Casa Pomona was like expected, beautiful home and Claudia and Francesca were very attentive

We enjoyed this place so much. Beautiful house, views and nature. Claudia, Cyndi and Francesca were wonderful to deal with. Everybody was thoughtful and attentive. Bendi was the cherry on the top! We would definitly come back in the near future.

What a magnificent house!

This is the second time I've been to the house, and I like it more and more each time. It's a very nice house. It has everything you need to have a good time. It's super well equipped, the pool is a delight, and the social areas are very pleasant. The people who work at the house are very friendly and cook deliciously.

We loved our stay. We thought the house was spectacular, very well maintained, comfortable and with everything you need to enjoy yourself to the fullest. The service from both hosts was excellent. They were always super friendly, attentive and willing to help at all times. It was definitely a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Totally recommended!

Exceptional, one of the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. The space is beautiful, pictures cannot do it justice. Your own resort: the landscape, the art, the furniture, the pool, the grass…all 10/10. Attention to detail in every corner. Our favorite part of the Airbnb was the hospitality of the host and onsite staff, Claudia and Cindy. They were so warm and made the experience amazing. At first we were a little apprehensive to have someone onsite until 4, but that quickly changed when we realized they really did just make the experience that much more comfortable for us. We didn’t get to the Airbnb until around 12AM and they graciously waited and even made us dinner upon arrival. I am running out of characters to keep talking about this place. Just book it you won’t regret it. We will absolutely be back.

The house is beautiful, the garden is lovely, everything is incredible. Francesca, Peter, and Claudia were super helpful at all times; they helped us book some massages. The place is amazing, and the service was fabulous. The photos don't do the house justice; it's actually much nicer. I highly recommend it; we loved it.

We had the best time at this home in Tepoztlán. The photos truly do not do the property justice, as it is even more beautiful in person. We especially loved the layout, with the two casitas and the main house, and how the kitchen and dining areas sit right next to the pool, which made everything feel easy and connected. The pool is also large and perfect for families. Francesca was incredibly welcoming and helpful with suggestions throughout our stay. Claudia also prepared amazing breakfasts and food for us, and we are still thinking about her desserts. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. A truly beautiful property.

I’m a teacher, and I tend to notice every detail — and everything about Casa Pomona was amazing. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well taken care of. Claudia was wonderful — so kind and attentive — and the breakfasts she prepared were absolutely fabulous. You can really feel the care that goes into everything here. I highly recommend Casa Pomona and will definitely be coming back.

The service provided by Claudia Rivera is spectacular. She says she's a cook, but the dishes she prepares are worthy of a Michelin-starred Chef without a doubt. The flavors and dedication he gives to each dish are exceptional. Be sure to try their dishes. You won't regret it, I guarantee it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Peter’s place! The house is amazing and it had everything we needed for our stay. Very well located, peaceful and surrounded by nature. The perfect getaway from the city. A special mention to the staff, Francesca is a really nice person, very responsive and always looking after us. Clau and her daughter, they provided superb service during our stay, they are very attentive and they cook delicious. Our favorites were hand made fresh tortillas, cheesecake among other delicious meals. Absolutely we will be considering Pomona house when comeback to Tepoztlán.

The house has great spaces, amazing views, for the remodeling we had to sacrifice a bit of gardens and pool. Claudia's attention was very kind and always willing and Fran is always attentive! A very good place to enjoy and coexist with family! If you stay here, don't miss a massage with Edna, wonderful!

Amazing house! Attention, privacy and comfort

Hello, everything was in order, you just have to take into account that the pool is not heated, so if you go in cold weather it is impossible to enjoy it.

Absolutely an amazing stay. Francesca was extremely helpful and communicative. From the minute we booked our stay to the minute we left, she ensured everything would be taken care of and it was. I also can’t thank Claudia enough, her cooking was fabulous and when we had a medical emergency she went above and beyond to find us a doctor and get us necessary transportation. Overall, I would 100% stay here again and would highly recommend this place to any of my friends looking to travel to Tepoz.

Excellent stay. The house is simply amazing. It is just as shown in the photos, and the hosts' service is exceptional. They are always attentive to anything that may be needed. If you have the chance to spend a few days at the house, don't miss it.

The house has a very nice Mexican style and everything is very clean. The water in the showers is warm, the breakfast is very delicious, and the pool is great! Overall, everything was very good. Super nice for a different kind of weekend with family or friends.

Casa Pomona is an absolutely gorgeous and tastefully decorated house, located within a lush garden with stunning views. Both the property itself and staff on-site allowed for a peaceful and relaxing family break from Mexico City (only 1h30min drive away). The rental process was smooth and the team managing our booking were very responsive and professional. I would definitely recommend this address to friends and family in the future, and can’t wait to go back already.

Beautiful and spacious home for my party of 8. When I walked in the home, you could immediately feel that the owners spent a great deal of time tastefully designing the home with high quality materials. Francesca was our fantastic point of contact at the Airbnb. She checked in with us weeks before our arrival date to ensure our stay would be comfortable and relaxing. From organizing taxis to planning in home meals and massages, Francesca was an all star in making our group’s trip to Tepoztlan amazing. Highlights: - Luxury touches throughout the well designed and built bungalows. - Bathrooms are clean, tidy and water pressure is strong - Master bedroom is very large with a great deck to enjoy the mountain views - Very comfortable beds and silky sheets in all the guest rooms - Amazing views of the mountain ranges that the images don’t do justice - Pool and backyard are much bigger than the images depict.

