Gave it 3 stars because the house was clean, beautiful, spacious and we had left over space. Took 2 away because the pool was green during our stay. The cleaning lady (Flor) told us it would be clean in 2 hours but was green all of our stay. We expressed concerns about our items in our rooms and were told that we should lock and take the key but upon our return we noticed undergarments were touched and an expensive charger and $50 pesos missing. Also, Flor kicked my mom out of the kitchen because she had to clean, but we expected it to be clean before we arrived. It wasn’t dirty but my mom wanted to use the kitchen. Also, my aunts were told to go back and clean themselves (of sand) before they walked into the outside of the house. Very good communication from the host up until our check in day, and then very hard to receive a message from them that answered my questions/ concerns.

Great place to stay, a place where I would stay again
