100/10 for the cabin. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was super well equipped with utensils in perfect condition. Grocery stores are just a few minutes walk away. There are several amenities inside the cabin to make your stay more fun. It is a very complete and very cozy cabin.

Excellent choice for visiting Mazamitla

Host: Victor has wonderful communication and was very proactive. We had a little issue upon check-in, but was quick to address and resolve the issue. I appreciate how attentive he was. Location: 10 stars! This is the perfect location for you to disconnect and unwind, yet close enough to get into town, stores, etc. This truly was the perfect blend of comfort and accessibility. It took at most 10 min to get into town. Wifi: Wonderful! We didn't have any issues with connection. Victor made it extremely easy by providing QR codes! Comfort: 10 stars!! Definitely the perfect place for a family to visit. The bedrooms provided exactly what everyone needed (even the teens)! We enjoyed the fireplace during the evening storms and waking up under the best blankets to chirping birds. After staying here we look forward to staying in Mazamitla with Victor again! Next time we will need a week for sure!

Victor was awesome, he met us at the cabin for check in, provided clear instructions for the use of the cabin. He welcomed us with a bottle of wine and extra firewood. He is extremely responsive to our questions!

Victor was always attentive to answering questions and communication with him was very fast and effective.

Clean house definitely an amazing place to stay with family.

We had booked a different listing that when arriving to the house was in a literal construction zone so we quickly scrambled to find another house. We were able to book this cabin with ease same day and got great restaurant recommendations while we awaited check in. This cabin has beautiful views and is beautiful inside. There are restrooms for each room including a guest restroom. We really appreciated the host’s care and attentiveness during our stay as it changed the course of our trip for good.

The cabin is more beautiful than the photos. Comfortable beds, hot water, and it has everything you need to have a quiet, carefree stay. If you are traveling with family and small children, this is the perfect place.

The driveway for cars can be a bit tricky, which is completely outside the accommodation. The host was very attentive and communication was very good. I'll definitely go back there.

5 stars from me and read on for some caveats. First of all, do not use the Airbnb directions with any mapping or GPS app because it will drop you in the wrong place. Use Cabaña Sima Toscano and it will lead you to the right place. Great house, lots of room, amazing veranda with a huge outdoor charcoal grill. House was spotless clean. Bring mosquito repellent for sitting outdoors! Teresa helps with the check-in, she is amazing. Victor was also amazing with prearrainging flowers, firewood, and bottled water for an additional charge. A couple things to keep in mind; the beds are firm. I loved it but if you are looking for super soft mattresses this is not the place for you. There is no air conditioning, which is normal in the area. The heat source is a fireplace and ample blankets are provided if you don't want to deal with the fire. If you plan on cooking then bring your own oil, spices, condiments, paper towels, and charcoal. Internet download is 10 Mbps. Highly recommend!

The place is very cozy and very clean. It has everything you need to have a pleasant time. The road is a bit winding, especially in the rain, but it is very quiet for relaxing and enjoying nature.

Very pleasant stay. Everything was very clean. Very good service. Hot water at any time. The cabin is very nice and very close to the village. There is a store just a few meters away. It is not isolated from other cabins, but it is still very quiet. There is a very nice mini cabin with one bedroom inside the property, which I recommend you also rent for more privacy. Good view and a very cozy cabin. Having a bathroom in each room is excellent for the comfort of all guests. Excellent cabin.

Everything in the cabin is excellent, even better than the photos. Quality service from Tere and Victor. The only negative point was that we were touched by some neighbors who did not respect the rules with the party until late at night. Victor and Tere went out of their way to fix the issue but it was out of their control. I hope that in the future they can have better controls and standards in the colony so that it does not repeat.
