We booked this house last minute and Roberto quickly got it ready for us. Our group of 10 loved staying here. The kitchen had everything you need to dine in and the beach was just a block away. You have to go through 2 gates to enter, so safety is top priority. You won't regret staying here!

Great location. Bedrooms are spacious as well as the bathrooms. It was extremely convenient to have a bathroom for each bedroom. It makes it great for large groups. It would be nice to have a larger kitchen trash bin. Other than that great place!

We had a great time, thank you for having us. The house is very spacious, especially the kitchen which was great. We loved that two bedrooms had a sliding twin bed that the kids could use. The beach and pool are a quick walk from the house. Overall we had a great time.

The perfect spot for our family! This is a quiet and private neighborhood that felt safe. The host provided good instructions on how to check in or out, neighborhood rules and restrictions. The house has a full kitchen and laundry, the rooms have good size, it has 7 beds and a sofa bed. 1 minute walk to the pool and 3 minute walk to the beach. Friendly cleaning staff and super helpful, we had an issue with the main TV and they quickly took care of it. The house is located in the playa Hermosa area next to Bella Sirena and Las Palomas, the perfect beach spot without the crowds. If you are looking for a quiet place, centrally located area and have a large group this is the place to go to.

Beautiful house. The kitchen had everything we needed available, pots, pans, etc. We love to cook, so that was amazing. Living room is very spacious. Everyone in our family said the beds were very comfortable, and I agree. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, that was great. And the large terrace allowed for some beautiful rooftop dinners. The community where the house is located is very nice. Lots of security day and night, so it feels very safe. The community staff was also very welcoming. The community pool is very nice and clean. Beach is a 4 min walk, and pool 2 mins. The house was very clean, and that’s very important to our family. Communication was very easy with the host. Overall we really liked the experience, and will definitely be booking this house again.

Roberto's house is beautiful, has all the amenities described and is within walking distance from the beautiful beach, you can enjoy the sunsets on the balconies, I strongly recommend the house and hosts, thank you Roberto for everything!!

An exceptional place to spend your vacation; the house is spacious, very close to the pool, and just steps from the beach. What makes it even more special is the immediate attention of the hosts, Roberto and Sarah—they immediately resolved a few issues we encountered. It will definitely be an option for future vacations.

House was spacious, clean & had everything you’d need. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus for our large group and probably the main reason we booked this house. Location was great - it’s just a short walk to the beach, plus the neighborhood is super safe and secure.

Our friends and family had a wonderful trip to Rocky Pointe spending New Years in this beautiful home. We had access directly through the back door to the pool, was able to accommodate 4 massage tables on the back patio for a peaceful way to relax supporting the locals, and the best part- an easy and short 3 minute walk to the beach! The house perfectly accommodated 5 kids and 6 adults comfortably! Would recommend and stay here again!

This is the second time we stay at this private community and this house was perfect! It was a group of 10 of us and it worked out great. The kitchen is big and so is the living room. Beautiful home! So much space for all of us. We were very pleased. Definitely would stay here again.

The house is fantastic, offering ample space and beauty. It provided plenty of room for the whole family. The community as a whole was well-maintained. The community enforces strict hours for pool use. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, which was wonderful. The host was excellent and responded promptly. They also gave clear instructions about the property. Additionally, the host provided a list of items that were in the process of being fixed and requested us to report any damaged or broken items we noticed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely consider booking again. Thank you for sharing your home with our family!

The place was perfect to accommodate our group pf 15. The kitchen is very spacious with room for everyone. The rooms were clean and each room has its own shower. The host was very responsive and the check-in was seamless as you are giving an access code. We are familiar with Costa Diamante and always stay her when traveling with a large group. The house is in a gated community, which is very safe and they keep the grounds very clean. The Cons: Internet is spotty, it wont work in all the rooms. We were told right before arriving that the outside doors cannot be open for more than 5 minutes because the AC will turn off. This happened to us one time since we had kids and we needed to get all our stuffs inside. At the same time we were told that the fridge cannot be left open for more than 2 minutes because it would shut down for 5 hours. Luckily we managed to avoid this, but it is very odd that you run the risk of having your food go to waste for this issue. Something to be aware of.

Amazing home to stay at will most definitely be going back. Close to the beach and many close restaurants. Roughly 10-15 mins to the Malecòn.

Our family really enjoyed our trip we couldn't believe how fast it went by. Beautiful home with a quick walk down to the beach and my grandkids loved the community pool. Roberto’s place was nicer than we were anticipating. easy walk to the beach and everyone was very friendly. only thing I would recommend is to have more extras like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap.

