Villa VARGAS

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids which worked out perfectly. It is essentially two apartments combined by a staircase/door which allows quiet in the upstairs 2 bedrooms. Bathrooms in each room were nice. Swim pool was perfect temperature. Kitchen was well equiped. Julian was very responsive as the property manager (young guy with pretty good english). Antonio the host was responsive when we needed something else. FYI - communication in Airbnb did not work for the owner as he used some 3rd party app to connect to it so my messages were not received. Thus, use the number listed for him if that's your case. It was nice having a golf cart to roam around with as we spent 2 days over at Hotel La Puesta which was a 5-10 minute cart ride. For larger groups - we had a 2 other families staying on the next street over which was Villa Cassandra which was great.

I would highly recommend villa vargas. They were very responsive, met us at the house for check in to make sure we got settled, and were kind and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond one day to bring extra furniture to ensure we had a place to all sit to have our dinner. Location is perfect, as it is about a 10 minute walk to the main square and beach but was still quiet at night. The house itself was clean, the pool was great, and in our opinion it was nicer than the photos. Great spot for a group to stay!

Loved the place! Julio and his wife were always attentive to our arrival and anything that was offered to us, super quiet, comfortable, the beds were very comfortable to sleep in, the mini split was working at 100, the kitchen is very well equipped, just to arrive with the food and cook, the pool is clean. Ultra clean bathrooms! I loved that! With nice bedspreads, very spacious, they had a water dispenser! Mosquito repellent! Washer and dryer. We were greeted with red wine and fruit! Definitely would come back!! I highly recommend it. What I could say as an observation is that on the top floor there is only a mini split in the two rooms, not in the entire apartment sector and the temperature change is very noticeable. There was no noise, super close to the beach and restaurants. Another observation would be that the electronic lock on the main entrance did not work.

Our stay was just perfect. From the first moment we felt very welcome thanks to Julio and his wife, who were incredibly kind and attentive, always smiling and willing to help us with anything. The location of the accommodation is unbeatable, close to everything you need, but at the same time in a quiet place where we could rest and enjoy. Everything was impeccably clean and cared for in detail, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We really appreciate the recommendations they gave us to get to know the area, which made our experience even better. It's definitely a place we'd go back to without a second thought, and we recommend it 100%. Thank you for your hospitality and for making our visit so special!🌴🌊

Villa Vargas made us feel like we were home. Walking distance to town. Beautiful property, Julio was very polite and helpful. We highly recommend this villa for your next vacation.

Delighted with the accommodation, a spectacular house, with everything you need to have an incredible stay. Close to everything, we would certainly stay with you again when we return to Sayulita. Julio is a very friendly person and always attentive to any needs.

It was a fantastic stay, the owner and the property manager Julio were both so kind and accommodating. It made our stay so enjoyable! They even have a golf cart for rent that is cheaper than the rates in town. They were so flexible and the property was so well maintained and clean, we would definitely love to stay again.

Our airline moved our flight up a whole day and we needed a place to stay for the first night of our stay. Villa Vargas turned out to be a great first stop for us and was exactly as expected. Julio made sure we had and knew everything we needed and the place was beautiful and well kept. If you’re familiar with Sayulita you know many places have steep hills that make getting in and out from town more challenging. Villa Vargas is just outside of town center so quieter than being right in the middle of things but is right off the main road so you have a very flat walk to and from town/beach compared to other spots we’ve stayed before. Would highly recommend!

The Villa was beautiful! Julio, the Villa Manager, was super responsive, helpful and made sure we were all taken care of. We felt right at home. I’d definitely book this location again when returning to Sayulita.

The caretaker Jose makes it worth booking this property alone. Apart from his amazing hospitality, the property itself is beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located. We very much enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Villa Vargas surpassed our expectations, feeling more like a resort than an Airbnb. Highlights include the fantastic pool and indoor/outdoor living room. Luxurious details like logo-stitched towels and local artwork elevated the experience. The property manager and owners were friendly and accessible. Keep in mind location could be difficult for some, the 10 minute walk to town on cobblestone feels longer than expected but they have a gold cart available to rent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend to others!

