The house is as shown in the photos, the location is good, and the hosts are friendly. There are areas for improvement. Some areas of the house were not clean. We found dusty areas, cobwebs on lamps, and black sheets (personally, I don't like them, since you can't see the dirt). For the cost of the house, I think they should provide towels and amenities such as shampoo and soap. Additionally, it was not possible to use the fryer, apparently due to a voltage issue. Good internet.

Regarding cleanliness, at the time of handing over the house, a tour was conducted with you to show you the facilities and to check that everything was in order. At that time, we were not told of any problems. Regarding the sheets, it should be clarified that we don't use black sheets in the house. Yes, we do have some dark tones, so we understand that it is a matter of personal preference, but it is not something that we can consider a lack of cleanliness. As for towels and amenities, this information is specified in advance in the listing, so these are services that guests can consider before making their reservation. Regarding the fryer, we are surprised by the comment, since it can be used normally, just like all the appliances in the house. Daniel was always available to help. Thank you

Very nice beach, very good house, the air conditioners are excellent. The house has a very well thought out breakfast area. It's perfect for a quiet time with the family. The pool is excellent. It's important to bring your towels and keep in mind that there is no washing machine.

My family and I had a great time. The house is very nice. They are always attentive. The pool is small but very comfortable, with ocean views. The beach is within walking distance, so you can walk along the beach every day when you wake up. From the windows, you can see spectacular sunrises I was able to take my dog with me too. I had a great time Just keep in mind that there are 2 bathrooms, so it's important to take that into account if there are more than 8 people. We had no water in the morning, but they fixed it right away Everything else was excellent. Yes, I would return.

Everything is excellent. The only thing is that there are no doors in the rooms... only 1. And personally, I don't recommend the food they offer to take out at all. You'd better look for something else.

The house is nice and matches everything listed and what is shown in the photos. As it is a house near the ocean, it is understandable that keeping it in perfect condition is difficult. If I could mention one thing, it is that it has some issues typical of places near the ocean, such as humidity and salt air; however, it is nothing that affects your stay. Unfortunately, on the dates we stayed, the weather was not pleasant, but the location and the view from the house are amazing, and overall, the place is nice and pleasant, very family-friendly, and pet-friendly. Communication with Jimena was good, and she's always available, as is Daniel, who is from Tuxpan and is super friendly and can recommend places to eat or things to do. Recommended overall.

Jim and Daniel were more than kind, you can see the effort in the maintenance and cleaning. The space is private and cozy, it has an incredible sunrise view. The pool and air conditioning are a great plus. Of course we'll be back.

The house is beautiful, however the price-quality ratio leaves much to be desired. From the beginning, the host insisted on excessive rules and conditions about her property, which made the stay feel tense. The pool did not look clean; you could not see the bottom even though it is not deep. The hand towels did not look freshly laundered and the plastic cutlery was very worn. In addition, no bath towels, shampoo or soap are provided, so it is necessary to bring your own. The camera in the pool area makes you feel watched and uncomfortable. We decided not to give these details so much importance because the main attraction was that the house is right on the beach. However, on the last day we had a very unpleasant experience: we found a flea on the couch. Coincidence or not, all of the sofa beds, we all ended up with multiple bites, even a Dr confirmed this theory, even though the host said they were mosquitoes.

We appreciate your comment and we regret that your experience was not as expected. The guest expressed interest in canceling the reservation because they were not allowed to stay beyond check-out; however, according to Airbnb policies, the cancellation had to be handled directly on the platform, as we as hosts cannot cancel without penalty. Check-out is at 11:00 am, and it was not possible to extend it to 1:00 pm due to the arrival of other guests and the necessary cleaning. The property is maintained with periodic inspections and fumigations; no fleas were detected before your arrival. During your stay, four dogs entered without notice, important information for the proper management of the accommodation. Insects such as mosquitoes are also common in the area, and their bites can be confused with others. The camera is installed only for security purposes, in visible and permitted areas, without affecting private spaces.

The place is very nice, the house is good; maybe some supplies are needed that you are sometimes used to in other accommodations, you have to bring towels, soap, shampoo and not forget basic cooking products such as oil. You pay for the view and the place, it's definitely worth it. My only important point is that whoever goes with small to medium dogs must be careful with the entrances; they are not very well designed and without 24/7 surveillance your pet can get out (mine did). I already suggested to the host to reinforce that part; so that whoever goes with pets asks about it.

My weekend was great sharing with my family! Jimena's beachfront Airbnb is very nice, it has everything you need to disconnect from the routine, its very spacious garden for excellent photographs. From the time we arrived, Daniel was very attentive and very helpful. He helped us light charcoal and a campfire in front of the beach. Overall we had an excellent vacation at this Airbnb.

