Excellent place to spend the weekend. The house is very nice. The pool water is at a very good temperature with the panels. The staff is very friendly. I would definitely come back.

We went with a group of friends, all with children, and the house was ideal for spending time together, but at the same time, everyone had their own space. The house is beautiful and super comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom, which makes it super comfortable for groups. The common areas are also great for spending time together. The cooking service they offer is delicious, and it's totally worth hiring it to feel like you're on vacation, as is requesting the daily cleaning service. The house was amazing! The spaces are very well used; I loved that there are 9 private rooms, each with its own bathroom—it feels like you're in a private boutique hotel!! The kitchen and dining room are a good size for several people! Excellent pool area, terrace, and garden!!! The bathrooms in the garden are very convenient. We hired Irma for the cooking and cleaning service; she was impeccable and excellent! Everyone was very happy with the food; it was delicious! I 100% recommend the house!

The pool always had hot water, the beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were very clean, the dining room was super spacious, and the hosts were always very attentive to our needs. The entire property was in excellent condition, the residential complex was very quiet and safe, and the play area was super convenient and comfortable. We loved it and would rent the property again. There was a small misunderstanding regarding the number of people allowed, but the host handled the situation with professionalism and respect. Communication was clear and we managed to reach an agreement without any problems. Overall it was a positive experience. I recommend the place and highlight the host's professional attitude.

Excellent choice. The house is just as advertised, spacious and clean rooms. Excellent area, very quiet without noise, the patio is very spacious and has good vegetation, a good place to hang out in addition to the pool. The house is very comfortable, spacious spaces with lots of natural light.

Everything was amazing. It's a very comfortable, well-kept and nice place. Just read the description carefully so you don't get surprised. I still suggest letting the hosts know in advance what time you'll be arriving so they can have it ready. Our mistake was not confirming the check-in time and they gave us the rooms almost at 5:00 pm. Irma was very friendly, we had some situations with the boiler and the Jacurzzi and she was always very accessible to support us. Thank you for your welcome, I would definitely come back ✨

Everything was perfect, the area has everything close by in case you need it, there is everything you need, there were many mosquitoes but that was to be expected, but overall the house is perfect for large groups, I went with 14 people and everyone was comfortable and super good. I had to communicate with Mrs. Irma and everything was super good with the communication, the garage is not useful but being a subdivision we felt quite safe leaving the car outside the house

It's better in person than in the photos, we loved it and we will surely return. Very spacious and with everything you need in the kitchen, a plus point is that they can remotely turn on the pool heater as many times as you request. If it's possible, they'll give you flexibility at check-in, as long as it's not rented a day before. Being a gated community, the area is very safe.

It was a very pleasant stay, the house is very nice, the area is very quiet and flexible. I used the house for my civil wedding and it was nice. I highly recommend it if you want to hold an event because they are very friendly and helpful, Mrs. Irma is always helpful and friendly. The area is safe and quiet and everything is close by to be able to go shopping.

We booked at the last minute because they canceled the other Airbnb, and it was certainly the best thing that could have happened to us. We were fascinated with everything. It's a spectacular house. Honestly, the price is worth what the house is. Everything is just like the photos and even more beautiful in person. We had some questions about how to turn on the light and the game machine but they helped us with the explanation, the house has plenty of food dishes

Attention: Irma was an excellent host and was always attentive to anything we needed. Spaces and amenities. The house is very spacious, roomy and can accommodate quite a few people. Multiple rooms. The garden, barbecue and rooms were very nice. The game room is a lot of fun and we had a great time. Improvement areas: The house needs a bit of maintenance, some bedrooms are a bit old and have humidity. The rooms are very hot and could have better ventilation, including electrical connections for fans or air. The cleanliness could be improved since in some areas of the house there was a bit of dust and the pool, although it was being maintained, is not 100% clean. In conclusion, we had a very pleasant stay and thanks to Irma we didn't have any major problems!

Excellent accommodation. The house is very nice and spacious, it has everything you need for your stay and is in a very safe and quiet area. We really liked the design, as it is modern and has many spacious areas (both inside the house and in the garden) where you can all be together, especially if you are a large group of people; the beds are comfortable and each room has its own bathroom, which helps a lot. The pool and barbecue area was our favorite, as we spent most of our time there, but overall the whole house is perfect. One thing that stands out is that they give you the necessary privacy and independence. We went to an event near the area, so we had to get in and out of the subdivision a couple of times and it was too easy. Thank you for your trust Carlos and Irma, we really enjoyed it! We will definitely be back.

A beautiful house, very spacious! We were 20 adults and children with each of our space. We had a lot of fun in the pool, what surprised us is that it was super equipped, you don't need to bring more than the supplies to cook because it has everything there: enough dishes, glasses, pots and everything to roast meat. It was an amazing weekend in Eden, very quiet our stay and with privacy. We will definitely be back
