We stayed at Jorge’s place two nights and it was a great location since there’s a mall right behind it, and Oxxo store nearby and the bus stop. The place was as described and clean. We did have an issue with a bathroom but we messaged him and it was not an inconvenience since there were two bathrooms. There were 3 of us and we were very happy with our stay
Great communication, always there for what you need. Clean and very close to the ocean!
The place was amazing, the location very convenient and the apartment was fully equipped. The team was also very friendly and proactive!
Jorge is an excellent host, he was always attentive to answer my doubts and the Airbnb is very nice, excellent area and made my trip a very good experience.
Loved Jorge’s place, surroundings and how they take good care of the property. Book with confidence, whether a family or a bunch of bachelors like we were cuz you will not be disappointed!! For improvement… (1) Jorge needs to fix the shower door in the bottom bathroom, as it is extremely hard to slide. My buddy even hurt himself slightly while doing it (2) The faucet in the bottom bathroom sink is in very bad condition. It spits water like a high pressure gun.. and it wets everything around the sink including the person using it :) (3) Jorge responded to me very late on the last day of a 5-day stay when I asked him to extend my checkout by 1 hour from 12 pm to 1 pm. He later blamed the AirBnb app for it, which is still fine since we checked out earlier at 10:30 am. But I never got an answer to whether he would have given me an additional 1 hour :) Fix that, and I would have given you all 5 stars. Right now, it is at 4.5, which itself is pretty darn impressive! My family of 6 spent a couple days at Joaquin’s place and couldn’t have been more perfect. The location is great right on the beach with beautiful clear waters and pristine beach. The apartment it self was spacious for our family, with everything will equipped and ready for us. Would definitely come back to this place and can’t wait for our next trip to Cancun! Thank you for sharing your amazing slice of heaven!
Jorge was great and the place wasn't too bad but there were a few things that I was not expecting. The restroom shower door downstairs was broken or hard to close. The downstairs siding door in the bedroom did not lock. I tried everything but the latch was old and did not work. That was a little unsettling to sleep and got up constantly to check on my family. One thing I wish I would have know is, the card that lets you in the door, also give you access to the AC units. When you leave with the card, the AC doesn't stay one while you are out therefore, when you come back in after a hot day, so is the apartment. It took some times to cool down. That was the biggest complaint I had is not coming back to a comfortable cool place after a long day in the sun.
Great host. He was always attentive to any requests, and made us feel welcome. During our trip, we got caught in a hurricane, and host explained what to do to stay safe! It was steps from the beach as advertised, and it was cool to have security checkpoints!
Family of five visited for the first time Cancún, our stay at Jorge’s condo made it extra special. We had an incredible experience and loved the accessible condo with beach and pool access. The two floor layout was perfect for privacy and comfort. Visited the mini bar/restaurant down stairs by main entrance, Mario the chef was friendly and the food was Amazing! They had room service which made it easy for our family. Take advantage of the travel office on site- great prices and great customer service. If you need to do any grocery shopping go across to mall (there is an entrance by parking entrance) shop at Soriana. They have absolutely everything you may need.
We will for sure be back. Great location, great space where we could spread out, pool was great, right in the beach, and tons of restaurants, stores and two big malls within walking distance. Hosts were very responsive and checked in on us to make sure everything was good.
Great stay! Loved having access to the beach basically a couple of steps away! The views were amazing and the Airbnb was beautiful and set up perfectly.
The place was very nice. The view and beach access is the best . The area is very safe and the access was always controlled, which gives a lot of peace to spend a few days with the family. The place has spacious rooms, the kitchen is a little small but enough and stocked with necessities. The only recommendation is that the water in the bathroom shower in the main room goes out the door and wet the entire floor when used, even with the door open The first day we did not have towels for the pool but the communication was effective and was quickly resolved the next day . Overall the stay was very good and complied with what was described in the listing. Being at the foot of the beach makes the stay something fabulous :)
Location was great we loved it it was also steps from beautiful beach. However we did have problems with the a/c top was fixed we woke up around 2 am with puddle from kitchen bedroom of water. That was fixed bottom a/c was not fixed. We were told it would be but it wasn’t. Cleaning of apartment was not excellent but ok.Kitchen smells like a curry or species.
Great location. The host was responsive - I would receive emails from him but the Air bnb App wasn’t updating for some reason. We could have used better instructions to find the location and the apartment itself. I think it should be clear ahead of time that the pool closes at 8 pm which seems early to us. We stayed 2 nights and nearly ran out of toilet paper so that should be stocked better. The air conditioner in downstairs bedroom leaked water quite a lot and caused a walking hazard so that should be fixed immediately. We had a great time overall. This place was good for enjoying the beach and pool and we felt safe. The layout and size isn’t conducive for hanging out there or entertaining. But overall, good place to stay for use of beach and pool. The restaurants nearby were good, especially El Fish Fritanga was great for dinner and walkable. The grocery was walkable and handy.
Joaquín was always attentive, and he answered very quickly and kindly when we required something or had doubts. The apartment is very nice, great location, nice facilities. We would definitely stay there again again.

