Our stay at Los Ciruelos was very nice

Very nice place to stay. We enjoyed it very much. It is very close to downtown and the amenities of Tepoz. It is quiet, large and comfortable for everyone. They leave you good products at the beginning of the stay. It is very easy to find, and they are very flexible with their schedules.

Monica's service was pleasant and she had a good attitude. We arrived a few minutes before the time and she allowed us to check in early. They turned on the boiler super promptly, gave us our privacy, and the beds were very comfortable, along with the bedspreads and sheets. Honestly, the house was great. It has all the amenities and has its own barbecue. Everything is safe with the cars. I will definitely return. I recommend it.

Everything was great. Monica was attentive and responded quickly to our questions. We enjoyed the pool to the fullest. There is some walking to do to get to the center, but it's not complicated. We would definitely stay again.

The house is very nice and fully matches what is described in the ad. Everything was clean upon our arrival, and the kitchen is very well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We recommend taking advantage of the heater service to better enjoy the pool, as the water can feel a bit cold at this time of year. Monica offered us this service from the start, but it was our decision not to purchase it. The beds are very comfortable and allow you to rest very well. In addition, the location is excellent, as the house is very close to downtown, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Without a doubt, a very pleasant and recommended stay.

The house is very nice, as is the decor. Everything was very clean and tidy. The house is a bit smaller than it looks in the photos, but it's still spacious and comfortable. The check-in process was quick; Pablo welcomed us, and he was very friendly. Monica always responded quickly to messages. The house is very close to downtown, and there are small shops nearby. Everything can be reached on foot or by car. I highly recommend it.

The house is spectacular: excellent location, very well-maintained spaces, and everything perfectly equipped. But what really made the difference was Mónica—her service was exceptional from the moment we arrived; she was always ready to help and attentive to every detail. If I had to make just one suggestion, it would be to have more powerful fans for extremely hot days. A minor detail that, if resolved, would make the stay absolutely perfect.

The stay was pleasant and comfortable; it made you feel right at home. I suggest a TV for the bedrooms. The house was clean; the sheets and towels smelled like fabric softener. Beds were comfortable. Mónica is always responsive to messages.

The house is just as described and seen in the photos, modern, well located near the center, quiet, and everything is very clean and functional. We especially enjoyed the pool with the hot water and the barbecue. Good value for money and Monica was very attentive to all the questions we had!

Very good place, I thought the location was good, the property is in very good condition and has the things described in its profile. The rooms are very good size, and the beds were very comfortable. I requested that they acclimatize the pool and although it has an extra cost, it was in time and form as agreed. Monica was always attentive and responded to messages almost instantly. Recommended.

We really liked the place, the location is very good, 10 minutes from downtown and the house matches the descriptions and images. Upon arrival the internet was failing but Monica insisted with the company to fix the problem which was solved the same day. We had an incredible stay, the pool with the boiler on reaches a very good temperature to be inside all day. Excellent accommodation !!

Monica is very active. The house is very nice The pool is fine, just a little more cleaning on the floor The gentleman who turns on the caldera is also very attentive. It's close to downtown, but consider walking it's 15-20 min I would definitely recommend this place for future guests

We had an incredible experience in the house and gave it 5 stars without hesitation. Cleanliness was impeccable and the presentation of the towels was very careful. The kitchen was well tidy and equipped, with appliances that worked wonderfully. The room, along with the spaces and the layout of the place, was very good, which made our stay even more comfortable. Also, the TV had all the streaming apps we wanted. The host was super nice and looked after us beautifully. The location is ideal, close to downtown, perfect for walking, in a quiet area with plenty of delicious places to eat. Without a doubt, an excellent option in Tepoz that we recommend to everyone.

Thank you very much Monica for letting us be a weekend in your home. The location is perfect, you are just a few meters from the center of Tezpotlán and you have everything at your fingertips. The zone is safe even for walking without having to use a car. The areas are as shown in the photos. I definitely return to this space as long as I am by Tepoztlán.

We were very comfortable in Monica's house, the house is central and has everything you need to stay, it would help a lot that will have ceiling fans or air conditioning.

The overall stay was super! The house was super nice and clean, everything as such in the description, very good location just 3 blocks from downtown, the arrival and departure was super easy and fast, we had to go in the hot season and was boiling, however Monica was always on the lookout and supported us with extra fans, she always showed up and with initiative that our stay was as much water as possible

The time of use of the boiler is not for 24 hours and if you are going to spend it all the time in the pool, you need to take it at night it has everything you can use at home, that's good for not being loaded with everything, clean, some paint details at home, good furniture although the sofa beds are not suitable for adults. Very attentive to the host and the friend who is attentive to the house was very punctual with excellent character to help. She was fine until she got us a Christmas tree for these holidays
