Beautiful house. Great location. Friendly host.

The pictures do not do this amazing house justice. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. The rooftop pool provides you the best views of San Miguel, and it is in the center of it all - a quick walk to the central square and endless restaurants and cultural activities. Guillermo is an amazing host providing you the easiest landing and house to explore this amazing city.

My friends and I loved our stay at Casa Sollano! From the moment we walked in we were in awe of the beauty. The rooms were freshly cleaned and the rooftop was a dream! We would absolutely stay there again!

Guillermo was a great communicator. The location was walkable to Centro. The rooftop views were amazing!

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. We spent a few incredible days with the family. Very close to downtown. There were three generations of us, so everyone was able to do what they wanted. Great restaurants and a rooftop bar nearby.

Guillermo's place is amazing! Each of the bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom and the entrance for each bedroom is off of the courtyard. The outdoor seating areas are quaint and the views spectacular. We were 4 couples and the space worked beautifully. The location is unbeatable as you are just a block or so off of the pedestrian only areas. I would rent this place again and again when we return to SMdA!

A beautiful home in a beautiful town. Great spaces for our family group to spend time together and to be able to walk to lots of enjoyable places locally.

Came with a group of 6 to a wedding and we had a very good time. House is walking distance to everything and we never had to take our car anywhere. Parking is available on the street near the home. Mayra was very kind and helpful. The home is beautiful, large, and spacious. We were all very comfortable. Would not hesitate to return. Guillermo is a very helpful host.

This house is simply so special!! The photos capture only part of how nice this property is because it’s really the configuration of the layout that makes this home extraordinary. The courtyard and rooftop areas make this the perfect spot to gather with all the guests it accommodates. You almost don’t want to leave the house! But being in the center of SMA, it’s just so easy to explore and come back. Oh, and the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My family stayed for 5 nights and we loved it! It was perfect for the 6 of us! Good size bedrooms and baths! Comfy beds and lovely towels! The kitchen was well equipped! The outdoor space is spectacular! The location is perfect! Down the street from a great coffee shop and the square! Lots of excellent restaurants and shops nearby! Definitely would stay again! The house keeper was very sweet and gave you lots of privacy when she was there!

Beautiful house in great location close to center of town

We had 7 people in our group. Everyone was impressed by the house, the terraces, and the view. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was large and well equipped, the house keeper was friendly and responsive, and the overall experience was excellent. So was the location. The host was very responsive to any question or inquiry and affable and courteous. Our only quibble is that there wasn’t enough hot water, although that situation did improve somewhat by working with our host. I am a little reluctant to post this review because I don’t want the house to be so popular that I will have trouble renting in the future and at a decent price!

Had a great stay at Guillermo’s. Would highly recommend as we can get to everywhere we needed to within 5-10 min of walking. Best deal I found by far compared to the hotels and had an extraordinary stay.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay at Guillermo’s place! It’s such a gorgeous home, beautifully decorated and well-stocked with everything we needed for our 5-day stay. All the bedrooms are en-suite and were quiet, comfortable, with a luxury hotel feel. The living area was perfect for a late-night recap of our day with plenty of seating for all. The rooftop terrace and pool were perfect for watching fireworks and enjoying sunset cocktails. Plus, the location is fantastic! It’s on one of the best streets in San Miguel’s historic centro. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the Jardin. This was a very special visit for me and my friends, and Guillermo was super accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed. The house manager, Mayra, was also on site to ensure the place stayed spotless. I live in San Miguel and have seen many homes, hotels, and Airbnbs over the years here, and this is truly the best experience I’ve had!

Amazing house right in the heart of SMA. Was in the perfect location, close to so many good restaurants, shops, and rooftop bars. The house itself was great for our small/medium group and it had a great rooftop for SMA views and just hanging out. Very friendly and responsive host too. We will be back.

The accommodation (house) is an excellent choice (location, service and comfort) you can walk around, very clean and with all the necessary utensils, Mr. Guillermo's service is excellent!! Highly recommended

Everything was excellent. Very good location and easy access to the house. The beautiful house, the views, the beds, everything was excellent. The only thing is that because it's San Miguel de Allende, there's no parking nearby and it's a show, but we knew that before we booked and so we accepted it. The house has a garage but it is not available in the accommodation.

Beautiful views from the rooftop decks! Home is centrally located and walkable to all the sights and restaurants of SMA. Guillermo was extremely kind and responsive and answered any questions we had within 10 minutes via the app. He was very accommodating! Would recommend bringing your own shampoos and soaps as those were not available.

