Regarding electricity consumption, we would like to clarify that the amount of kWh included is clearly specified both in the listing description and in the House Rules before booking. Our intention has always been to act with complete transparency so that each guest knows the conditions before confirming their stay. Therefore, we believe that describing this policy as a “theft” does not adequately reflect the information previously provided. Regarding check-in, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the recent changes to the accesses in the area. Unfortunately, updates to apps like Waze are beyond our control. However, we are always available to provide assistance and help our guests get to the accommodation without any problems. We appreciate your feedback as they allow us to continue to improve the experience for our future guests.

While occasional maintenance issues can arise in any home, we take them seriously and address them as quickly as possible whenever they are reported. During your stay, our team remained available and responsive to any concerns brought to our attention. Some of the issues mentioned in this review were either not reported during the stay or do not accurately reflect the condition of the property at the time of occupancy.