Beautiful place to stay, perfect for a group of 3 as there are 3 queen beds and 2 bathrooms. The apartment decoration is modern and lovely too. Oceanfront balcony provides a wonderful spot for photo shoots. Would definitely recommend.
Close to grocery store and bus stop, very safe. The pool rules were a bit strict, but worth the hassle. The host was very responsive. Showers were hot and AC cooled the place off quick. Sunrise was GORGEOUS.

The condo was great! We enjoyed our stay. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful. We were a family of four and had plenty of room. Joaquin was so helpful in organizing our transportation to and from the airport. We were stuck in customs for two hours, and the driver and the host contacted us.
We really enjoyed the apartment, its exactly how it looks on the pictures and when you step outside you are almost in front of La Isla shopping center. The apartment has amazing views of the ocean and we really enjoyed our stay. We had great communication with the host and he helped us with anything we needed, the apartment is very very equipped so that was super convienent for our short stay. Definitely will Come back

The apartment is a real gem, super equipped, with good facilities and lots of amenities, the ocean view is spectacular, we were lucky to have a full moon over the sea and it is beautiful. Super attentive hosts to everything, it is a place 100% recommended.

As a first time Airbnb user, I have to say my stay was extremely enjoyable and satisfying. Jorge truly is as they say, a "SuperHost" compared to some others. And how do I know this? My friend rented another apartment in the same complex at the same time who had a totally different experience. There were a couple of technical issues that occurred in each of our rentals but only Jorge responded swiftly to each and every issue. Wish I could say the same about my friends accommodations. I truly was the envy of the vacation. Our apartment was very clean, spacious enough, stocked with the necessities and in a perfect location. We could not be more pleased to have spent our Anniversary at this location. Just to emphasize how great a person Jorge is, he gave us a gift for the unforeseen minor issues we had (which he corrected immediately) not knowing it was our anniversary. If you stay here you will love the beautiful sunrise and sunsets off your balcony each and every day. Thank You Jorge!

I enjoyed my stay. Joaquin (the cohost) was very responsive and never took long to respond. He was very accommodating with holding our bags until check in, which I greatly appreciated. I also got locked out of the place and he messaged me right away. The place looks like the photos and is close to other areas in the hotel zone.
the place matches the clean photos and a beautiful view. You have the super and the square right in front and that we liked it as well as a pharmacy and an oxxo next door. And that's fantastic. The complex is somewhat old but functional, quiet and clean. There is a restaurant if you don't want to leave. The apartment is super comfortable and with everything to spend a few relaxed days with a very nice view. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting Jorge. But he was always aware of the doubts we had and answered us promptly. He was always kind. Really invited to return. The cleanliness of the room is not included. You can request it at an extra cost. But you have all the implements. To keep it clean without a problem. The upstairs mattress for us was too soft if you are used to sleeping in a firmer mattress. But we adapted without a problem to others who were tired of the waves from the sea that was beautiful. We hope to be back soon. Thank you 🙂