Fantastic place right in the heart of San Miguel, but far enough from Centro to be peaceful. It's even more spacious and beautiful than the pictures--highly recommend for anyone visiting San Miguel!

Our stay was short but we loved every minute in this beautiful home. It was a one minute walk from a perfect coffee shop. Three minutes from the main square. The bedrooms were perfectly appointed. The living room is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The court yard is magical and of course the views from the rooftop were incredible. Thanks for everything !!!! Karen and family.

Everything is very good, the house is in an excellent place near downtown, and it is also very nice, spacious and the terrace has a privileged view.

Guillermo's place was perfect for our large family. Each room provides plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The central location of the home allowed us to walk everywhere and be central to all the wedding activities we were in town for. It was perfect for us! Highly reccommend.

A magical paradise just 2 blocks from La Parroquía! It was the perfect fit for our family of four for an extended summer. Guillermo is incredibly responsive and the woman who cares for the home during the day is an angel. The view on the roof takes your breath away. You can find the best restaurants of SMA within 2 blocks. The crown jewel park (Benito Juarez) is 2 blocks away. It was a dream come true. We are already planning our trip back to this sanctuary. Our only caution are the occasional early morning firecrackers announcing religious celebrations and the mosquitos that gobbled up our toddler - both small prices unrelated to the property. Very beautiful place, rooms are great and location is perfect.

Guillermo's place was the perfect stay in SMA - easily walkable to all the city has to offer, while secluded enough to be a peaceful escape from the noise of the city! It was an absolutely gorgeous home. We visited at the end of April when day time temperatures were pretty hot but the rooms still stayed relatively cool despite no central air. I would highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay in San Miguel and be able to walk the city!

What an amazing experience we had on our first time visit to SMA! We were greeted by Teresa, who was amazing. She always made sure we had everything we needed, and even made us breakfast. Guillermo’s house was great! You come in through doors from the street to a beautiful courtyard which has several doors around that lead you to kitchen/dining/living and the different bedrooms. It was a perfect location, walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed the rooftop! It has a beautiful view of the cathedral and town. The firework display on New Year’s Eve was like nothing we have ever seen! We were a group of 7, everyone had plenty of space. Guillermo was available at all times for anything we needed.

The house has an excellent location - halfway between the Rosewood Hotel and the main square, about 5 minute walk to either. There are 2 excellent espresso bars within a block, a small grocery store on the corner, and lots of good shopping for art, clothes, and more within a few blocks. We were there over Christmas, so it was too cold to use the rooftop pool, but it would be great to have during warm weather. The bedrooms were nicely separated from each other, so everyone had privacy but the living room and dining room and kitchen were great for hanging out together (as were the roofdecks). Guillermo is very responsive to any questions or requests.

This place was great! Miss Vicky was awesome she is so lovely even helped me iron my dress. The house is gorgeous, rooms were clean and beds were so comfy felt at home. Has a great rooftop overlooking the church. Everything was great!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Plenty of room for our family of five. Many modern touches inside and out! Our favorite space was the rooftop living area. Dined up there our first night and returned to watch the beautiful sunsets each evening. This was our first time to SMA and enjoyed the convenient location to Centro. We walked to the main plaza multiple times a day. There is a nice coffee shop at one end of the block and a small market at the other end. This is a great home for a large family or 4 couples!

This house is beautiful and well located with easy access to the main town square and various restaurants . The house was equipped with most amenities and is ideal for families or vacationers traveling in groups.

The house is beautiful, spacious, with privacy and many areas to share and enjoy when one goes as a group. The location is dreamy, close to the park, everything is done on foot, no need for a car or taxi. We enjoyed every corner of the house, I would definitely stay again. Despite being downtown, the area is a very quiet one, there's not a lot of noise, and it feels very safe at any time of the day.

Our Family throughly Enjoyed our stay. The house was Beautiful and centrally located. We loved the pool; it was perfect & relaxing after a day of sightseeing & walking! The house is spotless, identical to what you see in the photos. The cleaning lady is very attentive and excellent service. The location is unbeatable, close to the Zócalo and the best restaurants, ideal for walking because you can walk to everything. The only thing I would say is that you have no place to leave cars, you have to look for a nearby parking lot and pay the pension for the days you are there. Other than that, the experience was excellent.