I recently attended this house with a large group of friends. There was plenty of space for us all and the location of the house was perfect. The host was very communicative and very responsive and helped with many of my questions that needed answering. I would recommend this house to any big groups looking to visit Puerto Peñasco 101/100 times!

This is a great house for a getaway to Rocky Point. Especially if you are going with a large group or big family. The house lived up to our expectations, and is on the end of a court. A very short walk to the beach, and within 15 minutes of pretty much anything in Rocky Point. We loved the house, all the amenities, and look forward to staying again!

Beautiful place , clean ,safe and quiet. Not recommended for young people who wants to party. Security guards are walking around after 10 pm to make sure everyone is quiet ,no exceptions. We felt safe. This section has a beautiful beach just steps from your door. There's water activities next door at the condo complex. Would come again

Great house. The house was a lot bigger than expected. Accommodations were pristine.

The house was great! Close to the pool and the beach as well. Very clean and it had all the essentials for cooking. Each room has its own bathroom. Our only complain was the water pressure in the upstairs bathroom and kitchen sink. We were unable to shower there the last day we left but we are wondering if that was due to the power outage the night before. We unfortunately lost power for over 2 hours after heavy rain...then again we went there towards the end of July and it usually rains. Other than that we highly recommend this house for your family!

Great location! Close to the beautiful beach and community pool. New, clean, modern style home with all of the amenities. En suite bathrooms with every bedroom was ideal for our family. Host was always available and very communicative! Would love to come back in the future.

The tastefully decorated and immaculately clean living space felt like home away from home. The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy every moment of the sun, sand, and surf. Plus, with extra security measures in place, I felt completely safe and comfortable during my entire stay. This is definitely a rental property I can confidently recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation spot with all the amenities you could ever need!

This place was amazing. Our family said it’s the best place we’ve stayed ever in Rocky Point/Puerto Peńasco! It was great for 2 families - a huge chef kitchen, 5 bathrooms, an amazing terrace where we ate most of our meals with a gorgeous view. The pool, jacuzzi and basketball were about a 1-2 min walk away. The beach was about 2-3 min walk. The host was super responsive and helpful! Can’t wait to come back again!

This house is amazing, even better than the photos. The host was super responsive and delivered what we needed right away. The house slept all 12 of us and we didn't feel crowded since there are so many bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area was big enough for all of us as well. I recommend this place 100 times over and would definitely stay here again.

We would absolutely stay here again! We had two families and there was plenty of room. Beautiful location steps from the beach. Felt very safe as it was in a gated community. We usually visit in March or April and this was our first time going in November. Wasn’t sure what the weather was going to be like but we were pleasantly surprised. Ocean was a little bit cooler but the kids didn’t mind.

Roberto is an amazing host! this home gitmy group of 12 perfectly without feeling like we were invading other's space. The beach is literally only 2-4 minute walk and the pool and jacuzzi stayed clean. I felt really secure with the 24 hour security walking around the neighborhood. And Roberto was available to answer any questions at any time to make sure our trip went well.

Beautiful home!!! The location is perfect. You can walk to the pool and to the beach. It is great for a big group of friends and/or family. Each bedroom has a bathroom with shower which is great. If you are looking to party all night and be rowdy this is not the place for you, but if you want to relax and want peace and quiet, then you will enjoy this place. Roberto was great at answering all my questions and concerns. I look forward to coming back.

This was an amazing stay. Great location it’s literally only a one-two minute walk to the beach, loved the fact every room has its on restroom, Roberto was very accommodating and the kitchen was very well equipped! You won’t be disappointed with this home I didn’t want to leave!

The house had everything we needed to spend three nights there. We had no issues. It is a short walk to the beach and the community swimming pool. The patio upstairs was very relaxing and the view was beautiful. Roberto was a great and responsive host. I would definitely rent this home again. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful home, I love that each bedroom has a bathroom and I love the big kitchen. We always stay at Costa Diamente homes, but this one has been my favorite by far!

Great house! We had a problem with the A/C upon check-in and Roberto resolved the issue as quickly as possible. He was informative and responsive to other questions or issues we had as well. Love that all the bedrooms had en-suites, and the rooftop patio was a great place to hang with the fam and friends.

Roberto’s home was absolutely amazing. The location was only a 1 minute walk to the beach and the gated community made us feel assured we were always safe. Guards are constantly walking around the premises day and night. Roberto was quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. My family and friends really enjoyed the clean and convenient amenities such as the pool, hottub and basketball court nearby. We’ll definitely be booking when we come back
