Beautiful home in lovely surroundings. Very comfortable rooms with great amenities. Host was very helpful in finding location as no street names or numbers. Isla a busy place but this neighbourhood was restful and no unwelcome noise.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at La Hacienda Garrafon. The home is excellent as advertised and we had everything we needed. Unfortunately we arrived during a rainstorm on a golf cart, but Laura was there to meet us with towels to dry ourselves off. We could not have been happier and can’t wait to return. The home is close to many beach clubs and great restaurants on Punta Sur. Trips to the north were quick (20 mins via golf cart) and the neighborhood was generally quiet. We definitely enjoyed sunsets on the rooftop and relaxing in the pool.

Very safe and convenient location right by an excellent taco shop. House was amazing and house manager was very responsive and helpful.

Amazingly clean house and a private swimming pool. Very peaceful surroundings and close to several food places. Laura our host responded very quickly to any of our enquiries. Couldn’t really ask for more!

The house was beautiful and looked just like it did in the pictures. Laura the host was very responsive and helpful. I send several e-mails asking for recommendations for restaurants, golf cart rentals, and beaches nearby. She helped make our stay a wonderful experience. The Wifi went out the first night we were there and she immediately sent in someone to fix it after I notified her of the problem. There is a restaurant and a very small grocery store right across the street. Loved it!

We could not have been happier with our stay. The house was extremely clean, private and beautiful inside. The location was perfect to grab drinks close by, and grab a cab to anywhere. Short walk to Punta sur. Definitely recommend!

Lura was a wonderful and responsive host. The house is luxurious and roomy and the outdoor area is perfect for relaxing in the warm climate - with several options, including a pool the roof terrace. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance, as is Garaffon Park and the smaller (less well appointed and cheaper) Garaffon Castle resort. The best beaches are some distance away ( $10 cab ride or an 8km walk) I would highly recommend this home for a family with older kids or 3 adult couples (as we were). All in all a fantastic place to visit! Thank you Laura - this was a wonderful week.

Great stay!

Very pretty and very clean

We love Isla Mujeres first off. But this house OMG we loved it. Just beautiful, granite all throughout the home. We had hot water and good water pressure, which can be a problem in some places on the island. The bathrooms are beautiful! The backyard with the pool is gorgeous. We actually had the pleasure of meeting the owner, and what a gentleman he is. Laura, our host, was so responsive and full of recommendations. She did not lead us astray. We will definitely come back and book with them again. Home was spotless and kitchen well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The only downside is we had to leave!

Really enjoyed this location. We love staying on South end. House was perfect for 3 couples. Great resturant right across the street and many options right down the road. Never used the pool but it was just like the picture. Would have like more furniture on roof so we could all sit out together and enjoy. Absolutely no other complaints
