Place was in a perfect spot. The beach was turquoise. No seaweed issues. Perfect location. There was a lot of construction on the main boulevard and traffic was diverted to our street. But that will be over soon. Grocery store was across the street. Pharmacy and OXXO convenience store right next door.

Pleasant stay, good facilities and Elizabeth's service was unbeatable. She was always attentive to our needs.

Perfect location, fully equipped accommodation and, above all, an incredible view. Recommended!

This was our second time staying in this unit, and like the first time, everything was great. The views were great, the place was clean, quiet, and everything was in order. The location is perfect, as you can walk to pretty much everything in the area. The beach and pool areas are well maintained and clean. We will return again!

Excellent apartment for family vacations!

Had a fantastic stay in Cancun! The place was conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. The views were stunning, exactly as shown in the pictures. The place was spotless and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable experience. Highly recommend!

From the moment we booked the host team were very responsive. I had a multitude of questions and they were quick to respond; thank you Erika. When we arrived at the property Elizabeth was there to great us and ensure we got through the gate and into the apartment. Elizabeth was very helpful the whole time we were there. I must have messaged her a dozen times while we were on a 5 night stay and she was most pleasant and prompt. This is the first time we’ve been in a property that had an onsite staff and it made such a big difference in our experience. The apartment itself is older and could use a refresh. The view from the balcony is fabulous for watching the sunrise. It would have been great if there was a dishwasher and laundry if staying for longer periods. Luckily we hired a chef for 2 of the 5 days we were there so they cleaned up nicely after the dishes.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was spacious and comfortable, which worked really well for our group. There were plenty of restrooms, so no one ever had to wait, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and prepare meals. Access to the property was very easy, and the building felt secure throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very convenient and comfortable place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The condo was great, location was perfect. The communication with Elizabeth was wonderful, when we needed something we would just give her a call snd she was always very helpful.

It's a great place to stay as a family, you have the beach immediately upon leaving the apartment, the place is comfortable and the view from the dining room and living room are great, there are also pools and jacuzzis (consider that they are not heated, maybe in the hot season it is not necessary but in January we could not get in because the water felt cold and we were not the only ones) another point to consider is that check-in is at 4 pm (a little late) and check-out 11 am but they allow you to leave luggage if you need it, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay

This place was great mainly because of the beach and great communication with staff. There was also a 24/7 convince store right there which was nice. Overall this was a great place to stay for a large group

This place was probably the most convenient location we could’ve picked for our family vacation. So many walkable restaurants, shops and convenient stores. Nice big pools with a nice bar and beach access was excellent. The bus stop for public transportation is also a hop skip away. The host was super accommodating. At one point we ran out of clean clothes and since we didn’t realize that this place doesn’t have a laundry room, Leticia stepped us and found us a laundry service and had the clothes back to us in a couple of hours. We’d definitely stay here again on our next family trip.

Leticias place was a great find, it had all the amenities listed and it was very clean. My only cons were that there was no washer/dryer and the pools were really warm which for the time being its not convenient when you want to cool down. However, Leticia did give recommendations on laundromats. There was also so much to do at walkable distance! The buses were easy to navigate as well and there was a supermarket right infront of the airb&b. She also recommended an amazing tour booking agent Solomon and our experience was even more great because of this so deff book with him for better prices! he also booked my transportation. All in all this place was still a 10/10

If space and location are priority then this is a great spot. We have 4 teenage boys and they all had plenty of space. We could walk to restaurants and shopping. I would suggest the air being turned on shortly before guests arriving. We were extremely hot from carrying all our luggage only to walk into the condo being hotter than outside. We were heading to a nice dinner and had to get ready in the heat. It took a few hours for the place to cool down. Also if hanging in the pool with a drink on your vacation is important definitely do not stay here. I couldnt even have a bottle of water next to the pool. The pool is quite large and there was only one other family in the pool on the other side playing with a soccer ball and my kids had a football security wouldn’t let them play ball. Seriously no one was around and no one was being obnoxious. This was a huge downfall for us. Another negative is it being seaweed season my kids couldn’t swim at the beach. First time doing an international Airbnb but this place was amazing and definitely worth the experience. Beautiful view fo the ocean. Convenient to restaurants and shopping and easy access to getting taxi services. Great host super responsive and helpful. I’d definitely rent again!