Would love to stay again there. Security staff seemed to be giving us a hard time with access until the host intervened. And no it was not a language barrier or anything else on our part - it seemed like they just enjoyed giving us the run-around. I do not think the host had anything to do with this. The guard told me to use my car parking tag to get inside the house which was obviously just a piece of paper. I had read past reviews describing this difficulty too. We showed up late due to baggage and delay with our rental car so it was later than when the host was expecting us so he couldn't be there when we arrived and that is on us. On the day of departure, he went above and beyond to help us with an issue that had nothing to do with the rental and I appreciate his help.

We had a great time at Jorge’s place. He was very accommodating to our last minute booking and made a smooth check-in possible late at night. The communication was easy and timely and the location right on beach was great.

This place was amazing, absolutely stunning!! We had no problems with our check-in . The location and the amenities surrounding it were perfect. We had everything from a grocery store, pharmacy, convenient store, restaurants and the bus stop right in front of the building. The beach and pool are steps from your door and the snack bar by the pool was perfect for an easy lunch and cold drinks! Joaquin was a responsive host and so helpful, he answered all my questions almost immediately. The condo has everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be returning here in the future!

Everything was excellent, especially the attention of Joaquín who is the one who manages it. The only thing is that the main bedroom mattress is extremely soft and you don't hear a good night's sleep. They argue that this new but honestly it does not have support. Everything else is excellent

Lovely duplex apartment. Clean. Incredible beach location. Really nice and safe condo complex. Really well equipped kitchen and beach towels, beach toys, umbrella, etc. Just go SLOWLY on those inside steps between the two floors. Joaquin really is a fantastic communicator on everything - except for check-in. I feel a responsibility to be transparent about the check in, which was beyond frustrating, with no clear instructions on what to actually do when we got to the security gate. Another reviewer mentioned this and I assumed it had been sorted out by now. I’m genuinely bewildered how this can happen given how many people have stayed here - the security guard had no idea about our arrival and wasn’t going to let us in. Only because our kind taxi driver was able to communicate as a go between were we finally able to get in. FYI big thanks to Cancun Transfers (van dot travel) for their amazing help. Overall our experience was positive but hoping they sort out the check in process.
Amazing place located in a nearly perfect location with easy access to beautifully scenic beach and close to numerous restaurants. Walking distance to two separate shopping centers as well. Joaquin was friendly and very responsive. Only gripes are the check-in and provided towels. Locating the apartment was a challenge as only the apartment number was listed in the instructions, and it was not clear that there is an entry card that needed to be retrieved from security. We spent 20 minutes in sweltering heat running around to find the place. The towels provided, while clean, were noticeably worn with some old stains. My rating is 4.5/5, if clearer and more specific instructions for checking in and new towels are implemented, would be an easy 5-star stay.
We had a nice stay. Joaquin was very responsive before we arrived and warmly welcomed us. The apartment was comfortable and better than in the photos. The security of the complex is reassuring. The beach was very beautiful and the pool pleasant.