This villa is absolutely beautiful. It’s equipped with all the essentials in the kitchen as well as towels and mini toiletries in the bathroom. The pool was so clean and such a great place to unwind after a long day of being out and about. Julio, the local guy in charge was very quick at responding any questions and attentive to our needs. Being able to rent the golf cart made it so easy to explore the town. This town, although small is so full of culture, delicious food and surrounded by beautiful beaches. I strongly recommend the Villa Vargas!

Spacious and clean. Just as photographed. Close enough to town and an easy walk to some really great fish tacos. Julio was delightful and easy to communicate with. Small snafu while we were there, he responded immediately and took 5 Star care in resolving. Highly recommend!

House has everything you need and more, and is located in a very convenient location in relation to all the action!

Location was precisely what I was looking for: just off the main drag but still very close to town. The home was as described: bedding comfortable, clean, huge kitchen, and *incredible* pool. Communication with the manager, Julio, was great!

The place itself is awesome and as advertised. Having a bathroom for each bedroom, as well as a kitchen and laundry facilities for each floor made it a great place to share with friends. While close to the city center, it was just far enough away to be able to escape the noise. Julio, our contact in Sayulita, was very friendly and helpful, and we loved him just as much! You won't regret booking here!

This property is an epitome of a perfect getaway spot. Beautiful, clean, well-maintained, had all the necessary amenities. We had everything we needed and could not ask for more. Also, the host, Julio was aweome and attentive with excellent customer service. Zero issues or complaints.

Simply the best that Sayulita has to offer. Everything in the photos are exact in person. Even better in my opinion. The crown jewel of this spectacular villa was the host Julio. Anything that we needed, he was there in a matter of seconds. Ice cold A/C, the best showers with great water pressure and relaxing heated water. The pool was fantastic and provided a nice cool off after a hot day in the Mexico sun. Again, simply the best the Sayulita has to offer. We can’t wait to return to Villa Vargas!

Amazing house close enough to town to walk everywhere, but far enough away from the sounds of downtown and traffic to be relaxing. Main floor living area and pool area were fantastic. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. A/C worked great which is a big plus heading into summer in Sayulita. Owner was very responsive and Julio was super helpful and friendly. Will definitely be coming back to stay.

What you will expect on this house is Amazing is better than pictures .. kitchen and entire place is fully equipped

I can’t express fully in words what a great experience staying here was! Every piece of the home is thoughtfully designed and luxurious. Julio is the best property manager, friendly and professional and available at a moments notice to assist. I would stay again any time!

Very satisfied with our stay! Excellent house and excellent service from the owner and the manager of the place, since we arrived they did everything possible to serve us and be flexible with the schedule since we had small children. The literal house has everything you might need to be comfortable and much more, not far from downtown and very easy to find. A very clean house and everything very tidy, the beds incredibly comfortable as well as the other common areas I would highly recommend it, we had an amazing vacation. Thank you Villa Vargas, we hope to return soon!

This villa is perfect! The house manager Julio was here for anything we needed. The owner was very accommodating. It’s in the perfect part of town on a quiet street but just blocks away from all the restaurants and nightlife. The house itself has everything you need for a vacation.. great kitchen, on suite bathrooms in every bedroom, washer/dryer and a really chill pool and outdoor space. Don’t even second guess staying here, it’s perfect.

Our experience at Villa Vargas was wonderful. The host communicated with us frequently and helped us figure out the best things to do in the city. I would definitely recommend.

Really beautiful place. Really convient to the center of sayulita. Only walking distance but I booked the golf cart for my little toddlers.

Nice brand new place to stay, great amenities and personalized amenities. Next time in Sayulita I will book this place again.