This place was fantastic -- my friends and I went for a few days and loved it. The pictures are accurate, but the view/beach access are even better than I anticipated. You will love it!

We had a family vacation for my youngest sisters wedding - the stay was great the views were perfect the space was amazing and we had the best getting ready photos for future memories. The water pressure was great , the space was accommodating- and the location was great. I’d yall get a chance try that fish fitanga place it’s delish

The stay was perfect. The apartment was in super good condition, super clean, just like the pictures and description. We had no fault with anything. Leticia was too communicative, even before hosting us. Very proactive and helpful. SUPER good hostess! Overall, I highly recommend this apartment.

Very responsive to any questions. Place is as advertised and close to supermarket and shopping. Very clean inside and modern and many amenities. Comfortable stay with a grand view of the ocean from the living room. Would certainly recommend it and made our stay very enjoyable.

Rented for a group of 8 ladies. This condo is beautiful, centrally located to everything! Within walking distance to shopping center, restaurants, bars and easy access to public transportation. Pool was clean and always had plenty of chairs. Easy access to the beach. Peaceful & quiet! It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely rent this place again. FYI: Small restaurant located within the Villa Marlin has delicious tacos and quesadillas.

The place was right in the hotel zone. They had a nice little welcome bag waiting for us, water and coffee. All the essentials for cooking are available. Only complaint I had was the bedrooms for downstairs aren’t as quiet because you can hear everyone who walks/ talks down the hallway. The play does need a little facelift. Otherwise everything else was great and you can order Ubers :)

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful villa over looking the ocean. My family loved it! It is very well maintained and had all the basics we needed. The main pool and beach are very close to the villa. The pool was great and the beach was stunning. The security guards, were respectful, helpful and I appreciated them doing their job maintaining order. There is a bar that serves drinks and snacks/burgers by the pool. There is also a restaurant/ store within the building's parking lot for more food options and water. There are also very good restaurants within walking distance. There is a convenience store and pharmacy next door. The bus stop is around the corner and the buses are safe. If you want good priced cooked food go to Chedraui's supermarket, you"ll find ceviche, burgers, crepes, steak and many good stuff and groceries. The host was responsive. Everything worked well during our stay so we didn't need to reach out to the host but they checked on us and were quick to respond.

The team working for the property is extremely helpful, responsive and caring. The beach is the nicest in Cancun, it’s also way quieter than the big resorts, while also being close to restaurants and fun activities. the place is clean and reflects the description. Highly recommended.

We stayed in Villas Marlin couple of times. This hotel in particular has a good view and is clean. I also enjoyed the tank of filtered water provided by the host. Enjoyed our stay will book again

Our son and daughter planned our trip to Mexico as a gift for our 50th anniversary. However, I was left in charge of selecting the place to stay. The entire family was pleased with our accommodations for 8 adults and 2 children. It was perfect. We highly recommend!

The place has amazing views and the open space concept was great for our family reunion. Everyone loved the space. The property manager team provided efficient & easy communication and referrals for a chef( Alan) and transport (Ray) during our stay. Great people to work with! Also when we had some special requests, ie. Extra new sheets, water, they were very proactive in getting this to us within the day. Everything is within a 5 min walking distance, the grocery store, Soriana’s (had everything) and great restaurants like Ilios (Greek restaurant), if you are in Cancun, you must go!! The shuttle bus along the hotel zone came almost every minute, so getting around was super easy and it’s just a few minutes from here. We had a wonderful stay and this is a great place if you are celebrating a memorable event! Or just want to have a local feel while staying in Cancun!

Our family had a wonderful time here, the host prepared a small gift for us, which made us feel very warm. Each bathroom is equipped with new shampoo and soap. The kitchen is also equipped with new cooking oil, pure water, and even dishwashing liquid and napkins. It's very reassuring for us to use. Everything is very good. The location is also very advantageous. It is a good choice for family travel. We'll be back! We highly recommend you choose this apartment.You will be love it!

We had a great family reunion in a comfortable apartment with space for everyone to enjoy privacy and each other. Ocean view was particularly pleasant and we had direct ocean access. Location was great with nearby grocery and restaurants.

This place is amazing and very convenient. It is a walking distance to the mall, bus stop, grocery store, pharmacy, money exchange and souvenir shops. It is wheelchair accessible from the street, parking lot, guest house to the pool area. I am extremely happy that I have a safe spot to park my car inside the gated property and not parking on the streets. Also, the security guards will call taxi cabs when needed and you don’t need to haggle with the prices, and the prices are decent.