Very nice place. Very hard to find with directions. “Villas Marlin” is what you should search for in maps. It’s on a side road called Kukalcan behind mall (off of Kukulcan Avenue) . Clean place. Very convenient. Nice pools, and bar with very affordable food and drinks. Very short walk to the beach. No hot tubs. Overall great experience.
The place was great. The pictures are very accurate and the view is fantastic. The beach is beautiful and the pool is nice. Make sure you follow the pool rules - the security guards are strict. There’s a restaurant at the pool with good burritos and guacamole, which was great for when we first arrived. You can rent beach chairs and I heard the food they served over there is fantastic. There are a lot of places to walk to for dinner. We especially liked El Fish Fritanga, but the mall has a lot of places too. The supermarket across the street is convenient. The cookware and drinking glasses are a little old and sparse, but they worked for the 2 of us. There’s a Dolce Gusto (espresso pods) as well as a full sized coffee pot. We got a better deal at the tour office at the front of the property than most people on our tour to Isla Mujeres. The internet and air conditioning were great! I would go back again!
I was pleased with everything about our stay. The apartment looked exactly as pictured. We enjoyed making breakfast each morning while watching the sun rise over the ocean. The swimming pool and beach were just outside our door. Food and drinks were available by the pool with a convenience store on the premises. Location was also great for us , within walking distance of several great restaurants and shopping. Our host, through his local representative, Joaquin, was attentive to our needs throughout our stay, answering every question in just minutes. I would definitely stay here again!
Comfortable beds and nice view. Joaquin, the property manager, is who you talk to but it was frustrating that the airbnb owner didn’t have a house manual with practical instructions so we always asked questions to Joaquin. Hot water in the showers was spotty- the boiler’s fire was affected by the wind but even fixed, the downstairs shower’s hot water wasn’t coming out. Confusing check-in (took us 30min) as we got vague instructions from the security guard who gave us the card key but the elevator doesn’t go to the floor where the room is - Joaquin finally said we have to lug our luggage up the main stairs for 3-4 flights/levels (w/ three 50lbs bags) and I had a mother in law who has knee issues. Got a taxi for 650 pesos to the airport so it’s cheaper setting up nearby. Overall, beautiful place and walkable locations like the beach, restaurants (pricey area so try El Fish Fritanga that has a taco stand but a waterfront place downstairs), grocery (inside a mall across the street), etc.
Great location to a beautiful beach. The layout is nice compared to a hotel room and gave our family of four a little extra room. The facility has a great pool too. As others have said, linens could use a refresh. Joaquin was very helpful and responsive.
Jorge and Joaquín were very kind from the beginning. The location is perfect and close to everything. The apartment was in excellent condition.
The location is awesome for this airbnb. The pool is a few steps away and the beautiful beach is only a few more steps. Ruth's Chris restaurant and large shopping mall (including a large grocery store) is within a very short walk. The grocery store is a huge plus because you can easily stock the apartment with everything you would need. The location is the primary reason to rent this airbnb. The owner was very responsive and communicated well. CAUTION: If you do rent this place the usual gps paps on our smartphone didn't get us to the right location. You need to look for the Villas Marlin Complex. If you are right behind the Ruth's Chris Steakhouse you are in the right spot! Also, a nice touch was that the wifi internet was very high speed and the TV on the main level included the ability to login to netlike or Apple TV which was great for us.
I will definitely be back! What a beautiful beach and pool, the photos are accurate. I loved that they had food and drinks available for order on site and that it was great tasting food. All the staff on site were so friendly and helpful. The grocery store across the street was ideal. The larger mall is about 10 minute walk with lots to offer. Busses were super helpful and fairly priced for our family to get around throughout the hotel zone. It was nice to have a big umbrella and chairs available to us for the days we wanted to be on the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we wanted. I felt super safe and when I had a question Joaquin would respond immediately. All I can say is Enjoy!
Jorge’s place was located in a beautiful surrounding, very beautiful view and relaxing. This was in hotel zone. Lovely restaurants and shopping area in near vicinity. I loved the pool area overseeing the beach , very well maintained in terms of cleanliness. We had way too much fun playing around in beach and pool. They have round the clock security personnel for safety. Only feedback I had was to include washer and dryer facility at the property which might help a lot . Otherwise it is a great property to stay at. I definitely recommend this for people visiting Cancun.
Let's start with the view from the condo. It is extremely beautiful!!! breath taking ! The apartment does have a very bad odor . Linens were stained. Nothing compared to the pictures when we first made the reservations. Even a picture frame from the upstairs bedroom wasn't there. The sponge for the dishes was old and falling apart . You can tell right away the apartment doesn't get clean the way it should be . Master bedroom doors don't close completely. Ants every where even in my bed. The white towels were stain and ripped. Beds downstairs horrible compare to the one upstairs . other than that it is very secure . please be aware the security guards told us first night the beach would close at 8pm with the pool. The beach doesn't close is public!!! They have to let you in .

