We had an amazing stay at Casa Ocea and would absolutely recommend it! The home was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The recommended services were incredible. We loved the massage team so much that we booked them twice during our stay! The private chef was also fantastic and prepared an unforgettable dinner for our proposal celebration. It made the evening truly special. One thing to know before booking is that Casa Ocea is not in a busy tourist area. For us, that was actually one of its biggest strengths. It was peaceful, quiet, and very private. We always felt completely safe and honestly barely saw anyone around the house, which made it feel like our own little paradise. If you're looking to disconnect, relax, and enjoy the Yucatán coast, Casa Ocea is the perfect place. We can't wait to come back!

Amazing place in a wonderful location. All the amenities you’ll need, with a pretty well-equipped kitchen for an AirBnB. Your biggest challenge will be deciding whether to swim in the ocean or pool.

The home was very nice and well maintained. It was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described, which made our stay easy and pleasant. The hosts were responsive and helpful whenever we had questions about the home. Communication was clear and timely throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very good experience and we would recommend the property.

A wonderful house, out of the way, great facilities, slightly odd (but unthreatening) neghborhood. Excellent chef and masseuse recommendations. Though pool cleaned once weekly, becsuse of gulls would have preferred a working filter system. Glad there was no television; it enhanced the peaceful nature of our stay. I’d definitely return!

The house was beautiful and just as described. The kitchen had all utensils etc that we needed. The house was very clean and comfortable. The whole house generator turned on seamlessly when needed and thelocation was perfect. We all enjoyed our stay more than we hoped. We will definitely return!!!!

Awesome family vacation great house nice pool one for the books

Owners and management team where super responsive and helpful especially during hurricane/tropical storm Beryl, we felt well taken care of. Generator was especially helpful during power outage (happens frequently in the area) we where very comfortable and safe. Beautiful outdoor spaces and decor. Kayak was great fun nice big kitchen. Many thanks to Ted and Tiffany for reaching out to watch out for us and our safety and the management team who tended to our many requests and concerns

Casa Ocea is an amazing house. The views, the pool and the sunsets are stunning. The house is so nice and open, our party of 9 never felt cramped. Plenty of seating inside and out for lounging and dining. The beds were very comfortable and it didn’t take long to cool down the bedrooms at night for bed (there is an air conditioner in each bedroom). The furnishings and decor were lovely. The artwork was amazing. There aren’t really any restaurants or stores in walking distance (I knew this ahead of time and it did not impact our stay). We were happy we rented a car, but we also saw a bunch of motorcycle taxis in the area if you don’t want to drive.

This home was an absolute delight. The hosts were so responsive with any questions we had on arrival. The home is exactly as the images represent. The attention to design and furnishings was appreciated and made spending time in the home so pleasurable. The area is quiet and ideal for a quiet getaway. A car is highly recommended as there are no stores within walking distance. The pool over looking the gulf of Mexico makes spending a full day in the home enjoyable. Thank you for sharing your home.

Wonderful big house for a big family! We had plenty of room to spread out and a huge dining table for our celebrations. The staff is responsive and helpful, we had a power outage (all along the coast) and we got immediate help with the generator and had no worries really. We felt very well taken care of. The ocean is beautiful. This is a great place for a casual kick-back vacation. Thank you to everyone at Casa Ocea!

The house is very nice but what we like the most is the pool facing the sea and the beach. There's a lot to do and get to know Such as cenotes, mangroves, Mayan ruins, Haciendas and more. It's a quiet, safe place with very friendly people. Would love to come back soon

Casa Ocea is a dream. The house is stunning, very spacious, really clean and the kitchen has all the amenities you need for cooking. The pool is fantastic and the ocean is gorgeous. The projector upstairs is amazing when it is time to calm the kids down or adults want to watch a movie. There is everything you need. It’s a beautiful place. My only little “things” and it’s not related to the host or the house itself is that the street side is pretty noisy, so keep that in mind and if u are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs and if u like to sleep a little late (pass 6am) bring eye mask! The room are very bright very early especially the beach side. But part from that. Fantastic house.

We had 6 adults and a toddler stay at Casa Ocea. The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious to allow for both privacy and socialization for a large group. The pool overlooking the ocean was the main attraction for most of our stay but we did venture out for provisions. We were very impressed by the local farmers' and artisans' market just a short walk from the home twice a week. There are also some lovely vendors for fresh ceviche, empanadas, coconuts, and delicious produce all within a 10-minute drive. For a few nights we had a couple of the recommended chefs come and cook for the group inside the house which turned out to be some of the best meals of our stay. We found Tiffany and her staff to be highly responsive and punctual in all requests we made leading up to and during our stay. We will definitely be counting the days until our next opportunity to stay at Casa Ocea,

Really nice house perfect for a big family or couples. The house has perfect outdoor areas as well as nice indoor areas both with room for being together and being private. The host’s replies and make you you feel welcome. We were a bit afraid that the pictures might looked a bit better than reality - this was proven wrong - it looks like the pictures and is just a really nice house to be in.

