The house is beautiful, extremely clean and tidy. It has views of the beach from both the front terrace and the back terrace of the house. You can really enjoy all the spaces, the pool and the patio. Hector was always caring and attentive to any questions. The beach is a five-minute walk away. A very nice and strategic place to get to other places.

It is a great place to stay, since it is located on a road loop, makes it feel you are on a gated community, no traffic at all, Hector is a great host as well, literally 5 min walking to the beach, spacious rooms, brand new or well taken care pots and pans in the kitchen, some other items shows wear (which is normal to some but could be bad for others). I really loved that when I opened the door it was cold (refreshing) with the a/c on, if you like to go to sleep with the TV on, you'll have to sleep on the living room, because no room has TV, and my family members were a little disappointed that only the main room had a closet, adding a little closet or furniture to hang your clothing on all rooms we believe it is really important. Overall, It is a great place with great amenities.

We were looking for a suitable place for our one-year-old baby; this accommodation was the best option. Excellent! Good space for our baby to play; he loved the pool (perfect weather and very comfortable). The kitchen had everything you needed, and the area was very quiet and safe. We had a really nice weekend! 🤩✨ Highly recommended!👌🏻

We had a great stay at Hector’s place in San Carlos. The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The pool and the views were beautiful and made it a perfect spot to relax. The location was also very convenient and close to everything we wanted to do in the area. Hector was a great host and easy to communicate with. Overall we had a really nice time and would definitely recommend this home to others visiting San Carlos.

Hector is very friendly and responded very quickly. The house is very nice and very clean, it had hygiene products in each bathroom and a wide variety of utensils so you don't have to worry about forgetting something. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and it felt bigger than the picture. The pool was a major plus for the kids which they love to do everyday. It was a close walk to the public beach near by. There was a convenient store that was couple minutes drive to get ice, drinks and snacks. It was close to all the main restaurants and the marina. There was a little hiccup with the plumbing but it was resolved. I would definitely come back here again.

The place is just as described in the pictures, a very lighted up home with all you need to have a great time. The rooms are clean and spacious, the pool is perfect to spend all day in the water. We loved our stay and will definitely come back.

Excellent location, with a very nice view on the terrace. Beach access is quite close, as are shops and places to visit in San Carlos. The house is very complete in all areas, especially in the kitchen, since it has many utensils and appliances to prepare food.

Great location regarding the shopping area. The ocean and Tetakawi views are good. A few minutes from the beach if you are walking, special to see the sunrise or an afternoon walk.

Great house located in Villa Hermosa. The heated pool was great for a January visit, and it was just a short stroll to the beach. Host was very responsive within minutes for any questions or needs we had.
