Great place. Comfortable beds, and great showers. Host is available for absolutely anything you would need and extremely accommodating. Security was present at all times, felt extremely safe. The spicy mezcal margarita’s at the bar by the pool are under appreciated and 12/10.

I loved the place and the service from the hosts, who were very accessible and friendly. Highly recommended

Wonderful condo in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. Had a great time!

This was my family’s third time staying at Karla’s place, and again, we loved the apartment, the building and pools and the location. This is the perfect place to base yourself visiting the area.

We had to change our 2 week booking at the last minute. We found Karla's listing and she was extremely flexible and accommodating. Communication was always prompt and friendly. The apartment was clean and in am amazing location.

We had a wonderful time in the condo for two months. Location was perfect for the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the necessities including glassware and dishes. Unfortunately, the couch was quite worn and not at all comfortable. The mattress in the master bedroom should be replaced. Very hard. We will return in 2025 for 3 months. Your appreciation in my two suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

This is an excellent find in Playa Del Carmen! Excellent location, the Oceana Residences is a beautiful property. Quiet and Relaxing. The complex has a 24 concierge. The complex is a VERY short walk from the beach. Also, the unit is very well equipped. We cook many meals, and it was the first time i wasn’t frustrated by the lack of flatware, knives, pots and pans, etc.. The only suggestion i have is bring your own wash cloth. The weren’t enough wash cloths and towels for 6. Also there was a small issue with a slow drain and Abner fixed it promptly. All in all, i highly recommend this airbnb. I plan on staying here again.

Awesome place to stay in PDC. Easily walkable to quinta avenida and the beach.

This condo was perfect in every way for our family of five (including 3 teens). The layout was great to allow us all some downtime after a fun day of activities. The space is beautiful - so clean and esthetically pleasing. The pool on the grounds was beautiful. The location is superb. Right next to Mamita’s beach club and all the best restaurants on and off 5th Avenue. Taxis right outside if needed. Great massage place across the way (ask for Pedro). Karla and Javier (and Abner) were wonderful hosts. They helped answer all our questions quickly and took care of all of our needs. Thank you for a great time! We hope to be back one day soon!

Great stay!

This was our second time staying at Karla’s house, and again we had a wonderful time. The apartment is super clean and comfortable, the layout is perfect for a family, and the two pools downstairs were an absolute dream for my two kids. It’s also in a fantastic location near the beach and within easy walking distance of tons of great restaurants. Very highly recommended!

Karla’s place was great. She was always very nice and responsive in our communications. The person that helped us with the check in was there the moment we arrived. He provided very clear instructions. My overall experience was great.

Extraudinary

This was our first experience using an airbnb and it was amazing. The hosts and all the staff were very accommodating and always willing to help at any time. The location was incredible, walking distance to Mamitas Beach Club (with included access to their beach amenities and discounts to their cocktails and food) as well as walking distance to 5th Ave. Aside from some rowdy guests on one of the nights, the location was pretty quiet. This place is great for both adults only and families. Would come back again and would recommend to family and friends.

Our family stayed for 4 days and we had access to Mamita’s beach as well as walking distance to all of the stores, restaurants and other shops that are located on 5th Avenue. The beach is a two minute walk. There is also a pool and bar located on the property. It is very safe and we had my two children with us. 711 is on the corner so it is very convenient to get water and other items for the room.

Excellent apartment in a quality condominium. Super equipped apartment, very comfortable and with quality facilities. Very well equipped kitchen. Super modern and very good furnished. Great wifi too.

Great apartment and complex close to the beach, 5th Ave, restaurants and Supermarket.

