i loved that the house had the ac on before we arrived it was nice to walk into a cool place since it was a super hot day!! it is a really peaceful place to go relax the beach is literally your backyard!!! the house has everything you will need to feel like at home/ basic needs like shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishes , coffee etc. also the host was really flexible with check in /out.

We were very comfortable, a clean and quiet place, very well equipped, the only bad thing is that the Jacuzzi is not working😝, my family loved it, the house is very spacious and there's a garage for 2 cars, perfect, I would definitely rent this place again, and Jorge the host, very kind and attentive at all times, the air conditioning works great.

wow! we've stayed in Kino numerous times but this was by far the best. A beautiful home with everything you might need. The views are incredible! The ocean and pristine beach are just steps away from the patio. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful and peaceful time

My family and I had a very happy, comfortable, homey weekend! The access to the beach is one of the best since from the terrace to the sea are a few steps, the beds are very comfortable, the house is very clean and we had everything necessary to cook! The host was very attentive and very helpful in the process!

This house is beautiful and roomy. Eight of us stayed for a long weekend and it was wonderful. The beach is literally steps from the back patio. The bathrooms are large and capable of accommodating a person in a wheelchair as well as their caregiver. The AC is nice and cold. I have already recommended this house to family and friends.

A++ house, it was very clean. You could smell it the moment you came into the house. This house has all the amenities you need. We had small children with us and felt very safe. The views and having the beach as a our backyard was what made the location incredible. We will definitely be back.

Communication with the host was perfect, even during the stay he made sure we didn't need anything. The house was super clean, you could smell the cleanliness when you first opened the door. It has everything you need, the washer and dryer are great add ins. There is plenty of space to hang out inside and outside. The beach is great and clean as well. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook. Sound system outside in the patio great direct access to the beach. I totally recommend for family vacations or just with friends to hang out. Amazing to sit outside early in the AM to drink you coffee or at night to relax and listen to the ocean. We definitely look forward to going back!

One of the best houses for a vacation in front of the beach. The location is amazing to be all day in the sea and not dalir Lo will enjoy 100%. Really clean and careful. We hope to go back some day

This house was awesome. Gorgeous view. Very comfortable. Make sure to buy food and drinks early, the local stores and shops close early. Most only accept cash. Don't find yourself hungry at 10pm with no where to eat like I did.

The house is very nice, spacious with a fabulous terrace! Everything is very clean and the house has everything you need to cook, spend time with family or friends and relax to the fullest!
