Overall, I think the Eco Casitas are a great option for family vacations in Iguana Beach, and Randy's property is very well located.

The place was perfect!!! One of the best Airbnbs we’ve rented in Central America!! And what can I say about the impeccable service provided by Jhezlia, the property manager? Excellent communication and very dedicated to guest comfort!! I would 110% recommend it.

Eco-house #3 is very comfortable, spacious and has everything you need for a great stay. And Randy and Jhezelia's service was excellent. The place is amazing. I really liked everything. There were all the necessary household utensils. Approved

Great place to stay, close to everything you need.. Apartment was well stocked and comfortable!! Extremely helpful with letting me check-in early and checkout late. Would definitely stay again!!

Our stay at the eco-casita was very nice. It has a nice pool right behind and the salty koala has good food and drinks. Randy was very responsive and put me in contact with Jhezlia the property manager who was absolutely incredible. She arranged transportation for us and was very responsive. We had a few minor issues, such as no propane but after messaging her they showed up in just a few minutes to change it out. It is a very friendly neighborhood and not far from the beach, maybe 15min walk. Only recommendation would be more than 1 towel per person or a place to do laundry or at minimum a clothesline. Other than that everything was great! Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay. The gated community felt very safe and we enjoyed surfing, the beautiful beach, the pool, great restaurants nearby and cruising with the bikes that were available too!

Great Place in hacienda Iguana. Ideal for a fanily of four. Near the shops to buy food. Randy and the landlady where very helpful. I strongly recommend. You can walk to the surfing spots, or you can go by bike (there were bikes in the house).