Our group of six gathered at Casa Paloma to celebrate a special occasion and this beautiful home was perfect. The delicious breakfasts, prepared lovingly by Claudia were certainly a highlight. The pool was delightful and always clean. The space is exceptionally comfortable and the view and grounds spectacular. Each sleeping space was wonderful and had great beds. The town of Tepoztlán is an easy 20 minute walk away and we visited some restaurants that were even closer. Our hosts were always available with restaurant, transport and activity recommendations and arranged many reservations for us. We thank you so much for taking great care of us on our visit.

The house was gorgeous! An oasis. With views of the mountain, a beautiful garden of citrus fruit trees, a big pool, lots of open space and I love how private the different bedrooms were. The location was on a beautiful street, about 15 to 20 min to town. We loved staying here and we would come back. The host was very attentive and responsive. They take care of you during your stay. The included breakfast was delicious!

I travel a lot, and this is honestly one of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed at. Pros: - Beautiful spaces and interior design. Very cozy, making you feel at home right from the arrival. - Awesome staff: Claudia who was helping us out around the house and with the food, and Francesca was always helpful with anything we needed. - Location: we came on the carnival week and were happy to be close enough to the center, but far enough to feel calm. The surroundings are perfect for morning strolls, too. - Size: it not only fit our whole group in terms of bedrooms, but has a huge garden where we could meditate together, and large common spaces where everyone felt comfortable although being a group of 10 people. - Decent internet, hot water, 4 parking spaces, nice pool, drinking water, fruits, etc etc etc... Cons: pretty much none, everything was perfect (however, if you're coming by public transport, it'll be a 15-minute walk to the center - it wasn't an issue for us as we had cars).

Everything about Casa Pomona was top notch. Communication was fast and helpful, the space is beautiful and clean, and if ever there was an issue their team attended to it quickly. I would highly recommend to stay here! Claudia makes a delicious chilequiles too! We hope to come back one day soon!

Very good service

A group of 9 friends and I spent a wonderful week at this wonderful villa. Aesthetics 10 out of 10. Everything is very well thought out - down to every detail. We practiced yoga, walked around the neighborhood, cooked our own dinners, or used the services of Claudia, who prepared food for us according to our order. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped and has everything you need to prepare almost any dish. Everywhere is very clean and well maintained. The staff were actively helpful, but were not intrusive and were almost invisible. Francesca, the check-in manager, did everything necessary to provide for all possible questions and issues regarding the stay. All our friends were very pleased and had a great time. I definitely recommend it.

Excellent choice for spending a few days in Tepoztlan, very close to downtown and all its attractions. The communication was very good from the first contact, Francesca was attentive to our needs at all times, she supported us with reservations, she met us personally at the door of the house, upon our arrival they were waiting for us with a botana, and drinks for everyone, the bedrooms were impeccable, in all there were water jars and floral arrangements, super hosts. Very pleasant surprise that the accommodation includes a full breakfast, Claudia is delicious and she was super kind to the whole family, we were very much consented to. We had an extraordinary weekend, we really enjoyed the house and would definitely stay there again.

We went to a friend's wedding, and we stayed at Patrick's stay, they were attentive to us in every detail , the house is very nice and very large but at the same time cozy. We love this place , we hope to return soon ! Thank you Francesca for being so vigilant ! ❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful property with incredible views of Tepozteco, Claudia's breakfasts excellent and generous, as well as all her attention

We came to Casa Pomona to relax and we really had a wonderful time! Casa Pomona was perfect for that, the main house is very spacious and the views from there are spectacular, there were two small houses in the back of the house witch are very confortable each house had a nice patio and very nice furniture as well as nice bathrooms. The best part of our stay was having Señora Claudia taking care of us not only she is a great cook she also was very warm, respectful and very helpful, she told us about the area and places to go and explore! We also had to say Francesca was very informative with everything before we got to Casa Pomona she came to meet us and showed us the house and took her time to introduce us with Señora Claudia and told us about the house and places to go to eat, etc. Casa Pomona was excellent we had a great time! I will come back again

We spent the weekend at Casa Pomona and we could not have found a better place for a gathering of friends. With a mystical view of the Tepoztlán mountains, the terrace and pool area became the center of activity beginning with a spectacular lunch of chicken prepared in a pipián mole by Claudia, an absolute master of Mexican home cooking. Claudia offered a dozen options for us to choose from (as well as dessert suggestions). The attention to detail in the house is unparalleled, the furnishings simple yet carefully curated. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the master bedroom offer another five-star view of the mountains. The garden's flowering trees are lush and its secret nooks make it perfect for children to play hide and seek. In the evening we could see the fireworks set off for a festival up in the village. The sense of comfort and familiarity make Casa Pomona a perfect place for a reunion of family or old friends. We'll be back!

There are no words! First off, Patrick and Francesca could not have gone more out of their way to make our stay as memorable and smooth as possible. They also made getting there from Mexico City a breeze as well. We never had to worry about a thing. Everything was planned out from start to finish. They also had no shortage of excellent recommendations for us from dining to activities during our stay. Then there is Casa Pomona itself. Let me just say this place is spectacular! Casa Pomona excites every sense with the stylish decor, views of the surrounding mountains to die for, complete with a large swimming pool surrounded by a luscious and colorful landscaped garden, and Claudia's wonderful and thoughtfully prepared meals. As for Tepoztlan, what a beautiful, authentic and yes it is as they say... a magical place. This is where you'll experience the true charm of the Mexican people and culture.
