Great place to stay in Sayulita. Beautiful house, views, pool. Pretty much everything you could ask for in a vacation home. House is on the north side of Sayulita which is more laid back than the downtown area. Easy walk down the hill to the beach, house was equipped with beach umbrellas, beach chairs, towels which was really nice. The house is on a hill so it’s a bit of a climb coming back from town, but you could always rent a golf cart if that was an issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful building with lots of space! Loved the pool and the place was spotless and clean. Loved the location which was close to the action but peaceful. Older people might want a golf cart as the hill was pretty steep. I am 78 and walked it several time a day with no problem. Lovely bedrooms with in suite bathrooms all separate for privacy. All and all we loved the place and the surroundings. Would definitely stay here again. Also check in and out was smooth and effortless . Arranged pickup at the airport and back was great.

We had a very comfortable 10-night stay in Casa Compadres. Everything was easy, from the booking, to the check out and everything in between. The host has local people who take care of the day-to-day at the home, and we found them reliable and non-intrusive. It is a 3-story home with a large rooftop patio; three of the four bedrooms are large en-suites, with good AC. (The fourth bedroom is very small, and accessed via one of the two bedrooms on the second floor.) The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and there are also many restaurants and small markets within a 5-10 minute walk. The yard is lush and the pool is in great condition - comfortable and private. Parking is easy with a spot ‘reserved’ right in front of the house. You will hear roosters in the morning and sounds of the town throughout the day - we enjoyed feeling part of it all, while being a block or two from the liveliest parts of town. We were happy that we chose Casa Compadres!

Having not been to Sayulita before I didn’t realize how nice it is to be far enough away from the sounds of the town but close enough to easily walk to everything. The house has a great layout and it was a plus to have a pool to come back to after a long day at the beach! The outdoor area - terraces and yard were lovely. A great way to get the day started - having a coffee looking out at the ocean view from the upper terrace. I would definitely rent this house again!

My family can't recommend this Airbnb enough! We had such a wonderful stay. It is walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the beach. House is lovely and clean. 5 stars for sure!!

Arriving to the location we were immediately greeted by Cesar. Cesar was an absolute blessing and provided any amenity we needed or set up any dinner reservation for us. The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful and was just as advertised. The sunsets were unbeatable and spent a lot of time on top of the balconies. I would highly recommend this location and will definitely be booking again in the future.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and located conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. It was great to be able to walk down the hill and find really good breakfast restaurants each morning. The house was nicely furnished and the pool was very refreshing on hot days. The outdoor bathroom connected to the lower bedroom was fun and ended up being where my wife and I decided to stay letting our kids take the upstairs bedrooms. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided to make beach days more comfortable. Also, the upper "margarita deck" was a favorite place to have a cup of morning coffee or an evening cocktail to watch the sunset or occasional lightening storm. It was also really nice to Cesar (property manager) available for check-in and help with local reservations. I messaged him last minute and he was able to have a golf cart delivered to the house for us. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Compadres. Very spacious and open concept of a home. Views and pool was amazing. Host was very helpful in setting up transportation and any questions we had. Just a couple of things to point out: there is no AC in living room or kitchen, only in the bedrooms. So keep this in mind if you go in the summer. Also, it is common to lose power in this area if it’s stormy, just ask host where they store battery operated lights beforehand to be prepared 😉

We had a fantastic stay at this house! Every bedroom has its own mini split, which made all the rooms cool, comfortable, and enjoyable—plus, each had a great view. The location was perfect—just a few blocks from the beach. It is on a hill, though, so plan for a bit of a walk if you're heading down to the beach often. The private pool was a huge bonus and perfect for relaxing. The common areas are spacious and easily fit our group of 8 comfortably, but keep in mind they’re open and don’t have A/C. We visited in July, which is mosquito season, so that’s something to be prepared for. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches—plenty of towels, beach accessories, and every bathroom was stocked with toilet paper and soap. Overall, a great find and we’d definitely stay here again!

House was beautiful! The pool was the perfect temperature for the weather. The only thing I wish was a fan to use in the living room as it was really hot. Please rent a golf cart as the house is on top of a big hill.

Wonderful house, location and if you're a group or family, there are many places you can go off on our your own, pair off, and generally find a spot for every mood.

