Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast enough for.The location was peaceful but still close to local restaurants. Omg I don’t have enough words to describe this beautiful place. The place has an amazing view the place is super clean. The security staff very friendly. I was worried at first to go with my kids but I felt very comfortable and safe. The owner answered all the questions I had super fast response and she recommended the best pizza ( my 4 year old are 4 slices and 3 breadsticks that good it was). We were sad to leave the place but for sure we will come back and definitely recommend this place.

The apartment is very comfortable, nice, and very well equipped. The air conditioning is excellent. Overall, the entire complex is very nice

This is our second family trip to Puerto Penasnco and we loved Kim's home. It was very spacious with beautiful views of the ocean, we felt right at home! We will definitely be back!

Great location and facilities. It was a family trip with 3 children, and they enjoyed the pools. You can walk to the beach, and there are activities to do. The place is nice, clean, and tidy, with everything mentioned in the listing.

Thank you Kim for an exceptional stay! It was my twin daughter’s birthdays and they absolutely loved the upstairs room! My family wished we could have stayed more days. They all complimented the place, linen, beds, pillows, towels which are all items that could damper your ability to sleep and be comfortable. We only have one complaint. Due to how hospitable, welcoming and cozy your home felt, we struggled to leave your rental to enjoy the beach and surrounding area! (Smile)

Kim's house was gorgeous. My family truly enjoyed their stay and felt comfortable. I did alot of cooking and Kim's place had all the things I needed. When we arrived there were no trash bags however before I even messaged someone was at the door with trash bags in hand! my family would love to stay here again!

Kim’s place was beautiful and super clean just as described. Absolutely nothing to complain about the place and the host. Every single person from our group loved it and felt really good. The only issue we had was with the security guards over there, something that I experienced at other resorts as well, but Kim was very helpful and tried and helped with the issue. Something that I really appreciated. I would totally recommend Kim’s place for anyone who’s looking to have a relaxing vacation. Thank you again, Kim.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the view was fantastic and it was secure and private. The beach was beautiful and the hot tub& heated pool were great to have in this chillier weather. We very much enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and at home.

Had an amazing time spent my daughters 19th birthday with the family super spacious with a truly beautiful view loved sitting on the balcony watching the sun set and would definitely recommend bringing some binoculars to get a closer look at tue dolphins and whales

My family and I stayed at Kim's home for four nights, and it was amazing! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, with stunning balcony views. The resort’s amenities, like the pools and beach access, made our first visit to Puerto Peñasco unforgettable. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back.

Kim’s listing was perfect, exactly what I was looking for to celebrate my daughter’s 4th birthday party and Christmas. The heated pool in the winter was a big hit with our kids. The beach within walking distance. The town was just a couple minutes on car. Could not asked for a better place to go. Will definitely be coming back next year.

So Amazing ‼️My family and I really enjoyed the stay, very welcoming, Kim is very attentive and responsive!! The Colin’s restaurant located at the resort wow the food was excellent! The service was amazing!! We were really happy and impressed overall a 10 out of 10 ‼️ Definitely going back again ‼️oh and the security is in top of there game of who goes in and out, felt very safe!

After about 10+ years, my whole family and I, including my boyfriend, were able to get some very well deserved vacay! This place was just perfect. It was super clean and beautiful. The best part? It has a LOT of space! I’m sure you understand how important that is when you have a big family, and especially if you have toddlers. I loved having the ocean right in front of us. This place was amazing! The view was spectacular. We felt very safe and there was a couple places to eat near by. The restaurant the cantina on premises was delicious.

We booked a last-minute trip and were concerned about our girls' safety traveling at night. Kim was incredibly reassuring and responded quickly to all my inquiries, putting my mind at ease. When we arrived, check-in was easy. Their home was spotless, peaceful, and very welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home, vacation style. As my young ladies said, “This is perfect. Scenic. Can we please come back?!” Recommendations are helpful, especially for first-timers! We hope to return soon! Highly recommend!

Pros: The condo was clean and modern. Tons of space for our 2 family’s. Love that there is multiple pools and beach access. Security gate for safety is a plus staying with our kids. LOVED the large beds in every room. Recommendations: There are 2 balcony’s the main floor balcony is somewhat dangerous for smaller children our daughter is 2 and can stick her whole body through the rail. We kept everyone off the patio to insure no accidents. So we Just recommend maybe adding something to insure more safety for the rails. Also laundry pods were left out another safety concerns for smaller children maybe just put them in a secure box/bag or have the cleaner hid in the locked closet. Other than that the community and condo was very family friendly and we’d recommend to family/friend & book again. Host was amazing with communication very much appreciated!

The pictures did not do this place justice! It’s beautiful! The only issue we had was the front door was extremely difficult to lock when we were leaving the condo. It took 2 people at times, one to hold the door the other to enter the code. Other than that it was an amazing stay.

Perfect stay from beginning to end. The only two negative things were outside Kims control. Coral rock formations, and uncooked meats from Ramons Restaurant. (The restaurant did cook the wings a second time)... Kims place is great though. Enough space for 10, never felt crowded, but still close for conversations. Her guide app is so helpful, something my family was impressed with. Tgerexwas 10 of us, and from my 6 yearnephew, to the 70 year old family friend, loved the experience. Thank you Kim for tge opportunity to stay at your place, and great amazing memories. The banana boat ride has become a tradition with my teenage nephew, "a core memory" as he calls it.

Amazing stay! The condo was gorgeous, extremely clean, beds were very comfortable and the view was spectacular! Kim sent us a link ahead of time that answered all of our questions and provided great information about Rocky Point. It was so helpful! Excellent place. Kim provided the facilities I needed, such as schedules and parking. The view is amazing. The entire condominium is luxurious. The rooms have their own privacy. The internet is fast and stable in case you need to work, as in my case. The cleaning ladies and the security guards are super friendly and helpful. I recommend it 100%.

We had a great stay at Kim’s unit! The unit is beautifully remodeled, in a great area of Rocky Point. We had a last-minute booking, and Kim was wonderfully accommodating. The location of this unit is right above one of the main pools, so it did get rather loud outside all day up until the quiet hours at night. This is a very family oriented resort, with lots of kids. Just something to keep in mind. Overall, a great stay!

We had to rebook less than 24 hours due to our original air bnb becoming unavailable. Kim responded very quickly with lots of info for our big group of 8! Super helpful with very detailed instructions on everything we needed. Her place was beautiful and perfect. Great hostess!
