The apartment is very nice, it is a very comfortable place, very clean and the pool area is super cool, Alberto a very helpful guy explains everything about the house and attends super well, in my case I asked him a few questions about a place and he was very attentive in giving me recommendations, thank you Alberto.

Excellent place, Alberto is very cordial in the treatment and attentive to all requests. The apartment is far from the center and the beaches are therefore advisable to rent a car. The complex has private security and is only accessible to residents and visitors. The photos are what the photos are what they give you.

The apartment is perfect for 5 people, it is located in a very safe and beautiful place, there is a swimming pool, there is public transport nearby and if they rent a vehicle they have parking, I was delighted.

Really nice place in a nice typical mexicain neighborhood...just remember that when you see the sign of Palma de los Olivos in the round about.. make a left and straight on the street and last building on the right.

Alberto's apartment is extremely nice and has all the amenities for a more than excellent stay. The service of the washing machine is very useful. It is very safe in a private development and easy location. If you have a car everything is really close, Playa del Carmen is not very big so the distances are very short. My kids were delighted with the pool, and in general with all the apartment, so much so that the little one wanted to stay there haha. Alberto is very attentive and welcomed us personally to give us some instructions and offer to help us settle in, and it's a great detail from him and a plus for the service he offers. I highly recommend it, you get much more than what you pay for the apartment, I would definitely come back.

It exceeded my expectations. Our stay was great. We were greeted by Alberto's wife, very friendly. The apartment is beautiful, equipped and very well cleaned as well as super new. The parking space is just below the first floor where the apartment is (it's a very small staircase, and we carry the bags without any effort). It is approx. 20 min drive from xcaret park and the playa del Carmen center and the farm avenue. Too bad I didn't book more days in this lovely place. Thank you for the reception Alberto and Polete, especially for the gift that was in the refrigerator♡ I indicate this place for sure.

It is on the second floor, is very central, and there are places to eat nearby. Great location. We were truly fascinated by the attention and the apartment... it has a comfort of 10, super tidy and every detail arranged... Alberto and his Wife resolved us very well and in a personal way, leave welcome details in the refrigerator... with their amenities in the bathroom in case you did not bring soap or shampoo... the towels... you clean... the bedspreads, the pillows, the decoration... we really felt at home and the private is with surveillance and they are very attentive... the pool is super... I recommend it to the 100 and please take care of the one who is going to wash it so that we will continue to enjoy it today today...
