The Kino house is worth the cost. I loved it. It's very spacious and comfortable, and it has everything. You don't need to bring any cooking utensils. It's very well equipped with appliances. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the place and on the beach.

A very good house for your stay in Kino, on the beach shore and with an incredible pool. I loved everything, especially the beach terrace area.

The house is very nice. It has really good amenities. The access to the beach is good, but it lacks a ramp for greater accessibility. I had two people with reduced mobility, so some things were a bit complicated. The garage is spacious. The pool is a good size, deep and comfortable. The pool doesn't have an ocean view, but in the end, it's quite pleasant overall.

Great stay stay loved the swimming pool. Only thing I would have changed is the noisy neighbors playing extremely loud music for both days I stayed til early morning.

The house had all the utensils needed for cooking and for a comfortable stay.

- The house is extraordinary, the distribution, the capacity, and the amenities. Extraordinary air conditioning. The pool is not completely exposed to the sun and has shade spaces, which for whom we have young children helps us decrease the exposure to the sun, and be able to be comfortably close to them. The access to the beach is immediate and allowed us to enjoy it a lot. - We had an incident with a lamp that we broke by accident, and Roberto very kindly allowed us to observe the prices and even look for an alternative purchase, in a mutual trust environment for what I am grateful for. - As a note to future tenants, it is necessary to bring soap and shampoo for the bathrooms. However, as mentioned in the description, there is a small but well-stocked store across the street. - I will definitely come back.

This property is one of the most beautiful houses I’ve stayed in. The communication with the host and Diana was excellent ! I felt the house was very comfortable and included a lot of things that made it more fun ! It has dishes , card games , a grill ! The beach side and the pool were so fun ! Everything was very clean and organized. This is going to be my go to house now that I go to Kino bay ! Thank you

This home was great it was beyond our expectations super comfortable in side and out with all the amenities that you can need you don't even need to leave the house if you don't want to leave .. And the location of the house was also great the back yard leads to the beach all in all this house is well recommended for a family trip and the host was super easy to get a hold of I would definitely rent this home again.

The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Right on the beach.. A store right in front of the house was also very convenient. Lupe and his wife were welcoming and so nice. The wifi was great, very clean and 2 car garage.

Very good location; the house is very clean and large. They had plenty of pans, plates, glasses, utensils, etc., for any meal. The only problem was the sound system, as it is outdated and cannot be used via Bluetooth or aux cable; however, they solved the issue by lending us a speaker, which we appreciated. Overall, everything was very good, highly recommended.

Amazing house set up, space and great sized pool that had some shade! Amazing view of the ocean and walking distance to a little store that had quite the variety of products.

Unbeatable location right on the beach. The house is comfortable, perfect to enjoy. It has an excellent outdoor kitchen and living room. The pool is perfect for when you bring children because you can let them play and be quiet, they can be seen from the kitchen or hall. She is nicer than what you see in the photos and Lupe is super friendly. Thank you.

Excellent stay. The house is very spacious, comfortable and modern. The location right on the beach is ideal and the pool, although not very large, gives it a perfect added value. Additionally, Guadalupe's kindness and availability to correct any situation that may arise is priceless. In our case, we finished the barbecue gas tank and in less than an hour it had already changed it. Highly recommend this house for a family trip!