Wonderful spacious home for multiple families to enjoy

We loved our 8 days in Casa Compadres. For our family of five adults the spaces were perfect. The pool was beautiful, surrounded by mature lush gardens and the water temp was just right. We cooked in one evening and most mornings had breakfast in the Casa. Cesar was terrific. He helped us organize a six person golf cart waiting for our arrival, car service to and from the airport and also to a golf course. He booked a boat with captain and crew to take us exploring the local waters - loved watching our captain catch a rooster fish. Cesar also helped us with a chef and servers for a fabulous dinner in the Casa. We had a group chat set up with Kevin and Cesar so all the communication was easy and quick. They both checked in to make sure we were happy throughout the trip. We all recommend Casa Compadres with great enthusiasm!!

Our stay in Sayulita was great! We loved the private backyard and pool area. It was beautiful and relaxing. The house was perfect, great location. Cesar the concierge was helpful with getting golf carts and other reservations.

this stay was fantastic. I very much enjoyed being here for a week. it was myself and 4 others in my family that stayed at Kevin's. the house is close to the center of the city and fairly easily walkable if you're okay with hills. the house itself has a fantastic view and has a very relaxing vibe.

We traveled to Sayulita as two families of four (2 adults, 2 kids apiece), and we had an amazing time staying at Kevin's place. It's on the northern edge of all the busyness. We didn't know that going in, but it was absolutely perfect for us, because it meant we got a bit more privacy without sacrificing any proximity to all Sayulita has to offer. The house had pretty much everything we needed as well as things we weren't expecting, like stuff to take to the beach. The best part was probably our concierge, Cesar, who Kevin hooked us up with. Cesar was so welcoming and made everything we wanted to do that much easier--helping us to set up tours and make reservations or pointing us in the right direction when we wanted to buy something local. (One thing to know that isn't quite clear in the photos: the smallest bedroom is quite small and is entered from outside--you exit the main suite onto the terrace to go into the smallest bedroom.)

Great location and Cesar is an amazing host to coordinate everything! We needed golf carts, they were delivered immediately. We fell in love with Sayulita. Thanks for a wonderful getaway with our family and friends!

Stayed for a week with 4 adults and 3 children ages 4-6. House felt safe and was easily walkable to the beach and restaurants. Cesar was a great help organizing transportation and food recommendations. The pool was great to have and the kids loved it. Plenty of space for two families. The place was beautiful and exactly as described. We would definitely book again if we're ever back in Sayulita!

Kevin's house was exactly as described & as the pictures showed. There are plenty of authentic linens, decor & touches. We were a group of 5 adults on a friend trip & the house was more than enough space. There are 4 separate outdoor spaces - the backyard hammock area, the main pool deck, the large upper balcony that connects to the rooms and then a rooftop area with barbecue and table + a view. It's situated perfectly close to amenities, a sub 10 minute walk to the local beach (which was much better than the main Sayulita beach) - chill for a day with friends & a local pick up bar for drinks. Cesar, the gentleman that helps host - was awesome. Always available through Wh*tsApp and had more than enough recomendations/contacts. We'd recommend this property to anybody looking for a private, easy but large space for a group. A major plus - both Kevin & Cesar were really easy-going/not a ton of house rules other than to enjoy it.

We really enjoyed our time at this house. It was beautiful, and loved the garden tucked away in the back with the hammock. Very peaceful! The pool was perfect for lounging, and the temperature was perfect! Kevin was very responsive, and recommended a driver to shuttle us to and from the airport who was great. Raul They also let us check in early because we were coming from another property and had to be out of there by 11:00. They sunset deck on the roof tops perfect for a cocktail before heading into town for dinner. It is a really lovely house!

Our family stay was wonderful and Kevin and Cesar ensure that any expectation is met. Definitely a jewel in Suylita.

The biggest plus to our stay was the concierge service that was included. Cesar is fantastic and very responsible with every possible need. The house is close to town and easily walkable. Highly recommended!

The house was a beautiful oasis near Downtown Sayulita, in a neighborhood with a lot of amenities. Cesar helped us with booking a number of things around Sayulita, including golf cart rental, food delivery, and transpotration. We will be back.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Compadres! We traveled with a group of grandparents, parents, and kids and the home had everything we needed. The heated pool was a highlight and allowed our kids to comfortably swim at any time of the day. The location couldn't be better and it's a short walk to groceries, ATMs, restaurants/bars, the ocean...everything Sayulita has to offer. The only detail we'd caution is the 4th bedroom. It sits on the second floor patio and can only be accessed by walking through either of the upstairs bedrooms. It was perfect for our 5 year old and I assume any parents that want to sleep close to thier kids. However, if you're traveling with a group of only adults, there would be privacy challenges if you expect someone to use that room.

