We had an amazing stay at Las Palmas! The location was perfect and made it is easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The home was exactly as described in the listing-Clean, comfortable, and stocked with all of the water our family of 6 needed while on the island. The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, answering any questions quickly and even coming to exchange televisions and make sure the internet was connected as soon as we inquired about it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Thank you for helping us have an amazing vacation, David & Sage

Beautiful villa! We loved staying here with our children. Safe and secure doors, clean linens and comfortable beds, and a nice pool just the right size for a smaller family.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Las Palmas. The pool was big enough for all of us to get in (it entertained the kids for hours!), and much time was spent on the rooftop taking in the view. We loved the location; quiet, yet walking distance to restaurants and beach clubs. It was very easy to catch a taxi, and the rest of the island is just a short ride away. Would definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay on Isla Mujeres. The pool was perfect and the house was a great fit for my wife and I, my parents and my teenager to stay for a week. It was nice being away from the crowded north end of the island, and close to the beautiful views of the south end. We rented golf carts from Indios, which gave us free daily access to the Indios beach club a few blocks from the property. We also appreciated the nearby restaurants - Rancho Caprichio (right across the street), Ulan Eatery, Loretta’s, and others. It only takes about 15 minutes by golf cart to get to the North end restaurants and tourist shops, so we were able to do that too. The best of all worlds! We would definitely stay again!

The place is very nice in a quiet part of the island near the south. Yet, there are very good restaurants and nice beach clubs within walking distance. It is also easy to walk to Punta Sur to see the cliffs. Going to the busier part of the island is also easy as cabs drive by all the time and they are very affordable, so we liked staying in a quieter place. The apartment is great, spacious with a great space outside and a nice pool to chill. The terrace is amazing for looking at sunset with great views.

5/5 stars – Exceptional stay, wonderful hosts, and handled island hiccups like pros! We absolutely loved our time at Villa Las Palmas! The villa is stunning—beautifully designed, super clean, with a gorgeous private pool, lush tropical vibes, and those incredible views over the bay that make every morning feel magical. The location near Punta Sur gave us peaceful seclusion while still being easy to get around the island by golf cart. Communication with Laura was outstanding from start to finish. She was quick to respond and super helpful . When the island experienced a water outage, Laura went above and beyond. She arranged for a truck delivery to refill the tanks so we never really went too long without water—such thoughtful and proactive hosting during what could have been a frustrating situation. The property was exactly as described (and pictured), well-equipped kitchen, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.

This home is an excellent base for Isla beaches and adventures. We had a family group and found it very easy to walk to Isla Sur beach clubs, restaurants and bars from our place. In fact, we could have done without a golf cart and used taxis and buses instead, but it was handy to have it for shopping trips and exploring the island. Laura was a very responsive host. She helped us store our luggage when we arrived early and was very responsive before and during our stay. I'm grateful for her support. The home itself is beautiful and clean, with everything you need for a great stay. We appreciated the beach towels and various outdoor spaces to spread out. We cooked a few dinners and it was awesome to have items like pantry basics, a coffee machine and lots of utensils. Make sure you have mosquito coils or spray if you spend time outside after dark or early morning - there are mozzies all over the island, but it's not a problem if you're prepared. Overall, thank you for a great stay!

Great stay - would recommend to anyone who doesn’t mind/prefers to be away from the busier streets. Couple of great coffee / restaurants nearby for to the times you don’t want to travel into the town centre.

Amazingly clean house and a private swimming pool. Very peaceful surroundings and close to several food places. Laura our host responded very quickly to any of our enquiries. Couldn’t really ask for more!
