Pepe is a very friendly person and is always concerned that you are well. Mrs. Sandra is the cleaning lady and is super friendly and her work is impeccable. The house is a dream, beautiful. The private pool is a plus. We had a great time there. It's like staying in a hotel but without restrictions. I highly recommend them and I appreciate their attention.

Excellent service from Pepe, even before our arrival. He gave us a tour of the house and answered all our questions. As for the house, it is very spacious and as described in the photos. It has a common area with a huge pool that's perfect for relaxing. We hired Ms. Sandra to help us with breakfasts and everything was excellent. We will definitely stay at his house again.

The house is beautiful! The pictures don’t do justice to how amazing the house and the views are. Pepe was there to welcome us, took the time to show us around and explain everything we needed to have a great vacation. Everything in the house is as you can see in the pictures, having Sandra cleaning every day helped us out a lot. Pepe recommended a few places to eat and things to do and they were really good. Definitely a place that we’ll come back to.

My group of 16 celebrated moms 90th birthday in this villa. This place was private with beautiful daytime and night bay views. The pool was a big plus enjoyment for visiting teenagers. Pepe described all amenities in detail. He was prompt to answer questions and flexible to help problem solve last minute unexpected changes. Sandra the house keeper was kind, hard working, kept the place clean, stocked and her cooking was delicious! Would definitely consider enjoying this getaway again and again!

Also, thanks to Ms. Sandra, who kept the house clean for us and even cooked a delicious carne asada for us. We recommend the house 100%.

Pepe is an amazing host, responsive, pleasant, and willing to go the extra mile. There was a daily cleaning service, which was amazing - Sandra was attentive and pleasant and willing to help wherever she could. The property is tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. There is a private pool which is cleaned regularly and free of debris. If you need a beach, there are plenty of beach clubs nearby which have great deals and appear private. We took Uber to different areas with no issues. Overall a great experience.

The house is huge and very nice; the pool was always at its best temperature, and the ocean view from the rooms made it all worthwhile. Homes was amazing. Starting from Pepes communication. The home is exactly what I wanted when it came to having a relaxed vacation. The views are incredible from just about every single room. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The whole home was very spacious with a great layout. Pool was great and clean and also had beautiful views. The outdoor area was a great hangout spot. Pepe thought of almost every single detail. The speaker outside lets you enjoy music while relaxing by the pool. The warm pool also helped at night when the temperature would slightly drop. We felt completely safe staying here. Security checking in at the gate and not some many neighbors around. We didn't have to leave the home much. It is at the top of the hill so we made sure to buy groceries. Ubers/ taxis got there fine. We went to some of the spots Pepe recommended and they were worth it. We loved having Sandra in the mornings to cook us delicious breakfast. Do not skip on her cooking. Can't wait to return.

Where do I even start… Our family of 12 had the most amazing 2 week stay! This property is flawlessly maintained and incredibly clean thanks to the housekeeper, Sandra, who comes everyday. She will do your laundry and make sure you have fresh towels everyday! She is also a fabulous cook and made us fresh fish and shrimp tacos as well as churros from scratch!! Be sure to bring extra pesos because she definitely deserves tips!! The pool is warm and cleaned weekly. The house possesses all necessary amenities and more, including a fully stocked kitchen! Bring your own float and pool toys, spices, condiments and cooking oil - there are many supermarkets close by! If you take a 3 minute walk down the hill, you’ll find a beautiful clean lagoon that you’ll have full access to! There are bathrooms and beach chairs down there! We spent hours enjoying it. We cannot say enough good things about the host, Pepe. He was incredibly responsive and helpful before and during our stay, making sure we

Staying at this Airbnb was awesome!! it was such a beautiful place, and peaceful. Everyone from the host, to the other staff were super kind and made us feel right at home. They made us feel welcomed and helped us when we had questions. We did hire the staff member (Sandra) to help us make breakfast and she was great! Super sweer lady, and Mr. Pepe was very responsive and helpful in suggesting places and things to do. i came here for my bachlorette party with 9 girls, it was plenty of space and we felt safe here. I definitely would come here again!

Pepe and his wife, the staff and this villa are incredible! We arrived on my 40th birthday, on which my family and Pepe planned an amazing birthday surprise dinner. My sisters had arranged for them to pickup some decorations from where we were staying in Puerto Vallarta and they took care of the rest. We showed up to a party! A wonderful dinner and drinks made by Pepe and his wife and wonderful night with my family where we didn’t have to worry about a thing! Did I mention this was for 16 people!!! Pepe was so helpful our entire stay with any questions or recommendations and anything at all that we needed! Sandra the housekeeper was amazing as well! She was there for our every need and kept the villa sparkling. We took quick Uber rides to the surrounding towns to explore, but spent much of our time enjoying the beautiful villa, its great pool and the views! I can’t say enough positive things about this place and the people who care for it! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house, beautiful view. Sandra and Isaac do a great job looking after the house, and Sandra is a wonderful cook. Great customer service all around. Issues were resolved quickly. The house is perfect for a family group looking for “ together time” in a quiet space away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the wildlife we saw in the forests around the house such as Coati, hummingbirds, chuchaluchas, hawks, butterflies, geckos, and lizards. Taxis and Ubers into La Cruz or Bucerías worked well, costing about 100 pesos and 150 pesos each way, respectively.

