Everything was amazing!

Everything was excellent, except for the water in the showers, which had very little pressure. Apart from that, it is an excellent alternative in La Paz. The transportation by sea is very fun. Great family option with 4 well-appointed bedrooms.

Great place to stay, in La Paz. Keep in mind that it is across the bay, and they have water shuttles twice an hour. However, this worked for us. Renting a golf cart for a few days did change our experience, and gave us easy access to the pool and restaurant located at the condos.

This is the second time I've stayed at Felipe's house, and we're always delighted with his house. Thank you so much for having us ♥️

We were happy during our stay; the house is very nice, and being on the island is truly relaxing, with all the amenities. It is ideal for going as a family, as it is a very safe place. Many activities can be enjoyed.

Everything is very good; the room is just as the pictures show. Check-in via the dirt road is complicated. But the place and the surroundings are amazing.

The place is beautiful! We saw dolphins, raccoons, sea lions, puffer fish, turtles, starfish. That place is really a paradise. If you want to go to the Beach, I recommend that you bring a tent and chairs because it is very hot. You don't need to leave that island for anything, there you'll find delicious restaurants and beautiful places to sunbathe. I'll definitely be back!

Everything is great with Felipe's house. The boat crossing from the subdivision to the pier in La Paz is very comfortable and the children enjoyed it a lot!

We have been to Parisio Del Mar many times, and this house did not disappoint. It’s a great spot. Could use a few more kitchen items, but that’s really the only thing, we loved the location and the neighborhood.

It was excellent!

It is a very nice house with a simple and elegant style, located in the mogote, which is a separate section of La Paz. There is a possibility of arriving by car it takes between 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on where you are, but there are also some lanchitas that leave for the house 30 minutes and 15 minutes to the boardwalk. The houses are all similar and there are not many, so it is a very quiet place. The pool and the sea are very close and within walking distance. Bikes are also available within the subdivision that can be occupied for getting around or in-house transportation. The people who work there are very attentive, helpful and punctual. You feel very welcoming. This location is perfect if you are looking to spend some quiet time as a family, take advantage of the facilities of the house, the pool, the sea and sometimes go to the boardwalk in La Paz to eat. It is isolated from noise, traffic or the city, you can feel the total change of atmosphere. Hosts are very nice and helpful in everything, we are very grateful.

We found the house in perfect condition with clear instructions on how to access it. The transportation of the boat and the van within the island was efficient, in general a highly recommended experience.

Awesome location! Beautiful house with everything you need. Take the ferry from La Paz for quick and easy access. A shuttle met us and dropped us off right at the house. We were only there one night and the shuttle was there to take us back in the morning. Felipe was very responsive and communicated well!

Very peaceful house with a gorgeous view of the sunset. Backyard is very cozy to enjoy the beautiful weather with a lovely hammock. The pictures and words don’t do justice to the calm serene vibe with a breathtaking views. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms which is perfect for family or a group of friends. You need to take the free ferry ride to get to and from the city which the kids and pets loved. There is also a golf course, bar, restaurant and pool in the community which were wonderful. Very responsive host that was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I tried some amazing restaurants thanks to Felipe’s recommendations. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks for the wonderful stay.

The house is very well equipped and has everything you need to have a great time as a family; in addition, the Paraiso del Mar community offers you everything you need to enjoy your stay, including a security service that includes paramedics. Great house. Great location. Incredible beauty in the surroundings. The house is very practical and very well laid out. A great place to rest and meditate. Exercising is a pleasure there.

Beautiful house, the pool is close by, walking, the pool of the apartments is better, in the corner of the house there are bicycles, and in them you can transport yourself, there is also very nice beach, super quiet

The house is spectacular! Super spacious, the area is amazing. A complex in the middle of nowhere. It takes 35 minutes to get there by dirt road or 15 minutes by boat (literally: take precautions, there are no stores nearby) but it's worth it. Amazing views / sunsets. You can ride the streets of the club by bike or run without a problem. Zero noise, nature lovers; this is an amazing place!

The place is excellent, with super comfortable beds. The only downside is that the pool is a few steps away, and when you return at night, there is no light; everything is dark. Otherwise, the place is beautiful and excellent!
