Beautiful views of the lake and perfect for a getaway to enjoy nature. It was a perfect for our family! 10/10 !

The place is spotless. If it already looks nice and new in the photos, being there confirms everything: it's even better. The house is super clean, well-equipped and fulfills everything it promises. The attention of both Casey and Wences at the property was always punctual and kind. Yes, it's a bit far, but that gives it a peaceful atmosphere that is appreciated. If you're prepared with what you need, a few perfect days of relaxation await you. And if you need something, it's just a matter of taking the car and going out to look for it. It definitely worth it. We will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for options in Valle.

We loved the privacy that the place gives, beautiful scenery and wonderful house! The only thing we could recommend for this season is maybe a mosquito net so you can have the windows open; but it's the least, it was a great stay and Casey always attentive.

Casey is very friendly and helpful. The staff who look after the house are also very helpful and always ready to assist with whatever is needed. My only recommendation is to install blackout blinds in all the rooms, because there are some rooms where some of the windows don't have them.

Very nice house. The check-in process was as described; it involves a stone climb, but without any major issues (be careful when it rains). Once at the house, everything was very nice, clean, and safe. It's best to visit the supermarket before arriving in case you plan not to leave the house. There were some issues with the bathroom in the master bedroom, but Wences and Susana were very helpful in resolving them right away, and Casey was very attentive and helpful. Thank you very much for these days; we'll be back!

The house is beautiful, cozy and relaxing. Wences and Gabriela available and very good. Casey would respond immediately to every request. The climb to the house was not a problem. We got on a 10 person bus without any problems. I would advise Casey to implement the heating of the jacuzzi, otherwise it is impossible to use it. We will definitely be back!

The house is beautiful and very well equipped. Casey was attentive to us the whole time and showed care and support. Mr. Wense is super attentive and kind. I stayed a couple of days with my family and we had a great time. The experience is highly recommended. There are three adorable little dogs and a very friendly kitten! Oh! There are also fireflies!

The house is impeccable, very nice, and you have super nice views everywhere. Very clean. Mr. Wences was very attentive and kind. Just keep in mind that there is a very steep climb to get there. Our van couldn't make it up, and we had to leave it somewhere else (in the rain).

Incredible view! The house is gorgeous and there’s a lot of space for a group. Casey was responding quickly and Wences, the employee who lives near the house, was always there to give us a hand. It’s kind of far from everything, but it’s a great place to relax.

Oh my God this house!! This place is a GOD sent. Me and my family had a great time/great experience at this place. The surrounding area is wonderful. The house staff is very helpful and there when you need it. They have coffee and water (lots of it). The bathrooms are gorgeous, the views are stunning. Me and my family had a very relaxing time in this spacious home. Comfy beds. Casey was a phenomenal host always responsive and generous. There was a thunderstorm ⛈️ while we where there and a tree fell on the road, and it took the staff only 10 minutes to clear the road enough to let us out. SUPER RECOMMENDED. A perfect place. The house is just like the photos, with great views, no noise from neighbors and very well-maintained spaces. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and bathrooms were super clean. Casey was super responsive and friendly at all times, and Wences took care of everything upon arrival and while we were on the property. Ideal for relaxing with friends or family. The driveway to the house is a bit problematic due to the slope with small cars or cars with little traction, but it's not difficult to get there.

This place is beautiful and spacious. I went with a large group of friends, and we were very comfortable in the 4 rooms available. The place has beautiful views of the lake from any room/space. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking indoors or having a barbecue. Next to the house are people who work for Casey, and they were available for any questions or requests. As for communication, Casey was attentive at all times, answering questions and giving clear directions for the arrival at the place. I would highly recommend it.

If you are looking for something stylish, a certain luxury, in a quiet area, ready to rest, this is the place. It has everything you need to have a perfect time! The only thing that was wrong was that the pool was cold despite the sun. (It's a solar heater) maybe it's missing some panels to get to a good temperature. However, we were able to get in. It was bearable. Casey was amazing and Wenses was even better! They even have super cute and friendly dogs, and we asked them to keep them because we accidentally took a little dog with us. And even though they said pets weren't allowed, they helped us! Thanks for that. So I recommend this house, which is impeccable! A certain warmth that you will surely appreciate in the cold season. Everything was very comfortable, beds and so on. Congratulations on having this beautiful house

Wenses Susana and her son, all very kind, Casey was waiting for our arrival and sent the location, the entrance is a little complicated in a big car but only the first time, everything wonderful, you have all the amenities you need and it is a beauty

Excellent house, very beautiful. All the necessary utensils to enjoy spectacular nights. Just one thing that is probably not in the hands of the owner to fix but the internet was poor. If you're going as a group and you want to be connected all the time, it won't be possible. But if your plan is to forget about the internet, everything else is great.

The house is very nice and comfortable; it's better than the photos. The house is very well equipped, it has everything you need to spend a few days with family or friends. Casey's service was very good at all times. The service was also very good from the man who takes care of the house. The only recommendation is to use a vehicle with enough power to climb to the house, since they are very steep climbs and when it rains it gets a bit slippery.

The house is amazing, the truth is that the photos don't do it justice, it is impeccable, super equipped, you can enjoy the house very much without having to leave. The place is beautiful, we were very well cared for. The only thing that could be improved is the temperature of the pool that as the weather was rainy was freezing and we couldn't enjoy it. Consider the distance from the center that by car is about 20 minutes. And above all, the lowering and climbing to the house, because the access path is very steep and raining or with a too heavy car it is difficult or impossible to climb (we pass in the rain). But the place is beautiful and with personality.

The house has an incredible view from all the rooms. It's very clean and comfortable. Obviously, to get that view, you have to go up a slightly steep hill, and it takes a bit of effort, especially if it's raining or the ground is wet, but it's really worth it. The staff is super friendly. I gladly recommend it.

Excellent house on the outskirts of Valle de Bravo, with a beautiful view, very well equipped, with a Jacuzzi with temperature control, excellent communication. Renato was always attentive to what was offered.

Renato's home was exactly as the pictures reflect - a stunning architectural jewel with panoramic views of the lake. Everything was extremely comfortable, and the hosts were communicative and welcoming. The housekeepers were amazing, and they made sure we had freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee in the morning. Even loved hanging out with the dogs! The driveway is a little tricky to get to, so be aware of your transport if arriving in the dark. And come with food to cook or prepare! It's difficult to leave in the dark or get delivery with not many options for restaurants in the area. Highly recommend for a peaceful retreat!

The property and views are outstanding! Staff on property were great and super helpful with calling cabs. The property is indeed a little difficult to get to, but the house is well worth it! It does get warm, but the breeze helps.

I have been to Valle de Bravo 4 times and this was undoubtedly the best! Renato and Casey's house is even prettier than the photos show. This house is an oasis in Valle de Bravo. It has an incredible view, huge windows, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the TV with Netflix and satellite TV, everything is set up and designed to rest and enjoy. Renato and Casey were always available and answered all messages very quickly. In addition, the hosts, Wenceslao and Susana, were super attentive during the stay to make sure we were super comfortable. We have already recommended this Airbnb to friends and we will definitely be back!!!

Amazing place! The house is much bigger than it looks in the photos. The location is great because the view is fabulous. I recommend bringing mosquito repellent and food. The house comes with everything you need to cook, the only thing missing is a microwave.
