What a beautiful place! We were a group of 9 women for a 50th birthday trip and Johnny's house was perfect. Both homes were immaculate and beautifully decorated. Every little detail tied into the decor, from the handmade mugs and plates to the accent tables in the seating areas. The dining table was large enough for our big group dinners and the lounge area, though cozy, was really comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We all kept talking about how amazing the beds were too. Johnny was very responsive with recommendations and even referred us to someone who stocked the kitchen for us upon arrival. The location of the home is right in town, and San Pancho is easily walkable. There is a great bar right across the street. There is also a night club on the corner that is loud on the weekends, but as this was mentioned in the description, we all came prepared with ear plugs. Our trip could not have gone better. It was everything I hoped for and more.

We had an amazing stay at Johnny’s place! The home is beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly spacious. Having two separate houses on the property makes it perfect for multiple families traveling together while still giving everyone their own space and privacy. The A/C units in every bedroom and common area were a huge plus during the hot and humid days, and the plunge pool was a favorite with our kids. We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer—it made traveling with family so much easier. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s just a short walk to both the beach and the main street, so everything you need is within easy reach while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Johnny was an outstanding host. Communication was excellent from start to finish, his guide and recommendations for restaurants and transportation were incredibly helpful, and he welcomed us with thoughtful goodies at check-in that our whole family enjoyed and appreciated!

Wow. This casa and casita are beautiful, welcoming, amazing. We have been to San Pancho before and as we looked at a return visit, were attracted to this home as it provided lots of room, with a division of space so different sleeping schedules could be accommodated. Johnny is a fast and clear communicator; the houses are clean, beautiful, well appointed. The beds are SUPER comfortable; plenty of bathrooms; kitchen well stocked. The courtyard and pool provide an after beach respite. Can't say enough, but characters are limited!

Great location and host was incredible!

This is a great place for anyone visiting San Pancho. There are two separate spaces so perfect for large groups and privacy. Close to the beach and the host had beach chairs and umbrellas that we could take to the beach which was appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family’s stay at Quinta Seis was stellar! It was our first visit to San Pancho, and Johnny truly thought of everything a family of 6 needed. With both big and small kids, we appreciated the travel cribs, sound machines, board games, pool and boogie boards, outdoor showers, and especially the washer/dryer—it truly felt like home. The back bedroom in the main house was ideal for our baby: quiet, dark, and thoughtfully designed (including an A/C setting without a light). Weekend nights were lively with music from across the street, but sound machines, provided earplugs, and weekday quiet made it manageable. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. San Pancho is incredibly walkable and felt very safe. Great food is everywhere, and the fully stocked kitchen—with beautiful stoneware and a clean, boho aesthetic—made staying in a pleasure. We also loved nearby beach clubs, Tierra Tropical, and the nanny service from Kiddo San Pancho. Overall, we can’t say enough good things!

Only thing better than the location is the house.

We had an amazing stay in San Pancho! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—live music across the stree, safe, and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and town center. The host was responsive and welcoming, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. San Pancho itself is a beautiful, relaxed town, and this Airbnb made the experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The best house in San Pancho! We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect, great kitchen equipment (unfortunately not so with other houses), blender, toaster, pots (also large), cozy beds, great pool, also outdoor showers (so that you do not carry the sand into the house. European washing machine and dryer. Perfect location, right in the village, just a few minutes from the beach. Everything super clean and great communication with Johnny. We can only warmly recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back.

This was by far one of the most beautiful spots we have stayed in around the world. The house was incredible. Nestled right in town. Walk to the beach. Everything you would need is provided at this house. We used the beach chairs and umbrellas and the surf board. The pool was perfect for our kids. I have only amazing things to say about this place. This compound could not have been more perfect for our extended families celebration. The pool was ideal for our 4yo - endless entertainment at your fingertips. The host recommended incredible chefs who came to cook for us a few nights and we explored towns the delicious food scene the other days and nights. The house is so centrally located. Walking everywhere was easy. San Pancho is magic and we would love to come back for another stay.

An amazing place in every aspect!! The perfect location, everything looks new, everything is very clean and the host is super attentive!

The house is centrally located, and you can easily walk to almost everything in town including the beach. On that note, if you’re looking for something private and quiet, then this is not the right place for you. The home itself was clean, well-kept, and spacious. There were some issues (sewer smell, flooding showers, complicated back doors), but Johnny was very responsive and accommodating. Note: the address routed us to another house down the street but Johnny will give you the name of the bar across the street to use as a marker. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend this if you’re traveling with a big group and don’t mind noise.

I am an Airbnb skeptic, this experience totally changed my mind. This place is beautiful and by far better than in the pictures. The place was so nice that we felt at home. The host is excellent super responsive…better than a luxury hotel. I highly recommend this place

Johnny’s homes are stunning and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay! The pictures do not do it justice. The location was ideal for walking to the beach, local restaurants and nightlife. We will certainly return.

