Adrian was easy to work with and his property manager, Miguel, was great. We had a couple issues which every homeowner does, but Miguel got on those issues right away and resolved them which was really appreciated. The building itself is lovely, very well maintained and beautifully landscaped. The pools were beautiful and lovely to float around in. The condo itself was very nice. Lots of everything you needed regarding cooking dishes, glasses, silverware etc. Lots of very nice towels. Didn't really need the A/C alot as with all the doors open, there was always a nice breeze. Great unit for that with the back to front living.

Everything was very nice

The apartment is very nice. It has a beautiful view. It has chairs for playa, ice maker, among other things, to make your stay more pleasant. The kitchen is quite well stocked it has a lot of kitchen frets and also various equipment appliances. All three rooms have very good space. I will definitely be back soon. I will just highlight, that this space, is a place of rest. And that pool areas, you can't drink alcohol inside the pool or bring horns. That means that for those who rented it, know what the dynamics of the space are. Check-in and check-out were quick. It's ideal for a group of friends or family.

Very comfortable place

The depto is very cute, the spectacular view, the kitchen and the large depto very well equipped, with more than necessary. Nice common airs. The only thing I didn't like is that they don't have palapas on the beach and that the service of the condominium restaurant is very slow.

Excellent accommodation, it's the second time we've stayed in the apartment. We will definitely be back soon.

Very nice and comfortable

Let me start by saying this place is absolutely beautiful the location directly on the beach was exactly what we wanted. The view is magnificent words can’t describe it. Its more beautiful in person. The downside was the rules & regulations that we were not aware of. Several of the guards at the pool are constantly watching you, we couldn’t bring drinks down, food down, cant drink near pool. This is not an all inclusive we rented a private condo to have the flexibility of doing these things. We were 5 people that stayed one month we only had 1 towel per person so we were always having to wash our towels, there is no extra bed linen. Make sure you know that if you stay a long period of time you must buy your own amenities. However Adrian did accommodate us when we asked for missing items. Overall if it wasn’t for all the rules this place would have been perfection! And I think if we had known ahead of time I may have felt differently about it. This trip was amazing and we loved it.

The stay is very comfortable, it has all the amenities you require and more, the facilities of the building, pools, restaurant and so on are in excellent condition, the host was always ready for what you needed. An excellent place to rest.

The place and our stay exceeded our expectations, the apartment has details that make you feel at home but with an amazing view. Every detail in comfort and decoration denotes the hospitality of the owner. I recommend it and my family and I are already planning to return.

The place was amazing! Adrian has a well-equipped place. The kitchen has everything you need, especially when traveling with the kids. He also has games, beach chair, cooler, picnic basket, towels etc. Simply everything!! It's like stepping into your own home. The only bad side is the property management. They follow you around the pool and stare at you. After staying there for 7 days, on day 8 they asked my husband to get out of the water and take his shorts off. We laughed thinking it was a joke. It wasn't. Upon being questioned by the security and the property manager, they realized it was swim wear and proceeded to lecture him on swim-wear and why they don't allow cotton attire to he worn. Mind you, all 20 of us were wearing swim wear! He simply laughed at them and walked away. It was very annoying. One other thing, there is absolutely NO drinking by the pool. You have to step-out to take a sip. Other than that -which is out of Adrian's control- this place is amazing!

The condo was just as advertised. This is a great location right on the beach but away from the crowds. It was a perfect place for a relaxing vacation.

Our stay in Adrian's apartment was excellent, it is super equipped and even supported us with a travel crib for our baby. If you want to worry about cleanliness and food, ask for Silvia. The layout of the apartment is very ample and the perfect location. We'd definitely be back.

An apartment with everything you need for a great vacation. Very well-equipped apartment with central air conditioning, which is appreciated during the hot season, as well as a terrace with a spectacular view of the bay. Beach towels are given to you by the condo, so you don't even have to worry about that. The clean pool at an excellent temperature, and access to the beach with the best sand in the area. Everything is 3 blocks from the shops and restaurants of Ixtapa.

Our stay at Adrian's place was fantastic, and just what we needed for our week's vacation. The building was amazing and is essentially new. Our favorite aspects of the apartment/residence include: 1. The apartment is new, and all appliances are in great shape, with a washer/dryer included that saves you having to bring a bunch of clothing. 2. The terrace is really wide and includes a comfortable couch to relax on. 3. The apartment includes a lot of extras that come in handy, including the two coolers (one large one on wheels and the other a small one you can throw over your shoulder), the beach umbrellas and chairs, and the wheeled cart to help you carry things down to the pool/beach. 4. The two pools are huge, which means you can find your own quiet corner to relax or you can do laps for some exercise. Also, there is a bar/restaurant which served really good food and mixed drinks. 5. The beach is also great, which nice sand and clear, warm water. One morning we saw turtled laid eggs during the night and the local turtle foundation dug them up and reburied them in a safe tent they have for this purpose. ' If there's one thing to somewhat criticize, which isn't a fault of Adrian's at all, is that the gym at the residence is for owners only, unless you pay 100 pesos/day ($5 US). But really, not a huge deal. Overall though, amazing place and great communication with Adrian and the on site manager, Miguel, who is there to help with anything at all. Last but not least, we especially appreciated Adrian allowing us to check out late (past 11am) since he didn't have any guests checking in later that day. With three kids, this allowed us to pack up and having a relaxing departure. Thank you so much Adrian!

It's beautiful sunrise with a view of the mountains and then move into the room and have the best sea view I've ever had. The apartment has very comfortable and versatile furniture and accessories. For people who are doing home office or taking online classes, this is a super place. During the week we were changed the modem and it was perfect, super fast (and that there were 4 of us working). Adrian and Noemi are always very attentive and prompt in communication.
