We stayed here with 4 adults, 3 teens, and 5 children, and everyone had an amazing time! The house is just a 1–2 minute walk to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient. We've stayed at other homes in Las Conchas, and one thing we really appreciated about this home was that during low tide, there were far fewer rocks on the beach compared to other areas we've stayed. It made spending time in the water much more enjoyable. Home is very well equipped with everything we needed. We loved that the home had beach chairs, a couple of boogie boards, and small coolers to take to the beach if needed. The garage also had games that kept the kids entertained. The living room was spacious, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the front patio has plenty of room to relax and spend time together. Our entire family loved staying here, and we look forward to coming back on our next trip. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Esmeralda's house! The place is beautiful, spacious, and it was so nice that they had beach chairs, umbrella, and everything you need to have a wonderful time at the beach which is only like a 3 minute walk from the house. The beach was nice, peaceful and it was nice that there weren't many vendors like at other beaches in Rocky Point. I would 100% recommend this place. Thanks Esmeralda!

The perfect place for a family vacation; the house had everything you needed for your stay, and even the beach is just a few steps away! In the mornings, you can go up to the terrace to enjoy the sunrise or go for a walk on the beach without any problems; everything is very safe and peaceful. ☺️

As a family we had a wonderful time. the weather was excellent and the house was confortable and well kept. Plenty of room for all to enjoy. Would return in a heartbeat.

It was perfect for us. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The chairs, ice chest, volleyball net and foosball table were a bonus! The entire house was nice and cool except one of the rooms facing the ocean was a little warm. But overall it has been the best experience. We will definitely return. Thank you.

Beautiful house! The house had a great layout for our group with rooms surrounding a central living space. I love the tiling in the bathrooms and the dome ceiling! The beach right by the house (1 minute walk) has less rocks than other stretches of Las Conchas. It is nice soft sand quite a ways out into the water. I brought my snorkel and saw some baby sting rays, plenty of crabs, and a school of fish! The waves are so calm that it makes for great snorkeling for beginners, especially at low tide. We did have trouble with the power going off around 3am one night, but they had it back on by 10am. That's Rocky Point for you.

The house is in a great location if you want to be close to the beach, only steps away (but not directly in front of it). It is spacious, very clean and with plenty of furniture/seating. Esmeralda is EXCELLENT at communicating and made our stay very pleasant.

BOOK NOW! If you are planning the perfect family vacation, look no further this is the perfect airbnb to book. First I would like to mention that, the images of the home doesn't do any justice. Once my family and I arrived we were very impressed with the home. It was spotless and had a lot of space. Inside and outside. At first my family were I afraid that since it was hot outside that the house would also be hot, well we were wrong. Once we enter the home the AC was on and it was nice and cool. The house does have AC and plenty of fans around the house. Now let's talk about the walk to the beach, Esmeralda was no lying when she stated that the beach was a minute walk, if anything it was less then a minute. The beach was very clean and once you got off of the walk way the beach was very smooth. ( such as no type of wood chips or rocks in the sand) Esmeralda was 100% the best host I have ever communicated with. She was very helpful and also very responsive.

Our whole group loved this place! The open living room area and the rooftop patio was a perfect place for everyone to hangout! Beds are comfortable and we were a very short 60 sec walk to the beach. We will 100% be back!

My family had an amazing time at this house. Loved: -2 min walk from beach. The beach was beautiful and sandy without the rocks you see in other beaches. - most comfortable beds ever!! I travel a lot for work and I can honestly say these were the most comfortable beds. Best sleep. - kitchen was well equipped with pots pan’s utensils, etc -many ceiling fans throughout house, although we didn’t need them -plenty of room inside and out. Good size rooms and bathrooms -front patio was very usable - wifi worked perfectly Good to know: - master bedroom didn’t had light blocking curtains. We woke up early so it didn’t bother us much. Plus beds were so comfortable we didn’t care - dishwasher didn’t work. Not a big deal for us but you may want to bring paper plates if you want to minimize washing.

Esmeralda’s home was well appointed, close to the water and very clean. Plenty of spices, towels, everything you will need. Any questions were quickly answered.

We hosted Mexican friends at Esmeralda’s home which is about 50 yards from the beach. The house is beautifully decorated and appointed. The kitchen was big enough to host a chef and his assistants to prepare a for all our friends. There was amply outdoor seating on the veranda! Esmeralda responded quickly to any questions I had. The house was immaculate! We will return and you should consider this house for your stay at Puerto Peñasco!

We have travelled to Rocky Point as a rendezvous location with in laws who live in Mexico for seven years. This is the fifth different home we have rented. I have to say the size of the house, the amenities and the location was the best of all. It was perfect size for our group of 12. The indoor/ outdoor entertainment areas were perfect for our needs. It was literally 150 steps to the beach from the house. Would definitely rent again. Thanks Esmerelda for all your help and timely response to our questions. David Hain

The house was beautiful the cooking supplies were great the furniture on the roof patio needs to be replaced they were rusted out and broke when someone sat on them

The house was wonderful. The location is one row up from the beach. The house is well stocked with amenities and was nice and clean when we checked in. The check-in process was smooth and easy.

The pictures don’t do this home justice. The walkway to the beach is directly across the street and just a very short walk to the beach. The home was cleaned and well stocked. The beach was not crowded at all and simply beautiful. All the shops and stores were a quick drive away. We loved our stay.

Make sure you take your own beach towels and plenty of groceries since it’s a bit away from stores and restaurants but house has everything you would need in the kitchen!

What a beautiful home for a family getaway! So much room, impeccably clean with everything you need! Owner was very responsive and helpful and the view from the back porch was amazing! The short walk to the beach was exactly what we were hoping for. Each bed and bath were equipped with whatever you could need and we would love to return sometime. Thanks so much for an incredible stay!