Quinta Seis is an absolutely dreamy place to stay! The house is stunning—beautifully furnished, with high ceilings and incredibly comfortable beds. The two-house setting was perfect, giving my teenage boys their own space while keeping everything close and convenient. What truly made our stay exceptional was Johnny’s outstanding hospitality. He provided fantastic recommendations, including an amazing private chef and in-home massages that made our vacation feel luxurious and relaxing. Centrally located yet peaceful, Quinta Seis is the perfect getaway. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I hope to stay again in the near future.

This was an amazing Spring Break stay for us. My girlfriend found this place and everything about it was perfect. We were a group of 7 and there was more than enough space as there were 8 beds. The gathering places outside were awesome. Two places on the 3rd floor palapas and the courtyard in between both houses is where we spent most of our time at home. The pool was heated which was perfect for the time of year. Finally the location was great. Within seconds of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, beach, massage and yoga studios. We used Manuel as a private chef one day and he didn't disappoint. Internet wasn't the best but we heard that was normal on Mexican small towns. We're sure to be back again. Thanks!

I don't have enough space in this box to say all the great things I'd like to about Quinta Seis, but also about Johnny, the host. The house was wonderful, a perfect fit for three families traveling together. It's centrally located, well-designed, comfortable, and stocked with amenities. The courtyard and rooftop decks are fantastic gathering spaces. It's across the street from a Cerveceria, a Yoga/Massage Studio, and close to the beach. Neighbors and vendors are warm and friendly. If you're looking for an interactive community experience, this can be it. Almost more importantly, Johnny himself is an incredibly responsive, kind and attentive host. He helped us at every stage, from preliminary planning through logistics and recommendations for activities. (Do not miss Jorge from "Nayarit Uncovered" and Manuel for an in-home meal delivery!!) I marveled at Johnny's professionalism and hesitate to tell the world in case this gem becomes so popular we can't book next time!

My stay at Johnny's was exceptions, just a short block to the beaches. The place is almost as perfect as it could be for location close to the best breakfast "Marias" the absolute best tour/adventure "Nayarit Uncovered" I could write a book about the amazing adventures we had. San Poncho is a truly wonderful place. Johnny took an absolute jewel of a casa and placed it in one the secret Jewels of San Poncho. Just as I mentioned a couple other of my favorite stays, rest assured Johnny's place will added to the list as of the top businesses!

We had an amazing stay at Quinta Seis with our family and friends. Having stayed in Costa Azul before, we loved the convenience of this property being right in the heart of San Pancho. The location is unbeatable—you can walk to the beach in just two minutes, and we loved being across the street from fantastic restaurants and a yoga studio. The local grocery store is a mere 30-second stroll away, making it easy to grab whatever we needed without any hassle. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt incredibly homey. We especially enjoyed spending our mornings and evenings on the rooftop, where we could soak in the stunning views of the trees and the pool below. We were thrilled to spot iguanas in the trees, adding a unique touch to our experience. It’s clear that no detail was spared in designing this property, from the well-thought-out layout to the high-quality finishes. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to unwind and enjoy the magic of San Pancho.

This fantastic home was perfect! It has an incredible Mexican boho-chic decor with all the amenities, it must be designed by a top-notch decorator! Everything was brand new, we enjoyed the w/d and outdoor shower. Loved the large windows that fully open to the courtyard, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The 2 houses had everything we wanted—from relaxing on the rooftop palapa with wine to playing by the pool with the kids. The spacious bedrooms comfortably fit all. The beach is just 3 blocks away, on a charming and safe street in one of the most desirable parts of town, close to lovely shops and restaurants. We appreciated the compound for privacy and security as ladies with young kids. Johnny is a great host, as a part-time local and bilingual he came in super handy. Fully endorse! Don’t hesitate - you won’t beat this experience in San Pancho!

Our family had a great stay. San Pancho was an incredibly charming town and this property was perfect for our family. Pictures didn't do this place justice. The best part was what I would call the courtyard between the two houses where the plunge pool was. It was definitely our gathering place during our stay. There were lounge chairs, day beds, and a 10 seat table on the porch that we all sat around to talk, eat and drink. Great restaurants and bars and mini supermarkets within seconds of the front door-the location was perfect. The palapas on the 3rd floor had the most spectacular mountain views. Anna, the local co-host was great with suggestions on food, drink, massages, excursions, etc. Finally the portable fans in each bedroom worked great as noise machines at night to drown out the roosters. A memorable trip and we hope to be back soon. Thank YOu !

We had a wonderful stay at Quinta Seis. We had visited the charming town of San Pancho before but were never able to stay within the town because we had such a large family. This house was perfect for us. It had a larger main house with a king room, a queen room and a bunk room that slept 4. The smaller Casita had a king room and a queen room. Both had great kitchens that opened up to the plunge pool and faced each other. When inside the property we mainly hung out in the yard lounging around the plunge pool with all the outdoor furniture. Both houses had beautiful palapas that allowed amazing mountain views and even a very small ocean view. Air conditioning was great and in each room. Wifi worked well but did have some dead spots. Outdoor showers were great. I can't say enough about the amazing time we had. Finally, I can't forget to mention the design and style. It was designed in a modern Mexican boho type of way that really appealed to the senses. We can't wait to return!