Our third time in Sayulita but our first time on the north side. We loved being able to walk into town or to the beach. Great little coffee spot just down from the house. We enjoyed the pool every day as well as the Margarita deck. Cesar is wonderful and so accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Kevin’s place is gorgeous! It’s really big, and in the perfect location. A few blocks from town and bars/nightlife, but quiet and . The pool area huge, and we ended spending quite a bit of time hanging on the lounge chairs. The area is gorgeous and safe, overlooking the city and the beach. There is a steep hill leading to the house, but only takes about 30 secs to walk up. You are within 2 blocks of the main bars/restaurant and shopping area of Sayulita. The house has a beautiful large kitchen on the main floor, overlooking the ocean, pool and town. The showers for each bedroom were gorgeous! Cesar our concierge was so sweet. He was super responsive and scheduled airport pick and drop off for our whole group. Some of our favorite spots were recommended by him; Organi-k for breakfast, 3 blocks from the Airbnb, and Henshin Sushi (INCREDIBLE) 2 blocks, and XOCHI, 5min walk, and the beach is a 7min walk! Perfect location ! We can’t wait to go back !

A great place for our family vacation!!

A wonderful house! Very close to downtown and the beach. Everything is exactly as shown in the photos! The pool is amazing and Cesar explained everything about the house perfectly. It is fully equipped and you don't need to buy anything except food if you are going to prepare something at home, and there are butcher shops, supermarkets, and produce stores nearby. It really is an unparalleled house. Just a tip: if you go to the beach or downtown walking from the house, there is a very difficult descent and ascent. If you don't have a car, I recommend renting a golf cart from Cesar. We really enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely be back.

Our visit was during a extra hot and humid week in June. Which made the main room and kitchen area hard to use but the bedrooms were nice and cool with the air conditioner and the pool was fantastic. The home is really nice and we enjoyed our stay. Cesar was super helpful and provided quick responses to our questions. He also gave us great recommendations and scheduled our car service to and from the airport among other things. This is our first visit to Sayulita, we enjoyed our stay and everyone was very nice. Thanks Kevin for sharing your home with our family and thanks Cesar for being super helpful!

My family and I stayed Sayulita for 3 weeks and got to call Casa Compadres our home for that time. We loved it there- the location can’t be beat. 2 blocks from the beach walking distance to coffee, restaurants, the best ice cream and a few bars. It was perfectly placed just close enough to all the things to do in town yet not loud. Cesar was there to welcome us and help us with anything we needed!! He helped with transportation to places around the area, get us a golf cart for our time there and anything we had questions about. My husband worked from there during the week and used one of the bedrooms as his office. Internet and lack of noice was perfect. My kids and I loved the pool, perfect amount of shade and afternoon sunshine. House was equipped with all things we needed and we felt TOTALLY safe. Sayulita really is a magical town, and after three weeks we were feeling right at home. We cannot wait to go back and will definitely stay here again in the future!! Highly recommend

Staying at casa compadres was a great experience! The house was just as described if not better. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and cooking utensils. The location was just far away enough from downtown that it felt peaceful and secluded but a nice easy walk to the beach or restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here

What an incredible house. The best I've booked in Sayulita in over a dozen visits. Looks exactly like the pictures. Great location. Walking distance to town but far enough away to avoid the noise at night. The house is well furnished and very comfortable. The pool is fantastic and the view from the top deck is amazing. Cesar, the house manager, is very cool and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Kevin and Cesar were great. The home was beautiful and only a short walk to everything the area had to offer but not directly in the town center where nightlife might have been a little loud. I would highly recommend to anyone coming to this area!

We loved the ability to have a golf cart delivered and picked up. House was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Pool was beautifully maintained. Air conditioners worked great in all the bedrooms. Wonderful high speed ceiling fans throughout the home. We can't wait to return!

Great Location in Sayulita, house was perfect for my family.

Such a beautiful place, its like your own oasis right in the middle of sayulita and everything within walking distance. Both Kevin and Cesar were wonderful hosts! Always just a text away and always trying to find ways to make our stay better. We were in sayulita for my wedding and could not have picked a better town for it and a better place to stay at. Kevin and Cesar even went out of their way to find some things that we needed for our wedding as they knew the town and locals very well, we are extremely thankful with them for helping make our weekend magical. Will definitely be staying with them again, best hosts I’ve ever had.

