The place and the service were very good. A breathtaking view, close to restaurants and bars, and especially the little corner store.

Impeccable villa for our small group of friends! Very well located! We had a lovely stay. The host is always available in case of any problems.

We had a group of 6 people staying for a week. The house manager Cesar was so friendly and quick to answer any questions we had. The house was in an amazing location, so close to the town square and the beach! I would say the pool was actually bigger than it looked in photos, with amazing views from the pool and every level of the house. I would say the beds could be a little softer, but one of our group loved the harder mattresses. There was no inside living room, but why would you need one with the beautiful decks this house has. I highly recommend this place for your next group vacation.

Great house with amazing views. We rented the whole house and had 8-12 of us stay throughout the week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was fantastic. It was near the quieter side of the beach, several fun restaurants and cafes, also mini-markets for limited selection of produce and groceries. A pickleball club and sports bar were just a block away! The hill to the property and stairs inside the property kept us in shape. The unlimited drinking water was so appreciated as were the fully equipped kitchens. The balconies and patios provided a variety of spaces for gathering. Hanging out around the pool was the best!

Beautiful house, very well located and close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool is a real plus. The rooms are a little different from each other (size of beds, air conditioning) and the best ones are rather the ones upstairs. Great for a group trip

great house overlooking the entire city. easy location to rent a golf cart and enjoy the town. this place is ideal if you have multiple groups as you can separate each part of the house into its own unit with kitchens. Daniel and Anna were very responsive and helpful. highly recommend this place!

Casa Gracia was exactly like the posted listing, spacious, clean and aesthetically pleasing, with a view of the town, ocean and spectacular sunsets. The property is a very short walk to Sayulita, a lovely beach town, with numerous restaurants and beaches. Daniel was very prompt in replying to emails. He connected us to the property manager Paulino, who was exceptional, very accommodating and professional, answering all our queries and looking after our needs.

Daniel was a great communicative host. The house was amazing and even better than the photos. The beds are so comfortable and the whole property was amazing. It has a great view, feels private, is close to the beach and town, and the swimming pool was fantastic. Daniel was very accommodating and had a local meet us to let us in and show us around. We had an issue where we lost a key and Daniel worked with us and figured how a very fair solution. We really appreciated staying at the house and would 100% stay again. I wish we didn’t have to leave…

Absolutely outstanding! From the three levels to the views to the perfect, walkable location, this home is truly one of a kind. Paulino is a true gem and made our stay so comfortable and special.

We absolutely loved our stay! The host and Paulino were very responsive and made sure we always had everything we needed. The location is beautiful! It was a 3-4 minute walk to the beach and a 5-7 minute walk to town. Almost every bedroom had a bathroom and a ton of privacy. The pool and view were gorgeous as well. The host helped us arrange a ride to and from the airport and was very flexible when our flight plans changed last minute. Overall we had an amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay for Christmas 2023. We were a family group of six adults and two young kinds. It was ideal to have three rooms on the lower level for older adults and kids. Highlight were the pool and incredible views. Home was secure and we enjoyed making meals in the outdoor kitchen and close access to the less populated beach. Paulino was very responsive to everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Daniel's place very much. A quiet escape in North Sayulita up a small hill with an easy walk to the center. The pool overlooking Sayulita and the ocean was definitely the highlight for us. Highly recommend the spot for a relaxing group trip.

We had a great time at Casa Gracia. The house was absolutely beautiful, the pool was lovely, and the location just a few minutes from the beach and the town center made it a great place to stay.

The home was perfect for our large group of friends! 3 floors of rooms and kitchens to use plus a pool to cool down in the evenings! Could not have asked for a better experience or stay here in Sayulita! ***lots of stairs for anyone who has trouble with stairs and they are super slippery when it rains!!! Paulino- the local on-site guy- was super helpful and friendly whenever we had questions he responded promptly!