This place is perfect. Super clean, very safe, two fantastic pools that are perfect for kids, a very convenient parking spot. It’s a block to the beach, where you can use the chairs at the beach club, and it’s in very short walking distance to 5th Ave, the main drag pedestrian street of Playa de Carmen, and it’s on the nicer side of town. There are lots of fantastic restaurants with a 5 block radius. The condo building was very chic and the apartment has everything you could possibly want, including a washer dryer. Karla was a great and very attentive host. If you’re looking to stay in playa de Carmen, this is absolutely the place to stay. Its 5 star reviews are very well earned, and it was very reasonable. 5 stars for sure.

Oceana apartments is the place to stay in Playa. You can go wrong with this one. Best location, excelent security, lovely pools. Karla place is luxurious, well equipped. GOOD a/c, big smart TV’s in masterbed and living room in overall I recommend you stay here 100% Thanks Karla and santiago!

Karla, you have a beautiful apartment!!! Our stay was wonderful, super comfortable, very nice, the apartment is much better than what you see in the photos and the facilities in general are very clean and very comfortable. The pool and the gym are well-maintained!!! Salvador's service was great, he is very attentive and very helpful, super professional!!!!

Exactly as pictured! Very special place. Oceana is lovely and high class. We’ve stayed in another unit there but preferred this one. Salvador and Karla were great. The beach chairs that come with the unit are a huge plus. Everything in town you would want to see if walkable. No car needed. Excellent location. Super clean. Excellent price! Not a bad thing to say. Do bring your own shampoo and detergent! Book it!

We loved staying at this home! Our flight arrived very late and was delayed. Despite this, Salvador cheerfully met us at the building at 2 am, and the front desk person helped bring up our luggage. The apartment was beautiful, and we loved lounging in the pool area. We enjoyed coffee (and sometimes breakfast) on the patio every morning. A wonderful stay!

The property was amazing. The location, the pool, the parking, the security. Everything was great, we didn't have any trouble checking in or out. Karla was always great to communicate and Salvador was great. He greeted us and helped us with any questions we had. Fast wifi and washer and dryer in room was great. Not too loud at night and close to beach and fifth Avenue. We will definetly be staying here again.

Everything is spectacular! The apartment is very comfortable, has everything you need and is equipped with very good taste and quality. A great location, just steps from Mamitas and 5th Avenue. We don't need to rent a car on those days The pool, gym, and all staff care were outstanding. Without a doubt, I recommend it. Karla and Salvador's attention and communication was very good, they are excellent hosts.

A lovely, sparkling clean, modern apartment. Excellent owner and manager, in an excellent location steps forward the beach and fifth Avenue. Just be aware that it's in a lively area, if peace and quiet is what you are after (but that's for playa in general not for this condo) Most importantly, I would return and stay again.

Karla’s apartment is a definitely a great place to stay, the location was wonderful within walking distance, we enjoyed the beach, dinning and shopping. Apartment was very clean and my daughters loved the pool there. Karla was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place.

The unit was great. Really nice decorations, big TV, and lots of appliances. Felt like a home away from home. Internet was super quick, great for working from home and Netflix. Response time was also very quick. I would certainly stay here again.

Amazing place

An amazing place to stay at Playa Del Carmen just 50 mts away from the beach and Mamita’s beach club. My family (3 teenagers + my wife and myself) enjoy the apartment, it was immaculate clean, extremely secure and very close of 5th Avenue. As a plus, because we were staying at Oceana can get free a sun chair in Mamita’s beach club and 10% discount in food and beverage. Swimming pool is the right place to stay and enjoy the sun a good reading and your fav music. Karla is an amazing host, communication was excellent from the beginning asking for information and availability. Totally recommended.

Love this apartment!!! Has everything you need. Location is fantastic and the building and pool area are just beautiful. It was a bonus having El Patio Restaurant/Bar right next to the pool area. Lots of lounges to relax and pool temperature was perfect. Front desk staff and security very nice. Karla is the best host, wonderful communication. I’d stay again in a heart beat.

It's 10 the apartment! Very very cozy, everything is very clean. I loved it, I would definitely stay with Karla again. The same gives quick answers along with Salvador.
