Beautiful home

Jasmine was an amazing host who rented out a stunning house on the beach with amazing and safe surroundings. Very flexible with check in and responsive to any questions asked about the property. Would definitely stay again!

The property was everything advertised and more! We will definitely consider staying at the property again. Perfect for a large group or family. The home had everything you could possibly need away from home.

my stay was a really great experience. the space is beautiful and better than we could have hoped for. everything that we could have needed was readily available (cooking utensils, extra linens, and even seasonings). i highly recommended that if you choose to vacation at Rocky Point, you choose this exceptional space for your stay.

Excellent place!

Highly recommend this home! Huge space, double security checkpoints to enter community, and super close to almost private beach. Very clean and had everything needed. Community pool was great. Host is very responsive.

Best of the two words - the resort amenities and safety, and a privateness of a luxury villa on the beach. Ideal location. Very clean, well stuffed. Beautiful cathedral ceilings. Large floor-to-ceiling windows. The private trail to the beach is very practical and nice. The air conditioner is split and works well. The shower pressure is high. The beach is less than one minute walk and is sandy and smooth, with seashells. Fewer people on this part of the beach than on the left and the right, where the buildings are. Two gates and several guards made us feel very safe. I know it's not a good practice, but I even never locked the doors and windows there. Quick communication with the managers. Easy directions for checking in and out. The code access. We loved our stay in this villa.

better than expected the home was as described and had all the necessities. We ate at some places recommended by the host and the food was amazing, price was super affordable. You'll have fun at the pool or on the beach, enjoyed everything.

Easy check in the house was more then what I expected. Everything about the house was perfect. Close walk to the beach and just a good place to stay I recommend to book this place

Such an amazing spot with an amazing view! Felt super comfortable and safe! A few steps from the beach and a little drive to the center but it doesnt affect how beautiful your stay here will be! Jasmine was super friendly and answered my call right away! Really recommend! 😊

House is amazing it’s 1 min away from the beach, Jasmine responded quick everytime we had a question, it’s the perfect place to have a great family time.

Awesome place, super clean super confortable and extreamly close to everything including the beach, 45 steps away from the sand yes I counted. The security staff were amazing always on point and on top of everything; we all felt confortable and extreambly safe. The kitchen was awesome super spacious specially for us that love to cook, and everything we needed was provided. My favorite spot was the roof toop terrace great pace to drink that morning cup of coffee, cant say enough about the place it was the best stay we have had in rocky point, and we are regulars there we go about 3 times a year just wish we had found Jasmines place sooner.

This home is beautiful,clean & perfect!! I highly recommend this place! Jasmine responds quickly to any questions. The view of the beach is great and so relaxing! This home is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. My family and I enjoyed our time here for our Rocky Point experience. SAFE & GATED area where the home is. The home is like a two min walk to the beach, has a beautiful pathway you follow to get there. The pool is also near by like a 3-4min walk. The AC in the home is great, also filled with many fans, in about every room of the house. When we did arrive the AC was off so be aware of that, we will probably plan it out to turn the AC on and go explore around a bit to let it kick in next time. Jasmine had absolutely everything we could think of in the kitchen, bathrooms, rooms, even chairs and shades for the beach?! :D She was SUPER QUICK to respond to any message! She accommodated my family and I very well. No complaints what’s so ever from anyone in my party. Will definitely rent from Jasmine in the future!!

This home was amazing. It has enough space everything you can expect in a beach house and a little more. Pictures really don’t make justice. The communication with the host is outstanding she is always there for when you need her. I will recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere private yet close to the beach.

Beautiful end big house with nice view

The pictures do not justify how beautiful this home is. This is a spacious home with a beautiful view. We were very happy to know how safe this location is. The beach is within walking distance. We will definitely come back.

The best house in rocky point!!

Great ocean view from back patio. Great location - 1 minute walk to beach or pool and short 10 minute walk to bars & restaurants. Very secure location in gated community, house within eyesight of gate. Good value. We really enjoyed it and would go back again.

Beautiful home!! Location could not be better. Beach was perfect and our family of 7 had an absolute blast!!! Jasmine answered within a few minutes with any questions. Would stay there again, for sure.

This home is in the absolute perfect location. It's a short, easy stroll to lovely Sandy beach. It feels very safe, is well maintained, and response times from Jasmine are extremely quick and reassuring. Our family had a wonderful visit to Puerto Penasco, and this home was a huge part of it. Even though surrounding beaches were crowded with spring break visitors, our slice of the beach was quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend this home and host.

Wonderful place just steps from Sandy Beach! Gated neighborhood with round the clock security. Great views from rooftop deck. Will definitely stay here again! Jasmine was a great host!

Everything excellent

The house was wonderful and the view was amazing. We arrived earlier than the check in time but we wanted to make sure everything was fine given that the previous night there was a storm. there was some flooding in the living room which we called Jasmine and she had someone out right away. Other than that everything was perfect we had a great time her house was wonderful and Jasmine was very responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls.

Great location, 1 min walk to the beach or 2 min walk to the pool area. The house has great views especially from the rooftop patio.

Casa de la Palma is the perfect getaway from home. My family enjoyed how close we were to the beach. The view from the master bedroom was amazing. Jasmine is an excellent host and was very pleased with her communication.