We loved our time in San Miguel! Guillermo's house was stunning. The house cleaner Vicki was very kind and helpful. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere. The house was a little big for our group but would be perfect for two families. The views from the rooftop are a 10/10.

The picture of the pool was definitely a little stretched. lol. But overall amazing location and everything was nice and easy access to many restaurants and stores. Just 10 mins walk to almost everything. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore the town.

Casa Sollano is extremely well located close to all the best spots in SMA. Guillermo is very responsive and helpful and he made me and my family feel at home. He was able to accommodate a late check in because our flight was delayed which we really appreciated. Great place to stay with you family and loved ones to visit San Miguel. Highly recommend!

Stunning! Some temporary loud/dusty construction going on next door during our stay, however nothing the host could control, and we didn't let it bother us or deter from our otherwise luxurious stay.

Guillermo's place was beautiful, well maintained and centrally located.. The rooftop is really special and even the neighbor gave us some good advice. His assistants came by to clean the pool and water the plants and were unobtrusive and kind. Ms. Vicky was kind and helpful..would literally do anything we asked

Fantastic place so close to everything…quick 5 minute walk to the main square and great restaurants…10 minute walk to Fabrica….yet very quiet and private. We really enjoyed our stay at Guillermo’s beautiful house. It is absolutely in the best location and fit 8 people very comfortably. The view from the roof deck is absolutely amazing with the lit up church spire in the main square in the background. We witnessed an unbelievable New Year firework display from the comfort of the house! Vicky the housekeeper was also a delight and very helpful.

Guillermo’s home was much bigger than photos represented. 3 of the huge bedrooms opened up to a big courtyard and another is upstairs by itself. All suites felt very private. It was perfect for 4 couples. The rooftop had a nice sitting area, a dining table, a bar and course a dipping pool. Unlike most Airbnbs, we had a housekeeper that came most days. That was a treat. The location of this home was as others described. The best. Blocks between the square and the Rosewood. It is one street over from the most photographed street in San Miguel. Guillermo was attentive and responded immediately to questions. All in all, our home made our stay in San Miguel all the more memorable!

We had a great family trip to celebrate Thanksgiving in SMA. This is a great location just a short 5 minute walk to centro. Fantastic views and beautiful home. Vicky always had the home fresh upon our arrivals in the afternoon. Certainly recommend this home!

Outstanding! This house is stunning and centrally located so you can walk to everything. My family had so much room for gathering and for sleeping. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and very roomy. The great room was so large and allowed us all to sit around and make our plans for the day. The rooftop is beautiful and I hate we were unable to utilize it more or have dinner up there. We had to rent a pack and play for my grandson but the closet was large enough that it for perfectly! We will definitely visit again and stay in this amazing house. The pictures do not do it justice, it’s so much better!

Guillermo and his home are idea for any traveler with a decent sized group. There are multiple seating areas and most of all, rooftop space to enjoy fireworks and the evening sunsets. I have been to SMA many times and found him home and location to be ideal. If you do have a car, you're about a block away from parking.

This place is just a slice of paradise. Truly an amazing experience. The beds are out of this world comfortable and location is ideal for anything you want or need to do in SMA. Place is super clean, unreal views , and relaxing. Fireplace really adds an amazing touch to an already perfect place. Guillermo is very responsive and accommodating. Also Miss Vicky is such a gem. This house is amazing. The bedrooms were distanced such that there was privacy. The many outdoors spaces also allowed folks to chill together or apart, while the living room and dining room are large but also intimate and communal. Guillermo was responsive the entire time of our booking and Miss Vicky the caretaker was a welcome fixture. There was some periodic construction, but it did not detract from the experience. The house is a central location with many of the top restaurants steps away. This house fulfills the fantasy many hope for in visiting San Miguel de Allende. I will be back.

We really loved staying at this beautiful home in San MIguel. -the house was very-well maintained -outdoor landscape and lighting added to the ambience -relaxing, elegant environment -bedrooms were spacious and the beds and pillows were super comfy -ensuite bathrooms were very nice -enough room for three or four couples to have individual privacy -indoor as well as outdoor common areas had seating to accommodate 8 people -location was awesome and it was easy to walk to the central historic area, shops, markets, and restaurants -very secure -Mrs. Vicky, the housekeeper, was an added bonus Thanks again for sharing your amazing accommodations as well as your beautiful city. We will highly recommend this beautiful home to our friends, and we hope to visit again in the future!
