super friendly she was even able to give us early check in! The beach is clean and so is the resort! One of the best things of the villa is that it’s right next to the main pool and bar it was so easy to get out of the pool and straight into the house through the backyard! I extremely recommend the villa! It’s the best place to stay at puerto peñasco!

Heidi’s villa it’s beautiful! We had a great time, we really enjoyed our stays, the live music was very enjoyable. Everything was excellent. Heidi it’s very responsive, she always answers you as quickly as possible if you have any questions.

The property at Bella Sirena was beautiful, well maintained, and the owners were super responsive. If you are looking for a Mexican beach vacation this villa has everything you need. The villa is in a great location and just a few steps to Sandy Beach. The villa is also well stocked and the owners have done a great job making you feel right at home. This property is #1 on our Rocky Point list and we will be back again.

Heidi is an excellent host and her home is the perfect space for families or couples traveling together. The pools and resort are well kept, security is professional and courteous. We ate out but the house has all the items you need to cook and bbq. Visiting in July, central AC is a plus, really such a great place to relax while in Rocky Point!

Heidi’s place was great. Very spacious and everything needed for our stay was fully stocked. Everything needed for a day at the beach was also available and that’s a plus for me. Being right next to the pool and restaurant⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Definitely recommend this place to all!!

We absolutely loved this Villa! It was spacious, the location was great and the resort was clean and exactly as described. The villa is right next to the pool and 30 seconds from the beach. We would stay here again and again!

The casita is well appointed and has a great layout. I was especially impressed with the beautiful ceiling and Coppola in the main living area. We enjoyed the hot tub. The band played nearby, so I would recommend this spot as a party place rather than a tranquil getaway. It suited our needs. They are lovely accommodations.

Took my parents to their first Mexico beach vacation and this was the perfect stay for all of us. The pictures don’t do justice to how amazing this place is. Thank you for making it so enjoyable to be away from home. Equipped with everything, from shampoo, conditioner, beach towels to kitchen appliances and condiments. The swim up bar, pool and gym are literally right next to us. We will definitely be back! Thank you Heidi!

Place was exactly as advertised. Our family had a great time and felt very safe on the property. Heidi was a great communicator and quickly answered any questions I had. The proximity to the resort pool was a bonus as we had a few younger children with us. Would highly recommend.

This villa is located right next to the main pool so it's easy to grab drinks and a bite to eat if you want. You also get the perk of being able to listen to the live band from your own patio. Heidi was great with communication giving us all the information we needed to make the booking/check-in process easy. She also provided timely responses during our stay to any questions we had for her. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again!

This Villa has been our favorite stay in Rocky Point! Such a beautiful home, very clean, and fully equipped. The location is perfect, such a short walk to the beach and the resort is amazing, with various pools and a very decent gym. Book this villa, you won’t be disappointed. My family of six stayed here for 3 nights. Our whole family loved it!! My kids (15-22 yrs) literally patted me on the back and said I did good picking this place. I chose this villa because of the extras that they have to offer (and from reading other reviews) and they still had even more than I expected. The kitchen has too many things to list them all including spices. The bathrooms have plenty of towels, shampoo, body wash, hand soap and toilet paper. The bedrooms have several comfortable blankets and pillows. The bathrooms and bedrooms have plenty of space for all your things. I love all the lighting options in this villa and the thermostats. All the little things that an Airbnb could be cheap with, this place is not. Everything felt so nice. We used the kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, fire pit table on the roof, hot tub, grill, board games, and watched a few movies on the huge tv. The fitness room, restaurant (Swim) and pools were all awesome. The resort is beautiful, well kept and the staff was friendly. This was our first time to Mexico and we felt safe, it was great to have our vehicle parked in the garage. I really can’t say enough about this villa. I’m so happy with our experience at this Airbnb.

The place was very accommodating. Kitchen and bathrooms are stocked. Plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper in bathrooms. Kitchen had all you could ask for. I would definitely stay again.

Heidi’s home is absolutely beautiful and the location within Bella Serena could not be better (30 second walk to the pool and swim up bar)! Everything was so clean and put together and we definitely appreciated the private grill and hot tube. Our party of six was perfectly accommodated with ample space and private bathrooms to each bedroom. There was also plenty of common space to all hang out between the living room/kitchen, out side patio and rooftop patio. This made our vacation a dream come true. We’ve stayed at over a dozen different properties in rocky point over the years and this is by far the best we’ve ever stayed at. Definitely worth booking this property for your next rocky point weekend, you will not be disappointed!

Amazing! This villa exceeded our expectations! It was our first time in Rocky Point and it would be hard to imagine going again and staying anywhere else. From the stylish space, to the pool being steps away from our porch, this location could not be beat. We would highly recommend this spot and would love to visit again in the future!

Great place to stay. The villa is close walking distance to the beach and next to the resort pool. We had four adults and four children in our group and we had plenty of room for everyone. The kids had a great time at the beach and in the pool. The villa included everything we needed and then some. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

This incredible Villa was perfectly located by the pool and the beach area. The kiddie pool was easily visible from the Kitchen window, the bar and adult swim up bar were only steps from the patio, the hot tub was amazing to close the night with, and the beach was quickly accessible. Security was great and the bar attendants were friendly

Heidi is a fantastic hostess who responds very quickly. The Villa is clean and beautifully furnished with easy access to the pools, bar and beach. It is well stocked and all the beach toys are in great condition. It is as pictured. The resort itself is well maintained and close to many other restaurants.

Heidi and Jim's place is fantastic. Well stocked is an understatement, we certainly did not except the amount of coffee, linens, towels, etc. Very well thought out floor plan and nice furniture.

Heidis home was everything we wanted and more for our trip of 10 guest. The villa itself is beautiful as you can see the Mexican infrastructure threw out the home, from the Mexican tiles layered all threw the showers from the kitchen granite. We Loved the coffee machine and convenience of having the kayaks and chairs to go to the beach for fun. We will most definitely come back here again and I would recommend this for any large groups who are looking for a comfortable and gorgeous stay.

this villa is way better than you can see in the pictures, is close to every place in the bella sirena, a few steps away from the main pool and a short walk to the beach, has its own Jacuzzi, bbq and patio. Huge space inside. this is a place you wont regret