We had a great time. The location is perfect, just a few blocks from the core of downtown and the beach. Our onsite contact was very helpful and responsive, including coordinating a car too and from the airport and booking a golf cart for in town--they even delivered the cart to our front door!

Our family gathered for a long weekend and the space was ideal for families with children of different ages. The kitchen was very well equipped. We were well looked after by Cesar and appreciated his helpfulness.

This was a lovely vacation home with a great pool. Our "concierge", Cesar, was great - he booked us RT car service from PVR, got us a golf cart, recommended restaurants etc... He was there for whatever we needed and was very responsive! I think he knows EVERYONE in Sayulita and made things so easy! The outdoor space was lovely and what an awesome pool! We went in Feb, so the water was COLD, but was super refreshing when it got too hot. There are many outdoor spaces at the villa to lounge/ eat/ chill out in a hammock it was exactly what we were looking for! The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, coffee and tea, and very basic spices - we cooked 1-2 meals/ day. Super comfy beds and toiletries provided. The location is on the north side: + super short walk to town or beach - it can get a bit noisy during high season - we mostly just enjoyed the music wafting up to the margarita deck. Noteworthy, Kevin has earplugs in all the bedrooms because a few roosters live next door.

Wonderful home, gardens, pool, rooftop, great kitchen, Cesar the concierge is super friendly and responsive as is the host. Walkable to town, restaurants, and the beach. The five of us thoroughly enjoyed the space and only wish we had stayed longer.

The house was beyond our expectations, plenty of room for group settings and private locations to read books and relax. The pool was beautiful and the whole house felt like a private sanctuary. We had a wonderful time and the communication was seamless. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

This property is incredible. The house itself it's beautiful and the yard is an amazing slice of serenity. Between the pool and the hammock, it was hard to ever even leave the backyard. Kevin and Cesar were AMAZING hosts. Made sure we had everything we needed and beyond. They were both incredibly respectful and responsive and helped with airport shuttles and in town recommendations. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Sayulita!!

Our family of 4 had a great stay at Kevin's place. We were greeted by Cesar, who took the time to walk us through the house making sure we had all the details for a comfortable stay. He also gave us some great tips for the surrounding area. The house was perfect, a close and easy walk to downtown and to the beach, plenty of space options for us to gather together as a family or to find a quiet space to read a book, kitchen has everything you need, filtered water on the house, beach towels, beach chairs, comfy beds....but the POOL! The pool isn't what they call a "dipping pool", it's a real, full sized pool. Lovely garden and plenty of lounge chairs for all of us to relax after a day in town. We will be back for another visit for sure!

Fantastic house and Sayulita is such an amazing spot! Casa Compadres was everything we wanted and all services booked through Sayulita life were fantastic. We were always in easy communication with Cesar for anything we needed or any recommendations to make it an enjoyable and easy to plan week. The location close to town and the beach was ideal. We had meant to rent a golf cart but never got around to it. Best vacation!

Los Compadres was a wonderful place for my family and our two dogs to stay for a week. The location is so close to the center of town and the beach is just a couple of blocks down the hill. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Two of us worked from the house and had no issues with the internet. It was perfect! We would certainly recommend this home for anyone seeking a place to stay in the heart of Sayulita.

All around incredible experience. Wonderful luxurious and accommodating. Kevin and his concierge Cesar are fun loving kind and flexible. The house is unbelievably luxe! Its a beautiful experience HIGHLY recommended.

My friends and I had a fantastic time during our stay at Casa Compadres! Kevin and Cesar were excellent hosts - any questions that we had were answered promptly and they were even able to help facilitate booking rides from the airport/golf carts/experiences/etc. The property itself - the pictures don't do it justice. It's a little bit of paradise right inside the city. Beds were comfy, air conditioning worked great when needed, and the kitchen had everything we need for the week in regards to cooking/drinking. Check-in and access to the house was a breeze - also, there were multiple locks throughout the property and safes available in all the main rooms, so we could rest easy when out on the town that our stuff was secure. The surrounding area could get a little loud at times, but that's just part of the charm of Sayulita! You're about a 10 minute walk from the heart of the city - a perfect distance to feel a bit removed when you need a break, but never too far away from the action. We will absolutely be working with Kevin again in the future.

Amazing place! I spent my 30th birthday here with a few friends and we loved it! Kevin’s place had everything we needed and was so convenient in the heart of the best places in town. Cesar (the property manager) was awesome and so helpful. Both were very responsive via text and email to make sure we didn’t need anything and even sent us fun things to do around Sayulita!
