It's a very large house, it has plenty of room to accommodate a large group of people. All rooms have a mini-split, and the beds are comfortable. There are towels and sheets for everyone, and the pool in the courtyard feels very comfortable. We loved the space!

Everything was perfect. Beautiful peaceful location. Alonso was very attentive. No complaints only thing security can be annoying and so extra. Also, the host are not willing to be flexible with late check out even and hour/2 they want to charge extra fees.

We stayed here for a week in Mazatlán and had an amazing experience! The house was super comfortable, with a spectacular view and plenty of separate areas so everyone could have their own space — even with our group of 12 adults, one 9-year-old, and a dog. The pool area was fantastic, and we enjoyed using the grill a couple of times. The location couldn’t be better — close to both the beach and the city. The house was beautiful although the bathrooms could use an update. The layout worked very well for my mom’s wheelchair, though getting into the shower was a bit difficult. Other than that, everything was great. Daniel was outstanding — always quick to respond to our needs with a great attitude. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time staying here. Neighborhood is peaceful and pretty. House was clean, great air conditioning, pool was heated, had everything we needed. Had slight issue with the security gates, the guards would only let you in and out through the main entrance. Construction was also happening right in front of the house so we had a little trouble parking our two vehicles due to limited space on the road, but we made it work and maneuvered in. Overall had a good experience, my family and I enjoyed this spacious beautiful home.

The house was amazing, the place very quiet, just for relax with family or friends. The pool has warm water and that was all 10/10 for us. All was good, only a mischance but was in general all the neighborhood. You can feel like you home 100%. The hosts were very kind.

Wonderful house in an exclusive and totally safe and secure gated community. This home is located at El Cid in Mazatlan's golden zone. The house is spacious, clean and beautiful. From the pool by the lake , to the porch and BBQ area, to each room having its own air conditioner, this house has it all! And its conveniently located to all sorts of restaurants, bars and shopping. I would definitely stay again!

Alonso and Naomi were exceptional hosts! The house is amazing and beautiful perfectly situated within 10 minutes from the Malecón. Alonso and Naomi gave clear instructions and were more than accommodating during our stay! I would recommend this home to anyone on vacation in Mazatlan!

The residence is as described, all rooms have air conditioning and the beds are comfortable. Both the owner and the administrator are attentive at all times and respond immediately. Access can become tedious as you have to pass 2 filters (an intercom and a cabin) every time you enter, but that is part of the rules of fractionation and it is understood as it is an exclusive area. They are not rules that the owner sets but the fractionation. therefore does not demerit the rating, the house has everything you need and if I highly recommend it, if you respect the rules (which are basic rules of behavior) everything will be fine with your stay. the area for me is unbeatable as it is close to everything, very close to golden area and seawall. On one side there is a supermarket.

No regrets in staying here, most definitely will be back great location, house is spotless and spacious. This house has EVERYTHING YOU NEED such as air-conditioning, great bed, laundry’s, they also have a pool table inside the house that is a great entertainment for the family. House has excellent Wi-Fi and every room has a TV. The backyard is lovely has a great view of the lake and golf course as well as the pool. Had a very lovely experience felt very comfortable just like home. Host were quickly to respond. Very attended. Thank you for everything.

Our stay was great! We had a great time in Mazatlan as first timers there’s lots to do especially if your ready to just party! As far as our stay, Naomi the woman in charge of getting everything together for us was splendid and super friendly. She was always available and easy to communicate with.the rooms were spacious, we were able to use the washer and dryer as needed.Essentials were provided such as shampoo, trash bags, toilet paper but limited which is expected at any stay. If your stay is more than 3 days plan to bring or buy your own essentials. The community is gated and felt very secure an safe, you do have to check in each time you come in to the community. Plan to get a rental! Everything is close by to the location but not walking distance from where the house is located. The house is deep into the neighborhood. The pool was nice but weather in Mazatlan is super hot so the pool was warm. AC works super good and is in each room! hot water is available in showers!

The place is quite quiet. It's exactly as shown in the photos, quite comfortable and pleasant for large families.

Our stay was amazing! I went with a large group and everyone loved it. Everything from the sights and sounds of the location to feeling right at home! Bathroom needs, Kitchen needs, bath towels and pool towels everywhere. Very responsive host to our needs, I would definitely recommend this to close friends and family. The stay in the place was very nice, there was perfect communication and everything mentioned was clear. The house is beautiful, as in the photos, even better, the place is very quiet and transmits a lot of trust and security. It's definitely a place where you'd struggle to go for the same comfort. As soon as the host, there was always communication, quick responses and just how you need them. I don't have any complaints, everything was beautiful and I keep a nice souvenir thanks to the opportunity to vacation here. I highly recommend it !

Excellent accommodation. Alonso and Naomi were always attentive to my needs, responded very quickly to messages, and were flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which was within their means. The house is very nice; it's just as shown in the photos. Everything is very clean, and everything is exactly as shown in the photos, even nicer. The beds are comfortable, and the pool heater is at the perfect temperature. They gave us recommendations for restaurants and bars we could go to.