The place is very quiet, and nice. They have some details such as cleaning in the pool and the house, and in the second area the air conditioning in the upper part does not work at all, which makes that space very hot. Also, some burners in the outdoor kitchen are covered and the flame is low. There are three double beds, a small mattress and 2 sofa-beds that can fit two people without any problem. Jim and Daniel's service is very nice and friendly, we will definitely return, we spent a very nice few days. 😊

Regarding cleaning, we want to tell you that because your arrival was at 12:30 pm and check-in is at 3:00 pm, we had to clean faster than usual so that you could settle in earlier, which may have influenced some details. As for the temperature in the upper part, it was not an air conditioning failure, but it was set to 30°C. As Mr. Daniel showed you, it is recommended to keep it at 23 degrees so that it cools properly. Highly recommended. I was afraid of the mosquitoes and gnats, but I didn't have any. I recommend bringing enough mosquito repellent, just in case. In general, everything is perfect. I would only suggest laying a shade net in the parking lot, because checking out at 11 am and loading things into the trunk of the car in the sun is brutal.

He was not delighted, we brought my baby to the beach for the first time, it is a beach that despite the fact that the sea is choppy, you can get in without problem, our dogs also went to the beach for the first time and it was wonderful. We had a delightful weekend! The beach is in front of the house, super quiet, the house is as in the photos, just to relax. The pool is not that big, but we enjoyed it very much, even though on day 2, it was cloudy and sometimes it rained. We paid for the heating and it was veeery warm (and it wasn't necessary). Bring towels (they tell you there aren't any). Few restaurant options nearby. The host and the guy are always attentive to you. If you bring dogs, be careful because if they are medium or small, they can get out through the bars. Amazing sunrises!! They did a photoshoot in front of the house, and they are awesome! We also had a bonfire on the beach and had a great time!

The accommodation is really nice, just as in the photos, everything is very clean, the service is very good, the pool is heated, which makes it very pleasant, but you are charged separately for that. Just one thing, they don't have towels, so you should take your own into account when packing. The area is very quiet and it is very cool that just a few steps away you have access to the beach. Everything is 🙌🏻 very nice. Very good service and we arrived safely at the house.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful, it exceeded our expectations. Everything was very well kept and comfortable. The beach is close and a perfect place to relax. I loved it, I would definitely come back again, the restaurant area is close by car, the Oxxo is about a 5-minute walk, they were always on the lookout for what we need, everything is very clean, the place is steps from the beach and if you like you offer a bonfire at night with bonbons with an extra cost, it is very quiet to spend a few days with family or with a couple.

the property is very nice, just like the photos, but the surroundings are not very grateful, despite the fact that the neighbors are not rude, there is a lot of rubbish in the public spaces, unfortunately the weather does not allow me to enjoy the beach, the outdoor kitchen is lacking maintenance, there is a bedroom in the pool area, which for my taste is very small, in the photo it is grassy, but in reality it is not like this, the garden is lacking maintenance, it is not worth the price, for half the cost it would be more sincere, I insist the house is very nice, but I would not return, it is not my attempt to disapprove the publication, for those who travel for the pleasure and the taste, it carries an expense and on this occasion, you pay for this place, for that amount you can find a better space. It is important to mention that in the lands veciones you burn trash or dry grass and the smoke forces you to be inside with closed windows, it was definitely bad luck, but if it can happen.

We liked the location, cleanliness, calm and access to the sea - This is a great place for a relaxing stay and to disconnect from the everyday. In conclusion, we loved our stay! Thank you! However, I recommend the property to provide bath towels and shower liquid or soap. Finally, for people traveling with children or pets, I suggest that protective barriers be installed in the romps of the stairs. Aside from these elements, it's a nice place that I would recommend. ---- This is a relaxing beautiful place to disconnect from the daily routine. It is clean, accessible to the sea and quiet. However, for the people traveling with kids and animals, I would suggest that the owner install safety barrier or security barrier in the stairs. Then the owner can provide bath towels and shower gel or body wash or liquid. Other that, this is an amazing place that I would recommend.

The house is right at the beach and has most amenities. Jim and Daniel were responsive and helpful with all our concerns. We had a very relaxing stay and would not hesitate to stay again. Just be aware that there are practically no restaurants or larger supermarkets in walking distance so bring all you think you will need. There is an Oxxo and a small abarrotes, and you can get some food on the beach, but the closest town is about 15 minutes by car.

I DON 'T GO BACK!!!!! they need to do a full fumigation, because they have fleas.. i feel disappointed, because they try to make me think that the bites are of Musco, which is false the etiology of the bites is consistent with the flea bite!!! do not pay attention to details, stains on armchairs and beds, hygiene in the kitchen, bathrooms etc. is lousy the garden is unkempt. the beach chairs and furniture are very mistreated the value for money, makes me feel stolen!!!

Beautiful place. Steps from the beach. Daniel was very attentive and responsive to any questions we had. He came daily to ensure the pool was clean. The house was perfect, clean, and like the pictures. The whole family had a wonderful stay. Vendors can right up with delicious snacks and native foods to offer, so no need to leave the beach. We found hermit crabs, starfish and many crabs on the beach.

The casitas are well equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The ocean view and the pool make the space something special. Mr. Daniel, in charge of the place, is very attentive and attentive at all times. There is an Oxxo a few blocks away for any need.
