Lindsey's place is like a penthouse condo castle. It has two bedrooms on two separate floors and a rooftop terrace ...with a jetted tub OUTSIDE!! The location is about a block and a half from either Mamita's beach or 5th avenue. There is parking provided right infront of the building. The place is amazing, and her giant TV helps you relax after a day in the sun. The host Lindsey was extremely kind, thoughtful, professional, and was very easy to communicate with. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lindsey's place is perfect for ppl who want to be close to the beach. It is a very open and bright. Newly remodeled and very clean. I highly recommend it.

This place is even better than what it looks on the photos! Spacious, perfect location, an amazing rooftop. The bed is big and cozy, the kitchen is well equipped, the AC works perfectly, and the TV has a Netflix. We stayed at Lindsey's place for 2 weeks and can recommend it for short as well as longer stays :)

Lindsey’s place could not be in a better location. It is walking distance to all you need in playa and the flat itself is phenomenal, you almost won’t want to leave. If it’s available during your stay in playa, stay here!

Wonderful stay! Lindsey is a great hostess. The place was sooo close to everything and cute. Bed was comfy and room was dark and quiet.

great location 2 blocks from mamitas beach and 2 blocks the other direction is the famous 5th ave, you can walk just about anywhere you need to go to get to the ocean or go browse 5th ave.. Its an older building, nothing fancy great ac and very secure.. very comfortable king size bed and nice linens.. great high speed internet, and a nice new flat screen tv , everything i needed for my stay.. many resteraunts and bars minutes away, Lindsey is a great host, was always available.. reasonably priced and i would stay again

Lindsey’s place is great! It’s right in the middle of town by all the bars and restaurants, and only one block from the beach. The roof terrace in particular is spectacular. The space was extremely clean and there were lots of nice touches—baskets of toiletries, a good coffee machine with plenty of spare coffee capsules, a huge bed, an internet-enabled TV, etc. Lindsey was very communicative throughout our stay and went out of her way to help us. Definitely recommended!

This place is really nice! I do recommend this place to stay in playa del Carmen. Is clean, secure, beautiful, the kitchen is very well equipped. The food tips great! the rooftop is a great place to play cards, take the sun or read. Chévere! thanks!

Lindsay and Andy were both extremely helpful. The location was perfect. It was close to the beach and a walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on 5th avenue.

The apartment is spacious, nice and comfortable (more than the photos show), everything works very well, has a large private terrace and the location is perfect, close to the beach and the shopping area but you can still be without too much noise. Lindsey is also a great host, always attentive, kind and quick to respond to concerns and helped me with transportation to get to the apartment,

The apartment is super comfortable, very spacious and a block from the beach The terrace is super cool to have a pleasant time On the corner there are bars with loud music but it really doesn't bother you There's no elevator, so you'll have to go up a few steps, even if that's the least for me so I recommend this apartment amply

Just arriving was perfect! Lindsey is lovely and was looking forward to any doubt or inconvenience. The apartment is much larger than what is shown in the photos. It's super cool and it's really hot on the beach. It has everything you need to spend a great stay

Lindsey's condo was the perfect place to call home for 5 nights during our trip to Playa del carmen. It is the perfect location, right in between 5th Ave and the beach. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk, and it was beautiful! Lots of great beach clubs. We especially liked coralina. The hustle and bustle of 5th Ave is also less than 5 minutes where we found so many great restaurants. As busy as the streets are you can't hear a single thing in the condo. The bedroom was extremely comfortable, a separate AC unit in there for warm nights. It was nice to be able to cook breakfast every morning in the fully stocked kitchen. But one of the best parts beside the location is the rooftop deck. There is a very comfortable couch up there with a shade over it that we enjoyed having drink under before or after the beach. Above all, Lindsey was the most gracious host. Communication was easy and she met us as we arrived and explained everything about the house. She had the most beautiful flowers on the table with a nice card for us to enjoy our stay. It took my breath away. You will not be disappointed with this rental. Perfect for a couple's romantic getaway.

This place was great and exactly what we were looking for. It was only a couple blocks from the beach, a little off la quinta, so quieter, but still with plenty to see and do right nearby. It was spacious and comfortable. Additionally the building management and cleaning staff were superb. There was laundry in the apartment, which was so convenient. The host was hospitable, and the place had many of the day-to-day things you would need without having to worry about running right out to the store upon arrival (milk, eggs, bread, cooking oil, beer). There was even a bottle of wine and fresh flowers on the table to welcome us. There was construction all around (literally, it was the view across the street), but from within the place the noise was barely noticeable -- when we did notice it, it was fascinating to watch the new condos coming together. I also understand that we got some money off because of the surrounding construction, which made this place a great deal. This made the rooftop less appealing during the day but it was too hot to be there anyway, and at night when the weather was good, the roof was quiet and really lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

Lindsey is the perfect host, as soon as we walked into her amazing apartment she handed us two cold beers and left some food for us in the fridge to get started! Anything you will need is in the apartment, she has a huge comfy bed, two balconies to relax at and absorb the vibes from the street, netflix, a big living room, and a huge roof with a jacuzzi. Since the water in the jacuzzi weren't hot we just chilled in it during day when its really hot outside, you can definitely do the same on a warm night. The apartment is right next to the beach and a little more than a minute walk to avenida 5. It is close to great restaurants, bars and beach clubs, but you won't hear any bar noise in the apartment. Nightlife is also about 10 minute walk. Lindsey made sure that everything is going great and was amazing at giving best "what to do" advices. This is by far the best airbnb I have stayed in. Would definitely come here again!

Lindsey's place was great - the location was central and easy to get around Playa, the roof deck was amazing, the apartment was spacious, and she was super responsive to all of our questions. I would definitely recommend staying here while in Playa!!

This place was in the perfect location. Just a two minute walk to 5th Ave. Less than two minutes to the beach. Some Restaurants around the corner, and some really good restaurants just minutes away. Literally anything you need is less than 5 minutes walking. Lindsey is awesome. I got the time change wrong because I didn't know that Playa del Carmen doesn't observe daylight savings, so she waited extra time at the condo for us and still greeted us as friends with a smile. She had cold beer and a bottle of wine waiting on us. Everything was great. If we come back to Playa, we will stay here again.

Great apartment. Rooftop offers a perfect space to have a beer and relax. Bedroom has quality king size bed where you may sleep better than your own home. Great location, a couple blocks blocks from several quality restaurants, the beach and party spots. Soaking pool has difficulty holding water due to wear on plug. Netflix on television. Great communication with owner. I think the size of apartment is perfect for a couple. Images provided in listing make space appear smaller than reality. Bathroom has enough space for 2 people to be very comfortable. Very happy with rental.

We had a lovely stay at Lindsey's. One block away from the beach. We couldn't ask for more. Lindsey even arranged transportation from the airport.

Great property to stay at as well as the perfect location in Playa! A clean, private, penthouse to call your own. The private rooftop terrace is amazing! Lindsey followed up every step of the way to ensure our comfort. Excellent service from start to end! Would definitely stay again when returning to Playa!