Got much needed R&R at this condo property. The rooms are clean and very cozy, especially the beds. The kitchen is well-equipped if you want to save some money and prepare meals instead of eating out. Beautiful ocean view, and literally steps away from the beach. Lastly, the hosts Erika and Elizabeth are such gracious hosts. I would love to stay here again.

My family and I are very happy to have stayed in this apartment. It is very nice and it is tidy and clean. We felt like home in addition to the fact that the beach part is very nice, the pool was clean and apart everything was close. We would definitely consider staying here again

Ben was always available for pool side service. And a special "Thanks You" for the welcoming gifts of Birthday cake and flowers. Kitchen was well stocked.

We had a great stay- this is a great place for groups of all sizes. The condo is near a grocery store and a few nice restaurants. It was easy to get around by bus and we felt safe walking near the condo. We appreciated that there was security in front of the condo to buzz you in and security by the pool as well. The chairs by the pool are first come first serve, some shady areas are taken up quickly but there are also chairs on the beach available for an extra fee. Elizabeth was very responsive throughout our whole trip and gave us a safe area to leave our bags when we arrived early and departed late.

Great location near malls, beach and restaurant. Pool has a bar restaurant with great food and drinks. Place was spacious and good for family or friends. Hosts were very responsive. Only bummer was parking- we rented 3 cars and could only park 1 and guard was giving us hard time. They did let us store our luggage/items at the office while we waited for our flights and check in!

This place was amazing! My friends and I stayed for my birthday and we were BLOWN AWAY! The views are stellar and the location was more than accommodating. It was 24hr security even though it’s located in a very safe area. There was one hiccup on arrival, however, the host was quick to respond and help any qualm we had. If I come back to Cancún, I will definitely book this stay again!

The Condo was magnificent!!! We loved staying and will plan to stay again. Amazingly close to beach!! We enjoyed the best sunset right outside the condo!!!

Villas Marlin was in an excellent location close to the beach, bus, kulkulcan plaza, oxxo, and easy to find a taxi. Ivan was great from the tour company downstairs, he was very helpful and even helped us carry water to our room. The house was spacious and very clean. There was enough room for all 8 of us without feeling crowded. It’s a beautiful home and made our stay in Cancun amazing! Thank you for hosting us, will recommend for sure! Until next time, adios!

Great location and view. Hosts communicated with us almost every day to make sure we had everything we needed. Rooms were very clean and AC units in every room were super cold. Pool was great size and pool side bar drinks were reasonable and food was delicious.

I thought the villa was bigger but after a few minutes I forgot that little detail as for its amazing and beautiful view from the balcony I realized it was the perfect place for the stay . One thing I really appreciated was that when I booked I mentioned that we were with people with disabilities and they promised me a chair for the bathroom and when we got there it was as promised . Excellent communication, we only had one small issue on our first night and it was resolved in no more than 30 minutes . Everything was very clean and well maintained . Fully equipped villa for the 10 people who were there. 24 hour private security booth . Secure and ample parking. We used the 3 pools and you were clean and well kept . Very beautiful beach with lifeguard . Supermarket very close as well as an OXXO. We hope to be back soon . Totally recommended . thank you very much for everything.

The location is perfect, everything in Cancun is super close. The pools and beach are very nice. The unit has everything for large families.

Great place to stay in the heart of the hotel zone. Place was nice and clean and all utilities worked with no worries.

This place was amazing with great views, location and close to the water. Water was crystal light blue and amazing. Room was clean and beach towels provided. Gated security provided great safety for my family. Mall directly behind Villa does have a grocery store in it. Next door to Villa is a convince store as well. Main pool(30 sec walk) did have a lot of lounge chairs and a snack place with good food. Ocean(1 min walk) does have a lifeguard and plenty of sun. You are also able to rent lounge chairs, umbrellas and chairs. 4 lounge chairs, 2 chairs and an umbrella was around $25 USD/day. There is a menu to order food and drinks on the beach. Exchange rate on beach is 17 to 1, at the mall it was 20.2 to 1 so you can save more if you use pesos. There are taxi right outside the gate and 1 block walk to main street to take the buses downtown. Overall, if you are debating on this place, think no more you hit the GEM if there is availability for the dates your going.