This is a beautiful beach property that gave us exactly what we were looking for in Mexico. Loved the quiet, the dirt streets, the pelicans fishing, just really a great, relaxed pace and vibe. The house is well appointed and the outdoor spaces are to die for.

We had the most incredible and relaxing time at Casa Ocea. We swam, we read, we relaxed… we cooked on the grill several nights and the chefs kitchen was on point and had everything we needed! Tiffany and co-hosts Veronica and Jorge we all absolutely amazing, helpful and extremely easy to communicate with. We look forward to visiting again. Beautiful home in relatively quiet place.

The stay was incredible; the attention to detail, the energy, art, and comfort! The welcome book was full of helpful information and recommendations. We were celebrating birthdays and had Chambray Catering come in and cook us a meal that included Vegan options. It was spectacular. I also highly recommend Patricia for the in-house massages. Everything about Casa Ocea is lovely, and while the pictures are wonderful, it's far better in person. If there was anything we needed, the property manager, Veronica, responded within minutes. We love Chuburna and will be back to stay soon. Thank you!!!

Our two families had an amazing time at Casa Ocea. We loved the stylish decor, layout, and enjoying time in the pool. The projector and screen for movies upstairs were a hit. And we can’t sing enough praises for their rec of Cambray Catering (Carla y Juan) for preparing meals—so delicious! We can’t wait to return.

The pictures do this place no justice! It was perfect in every way. From the location, to the decor, art, staff…overall vibe of Casa Ocea is a dream. It just doesn’t get any better than this. Looking forward to staying again.

I celebrated a special birthday at Casa Ocea and couldn’t have been happier to host my friends for the occasion at this equally special house! We engaged Carla, a local chef, for a delicious meal one evening and really enjoyed her local menu. The beautifully designed indoor and outdoor spaces, personal & local touches & thoughtful details were all perfect and made Casa Ocea a truly unique place to stay in the area! The host, Tiffany, is very responsive and helped us prepare for our stay and the property manager, Veronica, was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay. I would recommend it in a heartbeat and cannot wait to return again next year!

Everything about this home is impeccable, and it was a truly relaxing experience. It's an understatement to call it special and is one of those amazing home and location that you almost don't want to tell anyone else about. Beautiful home, gorgeous beach, and very responsive hosts. The home is within 1-2 hours of some fantastic sites: Merida, Izamal, Uxmal, and some of the best cenotes anywhere. If you want to escape the touristic area of Cancun and Tulum, this home provides an amazing chance to be in the heart of Yucatán culture while staying in a luxurious home. Highly recommended.

Just spent a few days at this amazing beach house with great views and amazing pool. Beautifully decorated and great atmosphere all around. The attention was great from Lisandro and Verónica the whole time. Carla the chief was out of this world!

The house, pool, view, art, and communication with Lisandro were tremendous. We had an amazing 6 night stay with 7 adults and a 2 year old. There is a lot of common and private space to enjoy. The art is lovely and the photos on the website are accurate. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did! The home massages and chef are a must. Thank you Tiffany and your team!

A must for relaxing !

Tiffany’s house is very nicely decorated. Great pool with a nice view to the beach. Very big spaces as well to have a relaxing time by the beach. We recommend it very much. Veronica the cohost was amazing! She is very helpful and gives a great service. I would just say is a bit pricey regarding the location. The houses around are a bit degraded and chelem is still a kind of fisher’s village. We had great vacations at Tiffany’s house.

situated directly on the beautiful yucatan beach. the design of the house is stunning, evreything inside and out. very Huge spaces for family meal time, or family gatherings. the sunrise and sunset from the rooftop are beautiful. the furniture is all New and spectacular! one of, if not the most beautiful house one can rent on the yucatan beach. dont hesitste to book with Tiffany as you wont find a better house or host !

An amazing house with plenty of space for everyone to have their own areas and bathrooms. Walk straight into the warm waters immediately out front of the house or into the infinity pool. Close enough to shops and restaurants to not be too close. Quiet spot to watch the dolphins and sunset in the evening from numerous vantage points around the house. I feel like a new woman after my relaxing stay at casa ocea. I’ll definitely be back