Everything has been great. Pepe was super helpful, answering at all times. Sandra is very friendly and cooks delicious food. The pool is super nice, very good speed internet throughout the house. Definitely one of the best places I've ever found.

The house is amazing, the terrace, the pool area, dining room, living room and the first-class rooms... You'll get your money's worth and you'll definitely come back. This place is incredible! Everything we wanted and more. We had seven adults and three kids and all had a blast. The pool is large and the water temperature was delightfully warm. The bedrooms are large and the bed's super comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and large. The view is beautiful. And the lake pool just below the house is gigantic and super fun to play in with a large group of people. The location of the villa is absolutely perfect. We spent quite a bit of time in Sayulita, super cute surf town. We went to PV one day, which was eggnog for us due to how busy it is there. La Cruz, where this villa is located, is a smaller more low key town full of friendly people. We visited beaches in Bucarias just 1 town away and La Cruz. Our 1.5 week stay was fabulous and we could not have asked for anything more. To top it off, Sandra is incredible! If you want a chef, I highly recommend her. She made all of our breakfasts and all were to die for. Sandra, THANK YOU!!!

This place is absolutely beautiful and stunning! We had the best time ever. My family and I were given top tier care by Sandra and Pepe. Sandra is an awesome lady who is there and assists with everyday cleaning and cooking- when we first got there, we were greeted by both and given a tour of the home along with all we needed to know. We had a big family and I felt super safe to have my family there. The highlight of the home was the beautiful pool and outdoor scenic view. Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom with shower. Every room had its AC unit which was amazing! I will definitely return to this villa because it had everything we needed and the host was super responsive and attentive to our needs. 100% recommend

This villa is worth the price! Inside, it is spacious enough for 14+ people. Very clean at check-in and during the stay Sandra was present to help with cleaning. The outdoor patio and the spectacular pool! The pool is always warm, the grill for grilled meats and the icebox for whatever we needed. The view from the patio was amazing! Pepe was always in touch with us for anything we might need. Thank you Pepe! We hope to return very soon!

A very nice place for large groups.. quite safe, quiet, clean and surrounded by nature. Pepe was on the lookout all the time and Sandra helped us have the property always shiny. Having a view of the sea and private pool is a plus that returns the perfect stay. We will definitely be back!

The house is inside a very secluded and well guarded villa. The house is absolutely gorgeous with spacious private bathrooms and daily cleaning, which was one of my favorite amenities. The hosts are responsive, friendly and welcoming. Additionally, they are available for any questions or concerns about the house. The house keeper was perfect. I recommend the house and hope to make our way back. We were a family of 8 and it was perfect.

The whole trip was incredible, from the moment I booked Pepe was in touch with me, explaining in detail each of my concerns. The house is fabulous, spacious bedrooms with separate bathrooms, terrace with incredible pool. 2 new dining rooms for 8-10 people (not shown in current listing photos). Bertha was at the reception and gave us all the tips on beaches to visit, food contacts, restaurants, delivery service, day pass for the hotels in the same complex, everything was very clear. Additionally, Sandra, who is the one who helped us clean the house, also helped us with some breakfasts and meals (at an additional cost), but that makes no one worry about cooking. Pepe, Bertha, Sandra, I'm sure we'll see each other very often. Thanks for making this family vacation memorable!

Everything about our experience at this Villa was outstanding. The home is so well designed & cared for with every amenity you could hope for. It was comfortable, beautiful, spacious beyond what the pictures suggest. Our party of eight celebrated two birthdays with two of my siblings - we ate great food - one night cooked out on the grill, listened & sang to great songs with the patio & inside speaker systems. Enjoyed the togetherness this home allowed us to experience. We had two more family members up at the Delta Hotels Riviera. All of us got together easily - and it was a wonderful time we’ll never forget. Thank you, Pepe - for being the perfect host. And thank you to Sandra for keeping the place restored to new daily! We appreciated everything you provided to make our family get-together beautiful & memorable!

The accommodation is amazing, from the attention to the registration, the arrival was flexible, Mr. Pepe and Mrs. Bertha were totally friendly, they gave us recommendations, a tour of the house, which by the way is totally faithful to the photographs, Mrs. Sandra kept the house in order during our stay which made it much more comfortable, the view is beautiful, the services all excellent, we were very comfortable, it is definitely a place we would love to return to, it has very good lighting, fans and air conditioning in all areas of the house, it was something we liked a lot and the maintenance of the pool is also very good, totally private for the house.

The place is on a hill with a privileged view, the rooms are spacious and with large windows to appreciate the jungle and the sea, in this case the Bay. It's a great location and you should visit it. Access is controlled and you pass two booths to enter. A vehicle is recommended to get around. The heated pool and the house are ready and equipped with everything you need. Additionally, our host was always attentive, before, during and after the stay. I recommend going for several days to enjoy this wonderful place

It is located in a very well located residential development, close to supermarkets and very nice beaches. Communication with Pepe was exceptional, proactive, always ready to answer any questions, and making a superior effort to meet all your expectations during your stay. It is also worth mentioning Mrs. Sandra, who is in charge of daily cleaning, her helpful spirit, always with great kindness, and her food is also very tasty.