Amazing condo with private security and beach access. Top notch views from the patio. Grocery story and shopping mall steps away as well as swanky restaurants across the street. Excellent communication before and throughout the stay. Comfortable AC and good wifi!!
A very complete place, nice, clean, very well located near an OXXO and a large supermarket. The view is beautiful and it is very well equipped. The pool is great, there is a boat and restaurant there. The only thing to take into account is the access by stairs if you go with a lot of luggage, or with very older adults.

The location was amazing, as everything else. Near by is a shopping mall, bus station, taxi station, pharmacy. On the main road, on the other side of the street is a great fish bar and restaurant. We had the best seafood tacos there. The communication was great, Joaquin respond to us in few minutes. We had a great holiday.
This is an excellent location right on the beach and close to convenience store and mall (Kukulcan)with super market right across the street. It is not all inclusive which is why I chose it. I prefer to go out and see the town as opposed to being stuck in a hotel. Condo has two rooms which were clean. Kitchen is sufficient if you choose to cook on some days. AC is excellent. Living room has a direct view to ocean. Balcony is great. Security is great and noise is enforced at 9pm. Pool is beautiful. The condo faces east and Sunrise wakes you up in the morning. Have a coffee on your balcony and enjoy the sunrise and ocean view! La Isla Mall is less than 1 mile from here and has so much to do with great shopping, restaurants on the bay coast, entertainment, aquarium, Ferris wheel, tours, etc. Mall is better than most in US with a Venice style river running through it. Picked up by tour operator right in front of condo next to security entrance. Recommendations for improvement would be: remove painting in living room above stairs and mount flatscreen TV to wall so guests can watch tv in living room. Provide guidebook with instructions (ie- how to get AC to work), pool hours, pool restaurant/ store hours, what information to provide tour operators so drivers can access condo grounds to pick you up right at the steps, disabled (wheelchair) access to room, etc. this is just constructive criticism but minor in nature. Thank you Jorge for being very responsive and making our stay enjoyable!

I had such an amazing stay at this location. best things about the stay were the quick replies, view of the beach and locality.
A short family stay. We had easy transportation on public buses to the hotel zone. Very close to everything and a very nice sector. The beach is spectacular.

Everything was great inside the room. In the pool area there are several restrictions and it is not something that we liked so much, if you go in family mode it seems acceptable to me but in a friends plan not so much, outside of that if I would recommend it.
The condo was very clean and beautiful. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

Stayed here for 7days the Airbnb is good. Jorge is very attentive to any needs you might have any questions he’s very good with responding to you in a timely matter. The location is good too you have a Supermarket literally across the street of the place. Restaurants in the area are delicious Jorge recommend for us to eat at Ilios restaurant since we where celebrating my birthday unfortunately there was no reservations for that day but we did get to enjoy dinner at Nicoletta an Italian restaurant around the corner from the Airbnb it was very delicious and very fancy. Overall my experience was great security is very strict though and when they say light out at 9pm they mean it. Other than that it was a good experience.

This location was everything we wanted and we were very satisfied with our stay! Jorge was communicative and checked in to see what was needed! We would definitely come back and stay at this location. Absolutely loved being close to the beach and the pools! Security was also very nice.

Great location, the beach is right outside your door and the bus stop to downtown is 1 block over. Host was very responsive as well. it is a little smaller then it appears in the poictures but plenty of room for 3-5 people. Very comfortable beds as well

Be aware that pictures make the place look way bigger than it actually is. Place was clean and well kept. Location was great. We would stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