Our large group had the absolute best time at Casa Gracia! Paulino was so easy to communicate with and very accommodating. He met us at the villa prior to check in, and allowed us to keep our luggage in one of the rooms upon checking out so that we could go explore town one last time. The villa is less than a ten minute walk to the town square, and just far enough that it feels quiet and private. The villa itself was impeccably clean (especially since the town is quite dusty itself!), and there were extra linens all smelling nice and fresh in the closets. We loved that the rooms all had their own separate locks, with the shared outdoor spaces. The photos do not do this wonderful place justice. On top of that, Paulino was truly the best host, always ensuring we had full jugs of filtered water and extra towels. Casa Gracia is amazing and it was truly perfect for our group!

The house is very well located from the downtown and the beach, it contains everything and special things like towels, extra pillows, purified water, toilet and kitchen paper, basic kitchen condiments and much more. The pool is warm and works perfect, same as the exterior furniture. Paulino was always taking care of everything, he is a very good and courteous person. I will definitely come back with no problem.

Amazing view, great location, well located, very clean and Paulino was very helpful and responsive. The only thing we didn't realize was the lack of AC in most rooms. While they had fans, we learned to make sure to keep screened windows open at night to help let the air flow. The pool was a great way to cool off after a day out as well. Breakfast at sunrise on the top terrace was beautiful and the sunsets were magical. We had a great stay!

My friends and I loved staying here! It’s close to the beach, gorgeous views, plenty of room and spots to hangout all over the house. Our favorites were the pool and patio. We felt very safe the entire time and the property manager was welcoming and communicative. Perfect for large groups.

Casa Gracia is the perfect spot for a large group to stay in Sayulita. It is situated at the top of a hill with many steps, so if mobility is a problem it would not be for you. However- we enjoyed the exercise and found this place to be just a few minutes walking distance to everything in town including the beach, restaurants and shopping. Paulino, the house manager is very responsive and took very good care of us. There was no hot water in the morning, but we quickly learned to shower in the evening. Overall, we loved our stay in Sayulita and would definitely return to Casa Gracia!

Great place to stay in Sayulita!

Amazing location, walking distance to everything in Sayulita. The home was a great layout for our family/group of adults. Everyone had their own space and we hung out at the salt water pool/bbq and on the patio together. We will return to Sayulita!

This place was absolutely great! Super close walk to town and just a few minutes to the beach. Everyone had enough space (there were 7 of us but could have easily accommodated more). Paulino was great and easy to get in touch with any questions we had. We were even laying around the pool one day and the palm tree trimmer came by with him and cut down fresh coconuts for us. The hydration was greatly needed at that point :) The kitchens are stocked with enough supplies for basic cooking - midnight quesadillas anyone? The pool was also so great to have - it was always clean and was under the perfect amount of sun and shade. I would be careful if you plan to bring kids here since there are some pretty steep drop offs around the pool (I was worried for our group of "adults" at certain points). Also keep in mind that Sayulita has some steep hills and this house is on one of them (it's really not THAT bad) but if you have issues walking or have older guests in your group it's easy enough to rent a golf cart for your stay or get taxis in town. Overall, highly recommend this place and would 100 percent rent this house again!

The house is amazing. It’s very spacious and very clean. We were a group of 9 and everyone had their own space to rest snd relax. The pool is very clean and it has such an amazing view. It is about a 15 min walk to the center where you can find a variety of restaurants. Paulino is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend this place and we hope to be back in the future!

WOW! great space and value, We had 11 people, 4 couples and 3 solo it had room for everyone, gorgeous sunset decks and nice & shady for your morning coffee had all we needed for making breakfasts and cocktails, including bottled drinking water! which was a bonus. A short walk to town and beach and just a block to other little cafes and little markets. Paul was a great host for all our questions and he kept the pool and grounds clean and gorgeous.

It's a wonderful location and very quiet. It's located just north of town, a few blocks from the beach and the main street leading into town. The house is situated on a hill, this could be challenging to access if mobility is an issue but the result is an amazing view of the town and ocean. We had a large group so the three floors of the house gave everyone their own space. Each floor is fully furnished and included a kitchen and bathroom. It was very clean and nicely furnished. and we always had bottled water available. The pool area has plenty of tables and chairs to lounge by the pool, an outdoor gill/kitchen and a covered area by the house for outdoor dining. The grounds are well kept and very thoughtfully landscaped. The house manager, Paulino, was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back!
